    ou comprenant en outre une couche de couverture structurée (4) disposée sur le côté machine du support (3), qui consiste en un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier du polyurée et/ou du polyuréthane, et qui est au moins sur son côté opposé au support (3), caractérisée par une surface structurée ayant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6), et est poncée sur son côté opposé au support (3),
    ou comprenant en outre une couche de couverture structurée (4) disposée sur le côté machine et sur le côté papier du support (3), qui consiste en un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier du polyurée et/ou du polyuréthane, et qui sont au moins sur leur côté opposé au support (3) caractérisée par une surface structurée ayant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6), et sont poncées sur leur face opposée au support (3), le matériau de revêtement de la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) ayant été fabriqué à partir d'un système réactif à plusieurs composants avec deux ou plusieurs composants pour produire un revêtement élastomère, et le matériau de revêtement de la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est caractérisé par une viscosité inférieure à 3000 mPa s à une température de traitement comprise entre 20°C et 120°C, en particulier entre 60°C et 90°C.
  2. Bande selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que
    une couche de couverture structurée côté papier (4) est prévue, et une couche intermédiaire structurée (7) en un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, disposé entre le support (3) et la couche de couverture structurée côté papier (4) est prévue, caractérisée au moins sur sa face opposée au support (3) par une surface structurée ayant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6),
    ou une couche de couverture structurée côté machine (4) est prévue, et une couche intermédiaire structurée (7) en un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, disposé entre le support (3) et la couche de couverture structurée côté machine (4) est prévue, caractérisée au moins sur sa face opposée au support (3) par une surface structurée ayant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6),
    ou des couches de couverture structurée côté machine et côté papier (4) sont prévues, et sur le côté papier et/ou côté machine, une couche intermédiaire structurée (7) en un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, qui est disposé entre le support (3) et la couche de couverture structurée (4)respective, qui présente, au moins sur sa face opposée au support (3), une surface structurée avec plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6).
  3. Bande selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la surface structurée de la couche de couverture structurée côté machine et/ou côté papier (4), qui est opposée au support (3), est donnée par une surface structurée du côté opposé au support (3) d'une couche structurée intermédiaire (7) disposée sous la couche de couverture (4) qui traverse la couche de couverture structurée respective (4).
  4. Bande selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le support (3) est une bande à maillons spiralés ou un tissu tissé ou un tissu tricoté ou une grille et/ou en ce que le support (3) présente une surface structurée sur le côté papier et/ou le côté machine avec une pluralité de élévations (5) et de dépressions (6), et en particulier la couche de couverture structurée côté machine et/ou côté papier (4) est disposée directement sur le support (3), et la surface structurée de la couche de couverture structurée côté machine et/ou côté papier (4) opposée au support (3) est donnée par la surface structurée côté papier ou côté machine du support (3) pénétrant dans la couche de couverture structurée (4).
  5. Bande selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche fermée s'étendant sur tout le côté papier (1) ou côté machine (2) de la bande, et/ou la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est imperméable à l'eau, et/ou la couche de couverture côté papier et/ou côté machine est caractérisé par une dureté comprise entre 40 Shore D et 80 Shore D et/ou l'épaisseur de la couche de coverture côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est comprise entre 1 et 5 mm.
  6. Bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la couche structurée intermédiaire côté papier et/ou côté machine (7) est imperméable à l'eau, et/ou en ce que la couche structurée intermédiaire côté papier et/ou côté machine (7) est caractérisée par une dureté comprise entre 40 Shore D et 80 Shore D, et/ou la couche structurée intermédiaire côté papier et/ou côté machine (7) ne se présentent sous forme de couche fermée mais présentent des interruptions et/ou l'épaisseur la couche structurée intermédiaire côté papier et/ou côté machine (7) est comprise dans l'intervalle de 1 à 5 mm.
  7. Bande selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le matériau de revêtement de la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) a été fabriqué à partir d'un système multicomposant, qui est caractérisé par une durée de vie en pot inférieure à 30 secondes, de préférence inférieure à 15 secondes, plus préférablement inférieure à 10 secondes, et/ou en ce que le matériau de revêtement de la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est caractérisé par une viscosité inférieure à 1000 MPa s à une température de traitement comprise entre 20 et 120°C, en particulier entre 60 et 90°C.
  8. Bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le matériau de revêtement de la couche structurée intermédiaire côté papier et/ou côté machine (7) a été fabriqué à partir d'un système réactif pour produire un revêtement élastomère, qui est caractérisé par une durée de vie en pot inférieure à 30 secondes, de préférence inférieure à 15 secondes, de préférence moins de 10 secondes et/ou en ce que le matériau de revêtement de la couche structurée intermédiaire côté papier et/ou côté machine (7) est caractérisé par une viscosité inférieure à 3000 mPa s, de préférence inférieure à 1000 mPa s à une température de traitement comprise entre 20°C et 120°C, en particulier entre 60°C et 90°C.
  9. Utilisation d'une bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 comme bande de presse, en particulier bande de transfert ou bande de presse à sabot dans une machine à papier, en particulier une machine à papier tissu, de préférence de telle sorte qu'une bande de papier ou de feutre guidée à travers la machine entre en contact avec le côté papier de la bande, et/ou en particulier pour la production de papier estampé, de préférence du papier tissu estampé.
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'une bande de presse à transfert ou à sabot, adaptée à l'utilisation dans une machine à papier et comportant un côté papier (1) destiné à supporter une bande de papier ou de feutre et un côté machine (2) opposé au côté papier (1), en particulier selon une des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle
    un support (3) est prévu,
    et dans laquelle, en outre, une couche de couverture structurée (4) constituée d'un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, est produite sur le côté papier du support (3), qui est, au moins sur son côté opposé au support (3), caractérisée par une surface structurée présentant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6), la couche de couverture structurée (4) en particulier étant produite en appliquant un matériau de revêtement par un procédé d'application par pulvérisation, par rideau ou par extrusion, et en ponçant la couche de couverture structurée (4) de sorte que la hauteur des élévations (5) soit réduite mais qu'aucune surface lisse ne soit obtenue,
    ou dans laquelle, en outre, une couche de couverture structurée (4) constituée d'un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, est produite sur le côté machine du support (3), qui est, au moins sur son côté opposé au support (3), caractérisé par une surface structurée présentant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6), la couche de couverture structurée (4) en particulier étant produite en appliquant un matériau de revêtement par un procédé d'application par pulvérisation, par rideau ou par extrusion, et en ponçant la couche de couverture structurée (4) de sorte que la hauteur des élévations (5) soit réduite mais qu'aucune surface lisse ne soit obtenue,
    ou dans laquelle, en outre, sur le côté papier et sur le côté machine du support (3), une couche de couverture structurée (4) constituée d'un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, est produite, qui sont, au moins sur leur face opposée au support (3), caractérisé par une surface structurée présentant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6), la couche de couverture (4) structurée côté papier et côté machine en particulier étant produite en appliquant un matériau de revêtement par un procédé d'application par pulvérisation ou par rideau ou par extrusion, et en ponçant la couche de couverture (4) structurée côté papier et côté machine de telle sorte que la hauteur des élévations (5) soit réduite mais qu'aucune surface lisse ne soit obtenue,
    un système réactif à plusieurs composants ayant deux composants ou plus étant utilisé pour produire un revêtement élastomère pour obtenir le matériau de revêtement pour la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4), et un matériau de revêtement étant utilisé pour la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4), lequel matériau de revêtement étant caractérisé par une viscosité inférieure à 3000 mPa s à une température de traitement comprise entre 20°C et 120°C, en particulier entre 60°C et 90°C.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que
    une couche de couverture structurée côté papier (4) est fabriquée et, avant sa fabrication, sur le côté papier du support (3), prévu, une couche intermédiaire structurée (7) en un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, qui est caractérisé au moins au côté papier par une surface structurée présentant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6), est fabriquée,
    ou en ce qu'une couche de couverture structurée côté machine (4) est fabriquée et, avant sa production sur le côté machine du support (3) prévu, une couche intermédiaire structurée (7) en un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, qui est caractérisé au moins au côté machine par une surface structurée présentant plusieurs élévation (5) et dépression (6), est fabriquée,
    ou en ce que des couches de couverture structurées côté papier et côté machine (4) sont produits et, avant la production de la couche de couverture structurée côté papier sur le côté papier du support (3) prévu, une couche intermédiaire structurée (7) en un matériau de revêtement comprenant ou consistant en au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, qui est caractérisé au moins sur sa face opposée au support (3) par une surface structurée présentant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6), et/ou une couche intermédiaire structurée (7) en un matériau de revêtement constitué d'au moins un polymère, en particulier de polyurée et/ou de polyuréthane, qui, au moins sur sa face opposée au support (3), est caractérisée par une surface structurée présentant plusieurs élévations (5) et dépressions (6), est fabriquée avant la fabrication de la couche de couverture structurée (4) du côté machine du support (3) prévu,
    la couche intermédiaire structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (7) en particulier étant produite en appliquant le matériau de revêtement sur le support (3) par un procédé de pulvérisation, par impression ou par rideau ou d'extrusion, et la couche intermédiaire structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (7) en particulier étant produite en disposant sur le côté papier et/ou le côté machine à une distance prédéterminée de préférence de 1 à 10 mm devant ou immédiatement sur le support (3) un masque (8) de préférence en forme de treillis recouvrant partiellement le support (3) et en appliquant le matériau de revêtement au support (3) étant partiellement couvert par le masque (8) par un procédé de pulvérisation ou d'extrusion, le support et le masque étant disposés à la distance prédéterminée devant ou directement sur le support étant en particulier déplacés pendant la pulvérisation, l'application en rideau ou l'extrusion, la vitesse de déplacement du support et du masque étant au moins sensiblement la même, et/ou la couche intermédiaire structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (7) étant produite en imprimant un motif prédéterminé du matériau de revêtement sur le support (3) comme couche intermédiaire (7).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est réalisée de telle sorte que la surface structurée du côté de la couche intermédiaire structurée (7) opposé au support (3) pénètre dans la couche de couverture structurée (4).
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que est prévu comme supportun tissu tissé ou une courroie à mailles en spirale ou un tissu tricoté ou une grille et/ou un support (3) est prévu qui présente une surface structurée avec plusieurs élévations (5) et dépression (6), sur le côté papier et/ou machine et en particulier la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est fabriqué directement sur le support (3) et le côté papier et/ou la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est fabriqué de telle sorte que la structure de la surface du côté papier ou côté machine du support (3) pénètre dans la surface côté papier ou côté machine de la couche de couverture structurée (4).
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche fermée (4) s'étendant sur la totalité du côté papier (1) ou côté machine (2) de la bande, et/ou la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche (4) imperméable à l'eau et/ou la couche de couverture structurée côté machine (4) est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche (4) ayant une dureté comprise entre 40 Shore D et 80 Shore D, et/ou la couche de couverture (4) structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche (4) ayant une épaisseur comprise entre 1 et 5 mm.
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la couche structurée intermédiaire (7) côté papier et/ou côté machine est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche non fermée (7) présentant des interruptions, et/ou la couche structurée intermédiaire (7) côté papier et/ou côté machine est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche (7) imprimable à l'eau, et/ou la couche structurée intermédiaire (7) côté papier et/ou côté machine est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche (7) ayant une dureté comprise entre 40 Shore D et 80 Shore D et/ou la couche structurée intermédiaire (7) côté papier et/ou côté machine est réalisée sous forme d'une couche (7) ayant une épaisseur comprise entre 1 et 5 mm.
  16. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 10 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'un système à plusieurs composants est utilisé pour produire le matériau de revêtement pour la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4), qui est caractérisé par une durée de vie en pot inférieure à 30 secondes, de préférence inférieure à 15 secondes, de préférence inférieure à 10 secondes et/ou en ce que pour la couche de couverture structurée côté papier et/ou côté machine (4) est utilisé un matériau de revêtement caractérisé par une viscosité inférieure à 1000 mPa s à une température de traitement comprise entre 20 °C et 120 °C, en particulier entre 60°C et 90°C.
  17. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'un système réactif pour produire un revêtement élastomère, de préférence un système multicomposant ayant deux composants ou plus est utilisé, pour obtenir le matériau de revêtement pour la couche structurée intermédiaire côté papier et/ou côté machine (7), le système étant caractérisé par une vie en pot inférieure à 30 secondes, de préférence moins de 15 secondes, de préférence moins de 10 secondes et/ou dans une couche structurée intermédiaire (7) côté papier et/ou côté machine, un matériau de revêtement caractérisé par une viscosité inférieure à 3000 mPa s, de préférence inférieure à 1000 mPa s à une température de traitement comprise entre 20°C et 120°C, en particulier entre 60°C et 90°C, est utilisé.
