Abstract

Non-transparent cylindrical bottle of hybrid nail varnish (3), fully fore closured, with additional part made by transparent plexiglass (1), placed on the top of the cup (2), where a colorful sample of the same bottled product is contained. The advantage of this invention is the fact that the product is protected, since any contact of this with the environment is totally avoided and therefore it is also avoided the danger of its damage. The color is depicted with absolute precision and the placement of the additional cylindrical transparent plastic part (1) on the top of the cup (2) makes it instantly recognizable from any viewing angle. The instant storage and the sorting during the packaging of them can be characterized as other advantages of the invention.

Description

  • The invention refers to a non-transparent bottle which consists of the main part (3), the cup (2) and a transparent additional part on the cup, which contains a drop of the bottled product (1).
  • Due to both the reaction of the product to the solar radiation (consolidation), and to the heat, the bottle is totally non-transparent with the result that the tint of the bottled nail varnish is not visible (3).
  • Till the present moment, the already on the market bottles for hybrid nail varnishes, due to the aforementioned quality, reflected the product with approximate precision, because the methods used to reflect the tint were in the best case printed stickers backed with the bottle. As a result, in order to confirm the precise tint of the product's color it was necessary to open the bottle with the risk of damage because of the opening.
  • According to this invention, we added at the top of the bottle's cup (2) a transparent part (1) to the parts which consist the non-transparent bottle (3). The part added is a hollow transparent cylindrical plastic part (plexiglass), which contains a drop of the bottled product (1), in order for the actual tint of the color to be visible.
  • The advantage of this invention is that protects the product, since any contact of it with the environment is avoided and as a result there is no risk of damage (2,3). The color is visible in total precision and the addition of the transparent cylindrical plastic part on the top of the cup renders it instantly recognizable within any viewing angle.   • Regarding this invention the parts of the non-transparent cup are the following:
    1. A. Transparent additional part on the cup, made by plexiglass of 0,8 cm, with reflection of a sample of the color (1).
    2. B. Hard plastic cup of 3,1c.m., with special external recesses for the placing of the additional part (2).
    3. C. Internal brush completely made by silicone 3,2 cm for the proper use of the product (2).
    4. D. Non-transparent bottle with orifice/ inlet of 1,1 cm, consisted of hard rigid plastic material with isotherm coating for the storage of the product (3).
  • Bottle's diameter of 2,2 cm. Diameter of the cylindrical transparent part of 1,5 cm (3).
    • Capacity of 15ml 0,5oz of product. (3)

Claims (5)

  1. A non-transparent bottle of hybrid nail varnish with inlet of 1,1 cm, consisted of rigid plastic material with an internal isotherm coating for the storage of the product (2,3), from which, independently of the non-transparent bottle (3), the precise depiction of the bottled product's color tint is shown, since a transparent part is added to the cup, made by Plexiglas of 0,8 cm (1), which is made by hard plastic material of 3,1 cm with internal special recesses (2) for the placement of the additional part (1), which includes a drop of the bottled product (2, 1) that renders the precise depiction of the nail varnish's color tint visible, the application of which is made with an internal brush completely made by silicone 3,2 cm.
  2. Non-transparent bottle with inlet of 1,1 cm, characterized according to the main claim, by the fact that it is made by rigid plastic material with an internal isotherm coating for the storage of the product (2,3).
  3. Non-transparent bottle with inlet of 1,1 cm, characterized according to the main claim, by the fact that contains a cup which is made by hard plastic material of 3,1 cm with internal special recesses (2) for the placement of the additional part (1).
  4. Non-transparent bottle with inlet of 1,1 cm, characterized according to the main claim, by the fact that contains a cup on which a transparent part is added, made by Plexiglas of 0,8 cm (1), which includes a drop of the bottled product (1) that renders the depiction of the nail varnish's color tint precise.
  5. Non-transparent bottle with inlet of 1,1 cm, characterized according to the main claim, by the fact that contains an internal brush completely made by silicone 3,2 cm for the proper application of the product (2).
