    - wherein one or more of the connecting components are pulling connecting components (11), which are arranged to be able to exert force on the upper part (5) oriented towards the lower part (4) and to be able to exert force on the lower part (4) oriented towards the upper part (5),

    - wherein the sliding movement of the connecting component (12) has a directional component perpendicularly aligned with the surface intended for abutment against the substrate (3),
    characterised in that
    - the connecting component (12), which can be slid by adjusting the threaded connection (16), which, with regard to the surface intended for abutment against the substrate (3), is an obliquely aligned plate (12).
  2. Connecting device (1) pursuant to claim 1, characterised in that the plate (12) is a pressing connecting component (12).
  3. Connecting device (1) pursuant to claim 1 or 2, characterised by the fact that it has an axis (10) perpendicularly aligned with the surface intended for abutment against the substrate (3), and that the axes of the threaded connections (16) are radially aligned thereto.
