Definitions

  • the following invention relates to a guide rail for guiding a door leaf between an open position and a closed position with respect to a door opening in a wall according to the preamble of the independent device claim. Furthermore, the invention relates to a system for at least partially automatic actuation of a door leaf between an open position and a closed position with a corresponding guide rail and a device for driving the door leaf at least partially when moving the door leaf from the open position into the closed position according to the preamble of the system claim.
  • Guide rails for guiding a door leaf between an open position and a closed position are known in principle. Such guide rails are often used with devices for at least partially automatic driving of a door leaf. Such devices can either drive the door leaf fully automatically with the aid of an electric drive or at least support or slow down the movement of the door leaf when moving the door leaf from the open position into the closed position. Electrical energy, in particular electricity, is often used to drive automatic or semi-automatic devices. In addition, devices are known which are designed as pure door closers and which when opening the door leaf, a closing energy can be stored, for example with the aid of a pretensioned spring, in order to transfer the door leaf from the open position into the closed position.
  • At least one data connection is often established between the door leaf and a door frame on a wall.
  • the current and / or data are mostly conducted via a transmission medium between the door leaf and the door frame and between them via the guide rail.
  • the transmission means can be designed in the form of a cable and laid within the guide rail.
  • the guide rail is open to the outside in order to produce a connection to a lever element which serves as a transmission element between a sliding element that can be displaced along the guide rail and the door leaf.
  • the transmission medium is therefore exposed to the risk of damage within the open guide rail. Damage to the transmission medium can lead to an interruption in power and / or data transmission and thus impair the functionality of the devices.
  • EP 3 064 694 A1 discloses a generic guide rail.
  • a guide rail for guiding a door leaf which is of simple construction, which allows inexpensive and simple assembly and which can accommodate a transmission medium inaccessible from the outside in such a way that the transmission medium is reliably protected from damage.
  • the invention provides a guide rail for guiding a door leaf between an open position and a closed position with respect to a door opening in a wall, comprising: at least one guide section with a guide space in which a sliding element is movably received, the guide section having a guide opening , through which a bearing axis of the sliding element exits at least partially from the guide space, on which a lever element can be rotatably mounted in order to establish an operative connection between the sliding element and the door leaf, at least one functional section with a functional space in which a transmission means is received, which for Transmission of electrical energy and / or data between at least one wall-side energy source and a door-leaf-side energy receiver is used.
  • a labyrinth guide is formed between the guide space and the functional space in order to mechanically and / or electrically connect the sliding element to the transmission means, the labyrinth guide being arranged at a distance from a longitudinal axis of the guide opening such that it is outside of a penetration sector lies in the guide space through the guide opening, the longitudinal axis of extent running orthogonally to the guide opening and the penetration sector being defined in such a way as to what extent an eye can see into the guide rail through the guide opening.
  • the lever element is rotatably arranged on the sliding element, which is guided along the guide rail.
  • the transmission means is, for example, with a length compensation, laid within the guide rail, then electrically and / or on the sliding element mechanically connected and guided to the lever element via the sliding element.
  • the guide rail can be arranged on a frame side of the wall or on the door leaf and, for example, have a horizontal course.
  • the sliding element can advantageously slide in the guide rail with almost no friction. The sliding element thus serves to at least partially support the movement of the door leaf between the open position and the closed position.
  • the lever element at the other end performs a rotational movement around a drive axis of rotation, on which a spring element can be provided in order to accumulate a closing energy when moving the door leaf from the closed position into the open position the closed position can at least partially be released again.
  • the sliding element is designed to be spring-loaded and can be guided by a spring.
  • the idea of the invention is to create a labyrinth-like guide in the interior of the guide rail, by means of which the sliding element with the transmission means can be electrically and / or mechanically connected to the transmission means.
  • the labyrinth guide is positioned inaccessible from the outside, outside of the penetration sector into the guide space through the guide opening in which the transmission means is laid.
  • two sections are created inside the guide rail, namely a guide section for the sliding element, which is open to the outside through the guide opening, and a functional section which receives the transmission means.
  • the labyrinth guide forms a transition between the sections, which is, however, offset from the guide opening in such a way that it lies outside the penetration sector.
  • the labyrinth guide can be designed as below and as possible away from the mounting surface of the guide rail on the wall or on the door leaf so that the labyrinth guide is safely outside of the penetration sector in the guide space when engaging in the guide opening.
  • the penetration sector is defined in such a way as to what extent an eye can see into the guide rail through the guide opening.
  • the labyrinth guide can be designed, for example, as a longitudinal groove between the two sections, which is hidden inside the guide rail.
  • a protrusion can be provided between the guide opening and the labyrinth guide, which makes access to the labyrinth guide even more difficult.
  • the mechanical coupling between the sliding element and the transmission means can be ensured, for example, by pins and / or designed to be separable.
  • a free space can be created which can be used as a further functional section, e.g. B. for further building modules, e.g. B. a smoke detector, a control and / or regulation module or an electromagnetic, preferably traversable, locking device for the sliding element can be used.
  • further building modules e.g. B. a smoke detector, a control and / or regulation module or an electromagnetic, preferably traversable, locking device for the sliding element can be used.
  • a guide rail can be created which, through the hidden labyrinth guide inside the guide rail, creates a so-called blocking device or a protective device for the transmission medium.
  • the transmission medium inaccessible from the outside in the guide rail, in particular in the functional section of the guide rail, and thus reliably protected from damage.
  • the labyrinth guide is formed on a wall in the guide space of the guide section which extends essentially parallel and at a distance from a plane of extent of the wall.
  • the wall can thus advantageously separate the guide section from the functional section.
  • the advantage can be achieved that the labyrinth guide can be offset away from the mounting surface on the wall or on the door leaf in order to limit the engagement sector in the guide rail through the guide opening. If a tool cannot be tilted further than the mounting surface because it hits the wall, a possible maximum pressure angle is limited at an edge of the guide opening to the mounting surface. As a result, the sector of engagement in the guide rail through the guide opening is reduced.
  • the engagement lever is limited at the edge of the guide opening, so that the force when engaging the guide rail is also limited.
  • the invention can provide that, viewed in the cross section of the guide section, the labyrinth guide is formed on a lower blocking area of the guide section, which is inaccessible through the guide opening.
  • This has the advantage that the labyrinth guide is positioned further away from the penetration sector in the guide rail. The deeper the labyrinth is, the more difficult it is to interfere with the labyrinth Guide rail. The blocking effect or the protective effect of the labyrinth guide can thus be improved.
  • a guide rail that the functional section has a common wall with the guide section, which extends in a transverse direction to a plane of extent of the wall and at the edge of which the guide opening is formed.
  • the common wall thus delimits the guide space and closes the functional space from below.
  • a guide rail that the functional section, in particular the wall of the functional section that is executed together with the guide section, has a projection which engages in the guide opening and which determines, preferably limits, the penetration sector into the guide space.
  • the projection can protrude to such an extent that the distance between the guide opening and the wall is reduced even further. This also reduces both the pressure angle and the engagement lever at the edge of the guide opening.
  • the labyrinth guide is therefore displaced further away from the longitudinal extension axis of the guide opening in the direction away from the wall. The blocking effect or the protective effect of the labyrinth guide can thus be increased.
  • a connection element is positively and / or non-positively, preferably releasably, attached to the sliding element, which is movably received in the labyrinth guide in order to mechanically and / or electrically, preferably reversibly, with the sliding element
  • the connecting element has a plug connection for the transmission means.
  • a simple assembly of the guide rail and a simple connection of the sliding element to the transmission means can thus be made possible.
  • the fitter would only have to attach the connecting element to the sliding element, for example snap it into place, and then insert the transmission medium into the plug connection on the connecting element.
  • This also has the advantage that various components of the guide rail, in particular the sliding element, can easily be replaced, for example for the purpose of repair and / or maintenance.
  • the invention can provide a gear in the functional space of the functional section in order to create a length compensation for the transmission means when the sliding element moves along the guide section. Since the transmission means is mechanically and / or electrically connected to this in every position of the sliding element in the guide rail, the transmission means should have a length such that it leads to the stationary wall-side energy source in the most distant position of the sliding element in the guide rail. In another, closer position of the sliding element to the stationary wall-side energy source, an excess length of the transmission means can arise, for example in the form of a loop. In this case, the transmission can advantageously ensure that the excess length of the transmission means is folded and kneaded so that no jam forms within the functional section.
  • the gear is designed as a pulley gear.
  • Such a transmission is simple and inexpensive and can be used in an advantageous manner for length compensation of the Ensure transmission means when the sliding element moves along the guide section.
  • the guide section, the functional section or a further functional section is designed in the form of a standardized component for assembling the guide rail in the form of a kit.
  • the advantage can thus be achieved that the guide rails can be used with different systems for actuating the door leaf, which systems can have devices for automatic, semi-automatic and / or mechanical driving of the door leaf.
  • Another advantage is that the user can also decide which sections he would like to use and on which systems.
  • a guide rail in a private area can be designed with a labyrinth guide, for example without the functional section, than the guide rail for use in a public area, which must be better protected.
  • the functionality of the guide rail can be further expanded with a further functional section, e.g. for an arrangement of a smoke detector, a control and / or regulation module and / or a locking device for the sliding element in a certain position within the guide rail.
  • the invention can provide that the functional section, viewed in a transverse direction to a plane of extent of the wall, is further away from the wall than the guide section, which rests against the wall.
  • the functional section can only be attacked from the side of the wall, the distance to the wall the engagement lever and limits the possible pressure angle in the guide opening of the guide section in such a way that the functional section lies outside the engagement sector in the guide rail. Effective protection against vandalism can thus be provided for the transmission medium.
  • the functional section is arranged adjacent to the guide section when viewed in a transverse direction to a plane of extent of the wall.
  • the distance between the functional section and the wall can thus be reduced, as a result of which the engagement lever is further limited by the guide opening.
  • the blocking effect or the protective effect of the labyrinth guide within the guide rail can be improved.
  • the invention can provide that at least one further functional section is provided with a further functional space, in which at least one locking device for locking the door leaf in a locking position between the open position and the closed position, a smoke detector and / or a control and / or regulating unit for is arranged at least partially automatic actuation of the door leaf.
  • the functionality of the guide rail can thus be expanded. It is conceivable that the further functional section can be arranged next to the functional section with the transmission means or above the guide section.
  • a further functional section with a further functional space is arranged in a plane parallel to a plane of extent of the wall above the guide section.
  • a locking device can thus be arranged in the further functional space, which can be driven over in an advantageous manner for the sliding element.
  • a functional opening is formed between the guide space and the further functional space in order to provide a mechanical and / or electrical connection to the sliding element.
  • the operative connection to the sliding element can be provided, for example in the event that the sliding element is to be latched onto a locking device.
  • the transmission means is designed at least in sections as a flat cable, ribbon cable or a flexible printed circuit board and / or the transmission means is designed at least in sections as a round cable.
  • a flat cable or a flat ribbon cable is a multi-core cable in which the individual cores run parallel to one another. Multi-core ribbon cables have the advantage that they connect several cores at once instead of individually soldering them in isolation. It is also conceivable that the flat or ribbon cables are designed with a shield, which can in particular consist of aluminum or copper foil.
  • a flexible printed circuit board can be a printed circuit that can in particular be constructed on flexible plastic carriers. Copper can be used as a conductor material.
  • Round cables conceivable as transmission means which have a circular cross section and in which the individual wires are arranged around the center point.
  • Round cables can have the same function as flat or ribbon cables.
  • ribbon cables can simply be twisted and / or deflected, since the individual wires are not bent much when twisting and / or deflecting a flat cable.
  • a bending radius of approximately 5 mm a ribbon cable can have a service life of at least 200,000 bending cycles, with a bending radius of approximately 8 mm a service life of at least 2 million bending cycles. The largest possible bending radius reduces mechanical stress on the transmission medium and the service life of the transmission medium can thus be increased significantly.

  • the Figures 1a, 1b and 1c show a door leaf 101 first in a closed position I in the view of FIG Figure 1a , then in an optional locking position II in the view of the Figure 1b and finally in an open position III in the view of the Figure 1c .
  • the door leaf 101 In the open position III, the door leaf 101 is swung open the furthest and exposes a door opening 104 in a wall 103 which is delimited by a door frame 102.
  • the guide rail 100 serves to support the movement of a door leaf 101 between the open position III and the closed position I with respect to the door opening 104 in the wall 103.
  • the guide rail 100 has at least one guide section 1 with a guide space 10 in which a sliding element 11 is movably received, and at least one functional section 2 with a functional space 20 in which a transmission means 21 is received, which is used to transmit electrical energy and / or data between at least one wall-side energy source 22 and a door-leaf-side energy receiver 23 is used.
  • the transmission means 21 can be configured at least in sections as a flat cable, flat ribbon cable, a flexible printed circuit board or a round cable.
  • the guide section 1 has a guide opening 13 through which a bearing axis 14 of the sliding element 11 exits at least partially from the guide space 10, on which a lever element 15 can be rotatably mounted, which is in the Figures 1a to 1c is shown.
  • the lever element 15 is used to provide a Establish an operative connection between the sliding element 11 and the door leaf 101.
  • the lever element 15 is thus arranged in a rotationally movable manner on the sliding element 11, which is guided along the guide rail 100.
  • the transmission means 21 is, for example. With a length compensation by an in the Figures 1a to 1c schematically illustrated gear G, laid within the guide rail 100, then electrically and / or mechanically connected to the sliding element 11 and guided to the lever element 15 via the sliding element 11. In another, closer position of the sliding element 11, an excess length of the transmission means 21 can arise, for example in the form of a loop.
  • the transmission G can advantageously ensure that the excess length of the transmission means 21 is folded and kneaded and that no jam is formed within the functional section 2. It is conceivable within the scope of the invention that the gear G can be designed as a pulley gear.
  • the guide rail 100 is in the Figures 1a to 1c shown on a frame side of the wall 103. However, it is nevertheless conceivable that the guide rail 100 can be arranged on the door leaf 101.
  • the guide rail 100 can, for example, have a horizontal course.
  • the sliding element 11 can move within the guide rail 100.
  • the lever element 15 performs a rotational movement about a drive axis of rotation at another end by, on which a spring element, not shown in detail, can be provided in order to store a closing energy when the door leaf 101 is moved from the closed position I to the open position III, which is at least partially released again when the door leaf 101 is moved back into the closed position I. can.

  • the labyrinth guide 12 is shown in FIG Figure 3 offset to the left or away from the plane of extension x, z of the wall 103 in order to limit the engagement sector ES in the guide rail 100 through the guide opening 13. If a tool cannot be tilted further than the wall 103 because it hits the wall 103, a possible maximum pressure angle to the wall 103 and a possible engagement lever on the left edge of the guide opening 13 relative to the wall 103 are also limited.
  • an opening angle ⁇ is shown, which is determined, for example, by the extent to which an unauthorized person can see or get into the guide rail 100 with the naked eye, with one hand and / or with a tool.
  • the labyrinth guide 12 is formed on a lower blocking area UB of the guide section 1, which is inaccessible through the guide opening 13. The deeper the labyrinth guide 12 lies, the more difficult is an unauthorized intervention in the guide rail 100.
  • a common wall W3 is provided for the functional section 2 and the guide section 1, which extends in a transverse direction y to the plane of extension x, z of the wall 103 and which delimits the guide opening 13 at one edge, which in the view the Figure 3 on the right.
  • the common wall W3 not only delimits the guide space 10, but also closes the functional space 20 from below.
  • This common wall W3 of the functional section 2 with the guide section 1 is provided with a projection 24 which engages in the guide opening 13 and which defines, preferably delimits, the penetration sector ES into the guide space 10.
  • the projection 24 can engage in the guide opening 13 to such an extent that the distance between the longitudinal axis L of the guide opening 13 and the wall 103 and thus the possible pressure angle through the guide opening 13 can be reduced even further.
  • the labyrinth guide 12 can also be displaced further away from the longitudinal axis L of the guide opening 13 in the direction away from the wall 103.
  • the blocking effect or the protective effect of the labyrinth guide 12 can thus be increased.
  • the functional section 2 viewed in the transverse direction y to the plane of extension x, z of the wall 103, is further away from the wall 103 than the guide section 1, which rests directly on the wall 103 with a wall W2.
  • the functional section 2 can only be reached from the side of the wall 103, the distance A2 to the wall 103 the engagement lever and the possible engagement angle in the guide opening 13 of the The guide section 1 is limited in such a way that the functional section 2 lies outside the engagement sector ES in the guide rail 100.
  • the functional section 2 lies in the transverse direction y to the plane of extension x, z of the wall 103 adjacent to the guide section 1 in order to reduce the distance A2 of the labyrinth guide 12 to the wall 103.
  • At least the guide section 1, the functional section 2 or the further functional section 3 can be designed in the form of a standardized component for assembling the guide rail 100 in the form of a kit.
  • the system 110 comprises a device 200 for driving the door leaf 101 at least partially during the transfer of the door leaf 101 from the open position III to the closed position I, and a guide rail 100, which, as above, based on the Figures 1a to 3 can be carried out as described. It is advantageous here that the system 110 for actuating the door leaf 101 can be designed with different devices 200 for the automatic, semi-automatic and / or mechanical driving of the door leaf 101.
