Suction means are described for grasping and fixing the packaging.
  • Previous technologies are characterized by the fact that a handling system "grips” or “lifts” goods and/or commissions of goods when they are stored and then transports them to the predetermined storage location and “deposits” them there again. During retrieval, the handling system then moves back to the location where the goods and/or consignments of goods are located, “grabs” them again or sucks them up, “lifts” them and transports them back to the location where further output takes place and “puts” or “sets” them down there again.
  • Another aspect that makes such handling possible is that, as in the example of the medicine pack, the weight of the contents of this pack is often distributed very evenly.
  • the packaging is made of cardboard or similar material for packages weighing approx. 1-7 kg. relatively less stable than, for example, a medicine packet that weighs only a few grams.
  • the present invention is based on the object of further developing a method and a device as well as a packaging of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the goods to be handled or a consignment of goods can be handled quickly and safely with simple packaging.

  • the packaging which is magnetic or ferromagnetic at least in sections, is preferably fixed by activating the electromagnetic device of the electromagnetic gripping, pushing and/or pulling means and by activating the magnetizable section of the transport surface.
  • One of the main advantages of the process is that the goods or consignments of goods to be moved are not handled in hard cases, but in comparatively resource-saving packaging, including disposable or reusable packaging, which does not have to have a solid or smooth surface be able.
  • a significantly higher bearing utilization is achieved with less technical effort; because in contrast to the prior art, no gripper tools must be used, which require a lateral or vertical distance to adjacent packaging or shelves.
  • the packaging can be pulled out of or pushed into the storage location due to the magnetic frictional connection.
  • the packaging is also magnetically fixed during transport.
  • packaging can be used that is significantly less stable in relation to the total weight of the contents.
  • the packaging does not have to be solid or hard.
  • a complex and vulnerable vacuum technology can be omitted.
  • Packaging with flat surfaces that are covered with moisture or frost can be moved without problems thanks to the magnetic fixation.
  • Such a device provides for an electromagnetic device such as an electromagnet to be placed in or behind the gripping, pushing or pulling means, with which the packaging of the goods and/or consignments of goods is fixed to the gripping, pushing or pulling means.
