Abstract

The object of the invention is an integrated filling adapter for LPG powered vehicles. According to the invention, the integrated filling adapter has a body (1) with a plug (3) with a replaceable filter cartridge (2) mounted inside the body (1).

Description

INTEGRATED FILLING ADAPTER
The invention relates to teh integrated filling adapter for LPG powered vehicles.
There are known and commonly used filling valves for refueling vehicles with LPG installation which have a body and intermediate connectors, adapted to LPG duistributors and vehicle's LPG installation. Intermediate connector, commonly named filling adapter, is mounted (screwed) to the valve by which the LPG is refueled to the car. To get the right purity of refueling LPG there are filters mounted to the filling pipe, for example filter F 704. These filters have large dimensions and the length of transfering LPG extends, thus refueling system is fragile, springy and requires a lot of attention form the person operating it.
According to the invention the integrated filling adapter for LPG powered vehicles has the body which has the plug with the replaceable filter cartridge mounted inside the body.
The advantageous feature of the invention is to use filter element which is an integral part of the filling adapter, so refueling LPG is being purified regardless of the position of the filter cartridge and the material from which it is made. It allows to purify LPG correctly.
The integrated filling adapter is shown in the drawing, which shows its axial section.
As it is shown, the integrated filling adapter has the body 1 which has- the plug 3 with the replaceable filter 3 mounted inside the body 1. To preserve the tightness of the adapter there are used seals 4 and 5, The structure of the integrated filling adapter is very simple, shortens refueling way, ensures the correct operation of the refueling system and the correct purity of LPG.

The integrated filling adapter for LPG powered vehicles, having body and sealing means, characterized in that the body (1) has the plug (3) with the replaceable filter cartridge (2) mounted inside the body (1).
