Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'attache de deux éléments d'un bracelet de montre pour permettre l'accrochage ou le décrochage desdits deux éléments, le premier élément comprenant au moins une barrette à l'une de ses extrémités. Selon l'invention, le second élément comprend deux gouttières comprenant chacune une ouverture longitudinale respectivement opposée l'une à l'autre, l'un des deux éléments pouvant passer d'un position décrochée dans laquelle l'un des élément est orienté selon une position angulaire prédéterminée par rapport à l'autre élément, vers une position accrochée dans laquelle les deux éléments sont coplanaires après une rotation d'un angle prédéterminé d'un des deux éléments par rapport à l'autre de manière que chaque gouttière est articulée sur la barrette et maintenir accrochés l'un à l'autre les deux éléments.

Description

    Domaine de l'invention
  • L'invention concerne le domaine des dispositifs d'attache, et plus précisément les dispositifs d'attache pour les pièces d'horlogerie pour attacher un brin à une boite ou un fermoir à un brin.
  • L'invention concerne également un dispositif d'attache pour bracelet de maroquinerie ou de joaillerie.
    • Arrière-plan de l'invention
  • De manière classique, le dispositif d'attache d'un bracelet à une boite ou à un fermoir se présente sous la forme d'une barrette ou d'une goupille. La goupille doit être montée et démontée au moyen d'un outil pour pouvoir retirer le bracelet de la montre par exemple, ou encore pour pouvoir changer le fermoir.
  • Il est souhaitable de pouvoir séparer le bracelet en deux parties pour rendre plus aisé le montage/démontage du bracelet sur le boitier et/ou du fermoir sur le bracelet.
  • Dans l'art antérieur les bracelets ou les fermoirs nécessitent l'utilisation d'outils pour pouvoir monter et/ou démonter les bracelets et fermoir, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour l'utilisateur lorsqu'il souhaite changer de bracelet ou de fermoir.
    • Résumé de l'invention
  • Un but de la présente invention est de pallier tout ou partie des inconvénients cités précédemment en fournissant un dispositif d'attache permettant un montage et/ou démontage rapide, notamment sans nécessiter l'utilisation d'un outil.
  • L'invention a également pour but, au moins dans un mode de réalisation particulier, de fournir un dispositif d'attache qui soit simple à mettre en oeuvre et peu coûteux.
  • A cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif d'attache de deux éléments d'un bracelet de montre pour permettre l'accrochage ou le décrochage desdits deux éléments, le premier élément comprenant au moins une barrette à l'une de ses extrémités.
  • Selon l'invention, le second élément comprend deux gouttières fixes comprenant chacune une ouverture longitudinale respectivement opposée l'une à l'autre, l'un des deux éléments pouvant passer d'un position décrochée dans laquelle l'un des élément est orienté selon une position angulaire prédéterminée par rapport à l'autre élément, vers une position accrochée dans laquelle les deux éléments sont coplanaires après une rotation d'un angle prédéterminé d'un des deux éléments par rapport à l'autre de manière que chaque gouttière est articulée sur la barrette et maintenir accrochés l'un à l'autre les deux éléments.
  • Grâce à ces caractéristiques, un tel dispositif d'attache permet de monter ou démonter facilement et rapidement un fermoir sur un brin de bracelet par exemple.
  • Conformément à d'autres variantes avantageuses de l'invention :
    • l'ouverture longitudinale des gouttières est de dimension légèrement inférieure à la barrette ;
    • les gouttières comprennent un logement de forme cylindrique droit, et dont le diamètre est légèrement supérieur au diamètre de la barrette ;
    • le premier élément comprend un élément central entourant la barrette ;
    • le second élément comprend un espace libre, disposé entre les deux gouttières et agencé pour recevoir ledit élément central du premier élément ;
    • la position angulaire prédéterminée est comprise entre 45° et 90° ;
    • le second élément est réalisé d'un seul bloc.

    Description détaillée des modes de réalisation préférés
  • Un dispositif d'attache conforme à l'invention va maintenant être décrit dans ce qui suit faisant référence conjointement aux figures 1 et 2a à 2d.
  • Tel qu'illustré à la figure 1, le dispositif d'attache comprend deux éléments 1 et 2 d'un bracelet de montre pour permettre l'accrochage ou le décrochage des deux éléments 1, 2. Comme on peut l'observer, le premier élément 1 comprend au moins une barrette 10 à l'une de ses extrémités. Les deux éléments 1,2 peuvent consister en un brin de bracelet pour le premier élément, et en un fermoir pour le second élément par exemple.
  • Le second élément 2 comprend deux gouttières fixes 20, 21 comprenant chacune une ouverture longitudinale 210, 220 respectivement opposée l'une à l'autre. Avantageusement, le second élément 2 est réalisé d'un seul bloc.
  • Selon l'invention, l'un des deux éléments peut passer d'une position décrochée dans laquelle l'un des deux éléments est orienté selon une position angulaire prédéterminée par rapport à l'autre élément, vers une position accrochée dans laquelle les deux éléments 1, 2 sont coplanaires après une rotation d'un angle prédéterminé d'un des deux éléments par rapport à l'autre de manière que chaque gouttière est articulée sur la barrette 10 et maintenir accrochés l'un à l'autre les deux éléments 1, 2.
  • De manière préférentielle, l'un des deux éléments est positionné perpendiculairement par rapport à l'autre, l'un des éléments étant dans le plan transverse et l'autre dans le plan sagittal. Ainsi, la rotation de l'un des deux éléments est comprise entre 0° et 90°, et plus préférentiellement entre 45° et 90°. La rotation peut être effectuée dans le sens horaire ou antihoraire selon l'orientation des gouttières 20, 21.
  • Avantageusement, les ouvertures longitudinale 210, 220 respectives des gouttières 20, 21 présentent des dimensions légèrement inférieures à la barrette 10 de manière à prévenir tout décrochage intempestif, l'ouverture ayant une largeur légèrement inférieure au diamètre de la barrette 10. Ainsi, lors de la mise en place des gouttières 20, 21 sur la barrette 10, l'utilisateur doit forcer légèrement pour insérer la barrette 10 et entendre un « clic » signifiant la bonne mise en place des gouttières 20, 21 sur la barrette 10.
  • Comme on peut l'observer à la figure 1, les gouttières 20 et 21 comprennent chacune un logement de forme cylindrique droit dans lequel débouche les ouvertures longitudinales 210, 220, le diamètre du logement étant prévu légèrement supérieur au diamètre de la barrette 10 pour limiter les frottements et faciliter la rotation lors du pivotement d'un élément par rapport à l'autre. Toutefois, le diamètre du logement ne devra pas être trop supérieur pour éviter un jeu trop grand et désagréable pour le porteur.
  • Comme on peut l'observer à la figure 1, le premier élément comprend un élément central 11 entourant la barrette 10, et le second élément 2 comprend un espace libre 22, disposé entre les deux gouttières 20,21 et agencé pour recevoir l'élément central 11 du premier élément 1. Les deux gouttières 20, 21 sont distantes l'une de l'autre et définissent un espace 22 entre elles qui est agencé pour recevoir l'élément central 11 lors de la mise en place du premier élément avec le second élément.
  • Selon l'invention, un tel dispositif d'attache peut aussi bien servir pour un bracelet de type souple en cuir, en textile ou en une matière plastique, pour attacher le bracelet à un boîtier ou à un fermoir, que pour attacher un bracelet à maillon à un fermoir.
  • Les figures 2a à 2d illustrent les différentes étapes pour assembler les deux éléments 1 et 2.
  • Dans un premier temps, le premier élément 1 et le second élément 2 sont disposés perpendiculairement l'un par rapport à l'autre comme illustré à la figure 2a. Les deux éléments 1 et 2 sont ensuite disposés l'un contre l'autre perpendiculairement de façon que l'élément central 10 repose dans l'espace 22 comme illustré à la figure 2b.
  • Enfin, l'utilisateur fait pivoter l'un des deux éléments par rapport à l'autre autour de l'élément central 11 comme visible à la figure 2c, jusqu'à ce que la barrette 10 viennent se loger dans chacune des gouttières 20, 21.
  • Bien évidemment, un premier élément sans élément central 11 entourant la barrette 10 est envisageable, l'élément central 11 facilitant la mise en place du second élément 2 et servant de repère pour la rotation.
  • Grâce à ces différents aspects de l'invention, on dispose d'un dispositif d'attache permettant de monter et/ou démonter rapidement et facilement deux éléments d'un bracelet ou de monter/démonter un bracelet à une boite de montre sans nécessiter d'outils particulier.
  • Bien entendu, la présente invention ne se limite pas à l'exemple illustré et est susceptible de diverses variantes et modifications qui apparaîtront à l'homme de l'art.

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'attache de deux éléments (1, 2) d'un bracelet de montre pour permettre l'accrochage ou le décrochage desdits deux éléments (1, 2), le premier élément (1) comprenant au moins une barrette (10) à l'une de ses extrémités,
    caractérisé en ce que le second élément (2) comprend deux gouttières (20, 21) comprenant chacune une ouverture longitudinale (210, 220) respectivement opposée l'une à l'autre, l'un des deux éléments (1,2) pouvant passer d'un position décrochée dans laquelle l'un des élément est orienté selon une position angulaire prédéterminée par rapport à l'autre élément, vers une position accrochée dans laquelle les deux éléments (1, 2) sont coplanaires après une rotation d'un angle prédéterminé d'un des deux éléments par rapport à l'autre de manière que chaque gouttière est articulée sur la barrette (10) et maintenir accrochés l'un à l'autre les deux éléments (1, 2).
  2. Dispositif d'attache selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'ouverture longitudinale (210, 220) des gouttières (20, 21) présente des dimensions légèrement inférieures à la barrette (10).
  3. Dispositif d'attache selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les gouttières (20, 21) comprennent un logement de forme cylindrique droit, et dont le diamètre est légèrement supérieur au diamètre de la barrette (10).
  4. Dispositif d'attache selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le premier élément (1) comprend un élément central (11) entourant la barrette (10).
  5. Dispositif d'attache selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le second élément comprend un espace libre (22), disposé entre les deux gouttières (20, 21) et agencé pour recevoir ledit élément central (11) du premier élément (1).
  6. Dispositif d'attache selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la position angulaire prédéterminée est comprise entre 45° et 90°.
  7. Dispositif d'attache selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le second élément (2) est réalisé d'un seul bloc.
