Abstract
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind kosmetische Mittel, insbesondere Haarbehandlungsmittel, enthaltend – jeweils bezogen auf ihr Gewicht – 0,0001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Proteolipids der Formel (I): R´-X-R´´, in der R´ für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesätttigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 11 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, R´´ ein Protein, ein Peptid oder ein Proteinhydrolysat bedeutet, X für –C(O)O- oder –N+(RIII2)-RIV– oder –N(RIII)RIV- oder –C(O)-N(RV)RVI- steht, RIII –(CH2)x-CH3 mit x = 0 – 22 bedeutet und RIV –CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- oder –(CH2)x- mit x = 0 – 22 bedeutet; RV und RVI unabhängig voneinander für –H oder –(CH2)x-CH3 mit x = 0 – 22 stehen; mit der Maßgabe, dass R´´ für Keratin oder ein Keratinhydrolysat steht, wenn X für -C(O)O- steht, und 0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin. Die kosmetischen Mittel mit Methionylmethionin und bestimmten Proteolipid(en) zeigen eine positive Wirkung auf Haut sowie Haar und den Haarfollikel.
Description
KOSMETISCHE MITTEL MIT EINEM PROTEOLIPID UND METHIONYLMETHIONIN
Die Erfindung betrifft kosmetische Mittel, insbesondere Haarbehandlungsmittel wie Shampoos und sogenannte Konditionierer, mit einer speziellen Wirkstoffkombination zur schonenden und effektiven Pflege der Haare.
Nicht zuletzt durch die starke Beanspruchung der Haare, beispielsweise durch Färben oder Dauerwellen als auch durch Reinigung der Haare mit Shampoos und durch Umweltbelastungen, nimmt die Bedeutung von Pflegeprodukten mit möglichst langanhaltender Wirkung zu. Derartige Pflegemittel beeinflussen die natürliche Struktur und die Eigenschaften der Haare. So können anschließend an solche Pflegebehandlungen beispielsweise die Nass- und Trockenkämmbarkeit des Haares, der Halt und die Fülle des Haares optimiert sein oder die Haare vor erhöhtem Spliss geschützt sein.
Es ist daher seit langem üblich, die Haare einer speziellen Nachbehandlung zu unterziehen. Dabei werden, üblicherweise in Form einer Spülung, die Haare mit speziellen Wirkstoffen, beispielsweise quaternären Ammoniumsalzen oder speziellen Polymeren, behandelt. Durch diese Behandlung werden je nach Formulierung die Kämmbarkeit, der Halt und die Fülle der Haare verbessert und die Splissrate verringert.
Ebenso sind im Stand der Technik multifunktionale kosmetische Produkte bekannt. Insbesondere zählen hierzu die so genannten„2 in 1 " Shampoos, welche nicht nur das Haar reinigen, sondern es auch konditionieren. Derartige Produkte werden vom Verbraucher sehr geschätzt, weil sie durch ihre Produktleistung mindestens einen Verfahrensschritt, beispielsweise das Konditionieren mit einer klassischen Haarspülung, erübrigen
Proteolipide sind als Pflegestoffe in kosmetische Mitteln bekannt, und entsprechende Produkte sind im Markt weit verbreitet. Aus der WO 201 1/042323 A2 sind kosmetische Mittel mit Proteolipiden bekannt, welche zahlreiche Eigenschaften der mit ihnen behandelten Körperoberflächen, insbesondere Haare, verbessern und beispielsweise neben verbessertem Glanz insbesondere zu einer„Imprägnierung" der Haare führen. Es besteht aber weiterhin der Bedarf, die erzielten Effekte, insbesondere im Hinblick auf den Griff, die Kämmbarkeit, die Weichheit und das Volumen der Haare oder der Frisur zu verbessern und kosmetische Mittel diesbezüglich weiterzuentwickeln..
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass eine Kombination von bestimmten Proteolipiden mit Methionylmethionin eine besonders positive Wirkung auf Körperoberflächen, insbesondere auf die Haut, das Haar und den Haarfollikel besitzt.
Ein erster Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind kosmetische Mittel, enthaltend - jeweils bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - a) 0,0001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I)

R' für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesätttigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 1 1 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen steht,

- X für -C(0)0- oder -N+(R'"2)-R'V- oder -N(R"')R'V- oder -C(0)-N(RV)RVI- steht,
- R'" -(CH2)x-CH3 mit x = 0 - 22 bedeutet und
- R'v -CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- oder -(CH2)X- mit x = 0 - 22 bedeutet;
Rv und RVI unabhängig voneinander für -H oder -(CH2)X-CH3 mit x = 0 - 22 stehen; mit der Maßgabe, dass R" für Keratin oder ein Keratinhydrolysat steht, wenn X für -C(0)0- steht, und
b) 0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin.
Das Mittel ist ein kosmetisches Mittel. Bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Duschgele, Duschbäder, Zahnreinigungs- und Pflegemittel, Mundwässer, Haarshampoos, Haarkonditionierer, konditionierenden Shampoos, Haarsprays, Haarspülungen, Haarkuren, Haarpackungen, Haar-Tonics, Dauerwell-Fixierlösungen, Haarfärbeshampoos, Haarfärbemittel, Haarfestiger, Haarlegemittel, Haarstyling-Zubereitungen, Fönwell-Lotionen, Schaumfestiger, Haargele, Haarwachse oder deren Kombinationen.
Besonders bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel dienen der Behandlung keratinischer Fasern und stellen somit Haarbehandlungsmittel dar. Haarbehandlungsmittel im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind beispielsweise Haarshampoos, Haarkonditionierer, konditionierende Shampoos, Haarsprays, Haarspülungen, Haarkuren, Haarpackungen, Haar-Tonics, Dauerwell-Fixierlösungen, Haarfärbeshampoos, Haarfärbemittel, Haarfestiger, Haarlegemittel, Haarstyling-Zubereitungen, Fönwell-Lotionen, Schaumfestiger, Haargele, Haarwachse oder deren Kombinationen. Im Hinblick auf die Tatsache, dass insbesondere Männer oft die Anwendung mehrerer unterschiedlicher Mittel und/oder mehrere Anwendungsschritte scheuen, sind solche Mittel bevorzugt, die der Mann ohnehin anwendet. Bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind daher Haarbehandlungsmittel in Form von Shampoos, Haarkonditionierern oder Haar-Tonics.
Die Mittel enthalten - bezog
en auf ihr Gewicht - 0,0001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines ausgewählten Proteolipids.
Die Mittel enthalten als ersten wesentlichen Inhaltsstoff mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I)
R'-X-R" (I),
in der
R' für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesätttigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 1 1 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen steht,
R" ein Protein, ein Peptid oder ein Proteinhydrolysat bedeutet,

- R'" -(CH2)x-CH3 mit x = 0 - 22 bedeutet und
- R'v -CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- oder -(CH2)X- mit x = 0 - 22 bedeutet;
Rv und RVI unabhängig voneinander für -H oder -(CH2)X-CH3 mit x = 0 - 22 stehen; mit der Maßgabe, dass R" für Keratin oder ein Keratinhydrolysat steht, wenn X für -C(0)0- steht.
Vorzugsweise werden die Proteolipide innerhalb bestimmter Mengen in den Mitteln eingesetzt. Bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel enthalten - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,02 bis 5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,05 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, weiter bevorzugt 0, 1 bis 1 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0, 15 bis 0,5 Gew.-% Proteolipid(e).
Der Rest R" in Formel (I) steht für ein Peptid oder ein Protein oder ein Proteinhydrolysat. Wenn X = -C(0)0- ist, wird R" aus der Gruppe Keratin oder Keratinhydrolysat gewählt.
Bevorzugte Reste R" sind Oligopeptide, die mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu
aufweisen, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
In dieser wie in allen nachstehenden Formeln bedeutet das eingeklammerte Wasserstoffatom der Aminogruppe ebenso wie die eingeklammerte Hydroxygruppe der Säurefunktion, dass die betreffenden Gruppen als solche vorhanden sein können (dann handelt es sich um ein Oligopeptid mit der betreffenden Anzahl an Aminosäuren wie dargestellt - in der vorstehenden Formel sind es drei Aminosäuren) oder aber, dass die Aminosäuresequenz in einem Oligopeptid vorliegt, das noch weitere Aminosäuren umfasst - je nachdem, wo die weitere(n) Aminosäure(n) gebunden ist/sind,
sind die eingeklammerten Bestandteile der oben genannten Formel durch den/die weiteren Aminosäurerest(e) ersetzt.
Oligopeptide im Sinne der vorliegenden Anmeldung sind durch Peptid-Bindungen Säureamid-artig verknüpfte Kondensationsprodukte von Aminosäuren, die mindestens 3 und maximal 25 Aminosäuren umfassen.
In bevorzugten kosmetischen Mitteln der vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungsform umfasst das Oligopeptid (= der Rest R") 5 bis 15 Aminosäuren, vorzugsweise 6 bis 13 Aminosäuren, besonders bevorzugt 7 bis 12 Aminosäuren und insbesondere 8, 9 oder 10 Aminosäuren.
Je nachdem, ob weitere Aminosäuren an die Sequenz Glu-Glu-Glu gebunden sind und je nach Art dieser Aminosäuren sowie in Abhängigkeit von der Auswahl der Reste R' und ggf. Rm und RIV kann die Molmasse des in den Mitteln enthaltenen Proteolipids variieren. Bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Proteolipid eine Molmasse von 1000 bis 30000 Da, vorzugsweise von 1250 bis 25000 Da, besonders bevorzugt von 1500 bis 20000 Da und insbesondere von 2000 bis 15000 Da aufweist.
Als Rest R" werden vorzugsweise Oligopeptide eingesetzt, die nicht allein aus den drei Glutaminsäuren bestehen, sondern weitere, an diese Sequenz gebundene Aminosäuren aufweisen. Diese weiteren Aminosäuren sind vorzugsweise aus bestimmten Aminosäuren ausgewählt, während bestimmte andere Vertreter weniger bevorzugt sind.
Es ist bevorzugt, wenn der Rest R" der in den Mitteln eingesetzten Proteolipide Tyrosin enthält.
Weiter bevorzugt ist es, wenn der Rest R" der in den Mitteln eingesetzten Proteolipide Leucin enthält.
Weiter bevorzugt ist es, wenn der Rest R" der in den Mitteln eingesetzten Proteolipide Isoleucin enthält.
Weiter bevorzugt ist es, wenn der Rest R" der in den Mitteln eingesetzten Proteolipide Arginin enthält.
Weiter bevorzugt ist es, wenn der Rest R" der in den Mitteln eingesetzten Proteolipide Valin enthält.
Als Rest R" in besonders bevorzugten Oligopeptiden bzw in den bevorzugten Oligopeptiden enthaltene Aminosäuresequenzen werden nachstehend beschrieben:
Ein besonders bevorzugtes Oligopeptid enthält zusätzlich Tyrosin, das vorzugsweise über seine
Säurefunktion an die Glu-Glu-Glu-Sequenz gebunden ist. Bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in den Proteolipiden der Formel (I) als Rest R" enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Ein weiteres besonders bevorzugtes Oligopeptid enthält zusätzlich Isoleucin, das vorzugsweise über seine Aminofunktion an die Glu-Glu-Glu-Sequenz gebunden ist. Bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in den Proteolipiden der Formel (I) als Rest R" enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Oligopeptide, die beide vorgenannten Aminosäuren (Tyrosin und Isoleucin) aufweisen, sind bevorzugt. Besonders bevorzugt sind dabei kosmetische Mittel, bei denen das in den Proteolipiden der Formel (I) als Rest R" enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu- Glu-Glu-Ile
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Weiter bevorzugte Oligopeptide enthalten zusätzlich Arginin, das vorzugsweise an Isoleucin gebunden vorliegt. Bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in den Proteolipiden der Formel (I) als Rest R" enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Noch weiter bevorzugte Oligopeptide enthalten zusätzlich Valin, das vorzugsweise an das Arginin gebunden vorliegt. Weiter bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in den Proteolipiden der Formel (I) als Rest R" enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Noch weiter bevorzugte Oligopeptide enthalten zusätzlich Leucin, das vorzugsweise an Valin gebunden vorliegt. Weiter bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in den Proteolipiden der Formel (I) als Rest R" enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val-Leu
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Insbesondere bevorzugte Oligopeptide enthalten zusätzlich Leucin, das vorzugsweise an das Tyrosin gebunden vorliegt. Weiter bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in den Proteolipiden der Formel (I) als Rest R" enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Leu-Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val-Leu
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Zusammenfassend sind insbesondere kosmetische Mittel bevorzugt, die mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthalten, in der R" mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Leu-Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile- -Val-Leu
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Wie bereits erwähnt, wird R" aus der Gruppe Keratin oder Keratinhydrolysat gewählt, wenn X = -C(0)0- gilt.
In allen anderen Fällen kann der Rest R" in Formel (I) für ein Peptid oder ein Protein oder ein Proteinhydrolysat stehen, wobei Proteinhydrolysate bevorzugt sind. Proteinhydrolysate sind Produktgemische, die durch sauer, basisch oder enzymatisch katalysierten Abbau von Proteinen (Eiweißen) erhalten werden. Es können Proteinhydrolysate sowohl pflanzlichen als auch tierischen Ursprungs eingesetzt werden.
Tierische Proteinhydrolysate sind beispielsweise Elastin-, Kollagen-, Keratin-, Seiden- und Milcheiweiß-Proteinhydrolysate, die auch in Form von Salzen vorliegen können. Solche Produkte werden beispielsweise unter den Warenzeichen Dehylan® (BASF SE), Promois® (Interorgana),
Collapuron® (BASF SE), Nutrilan® (BASF SE), Gelita-Sol® (Deutsche Gelatine Fabriken Stoess & Co), Lexein® (Inolex) und Kerasol® (Croda) vertrieben.
Bevorzugt ist die Verwendung von Proteinhydrolysaten pflanzlichen Ursprungs, zum Beispiel Soja-, Mandel-, Reis-, Erbsen-, Kartoffel- und Weizenproteinhydrolysate. Solche Produkte sind beispielsweise unter den Warenzeichen Gluadin® (BASF SE), DiaMin® (Diamalt), Lexein® (Inolex) und Crotein® (Croda) erhältlich.
Vorzugsweise wird unabhängig von der Wahl des X in Formel (I) der Rest R" aus Keratin oder Keratinhydrolysaten ausgewählt. Bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthalten, in der R" für Keratin oder ein Keratinhydrolysat steht.
Besonders bevorzugte Gruppierungen R-X- sind in den Tabellen der WO 201 1/042323 A2 aufgeführt. Hierauf wird ausdrücklich und voll inhaltlich Bezug genommen Die dort offenbarten Gruppierungen sind in noch weiter bevorzugten Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung an Keratin oder Keratinhydrolysat als Gruppe R" gebunden.
Unabhängig von der Wahl der Gruppierung -X- in Formel (I) sind kosmetische Mittel bevorzugt, die mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthalten, in der Rm -CH3 bedeutet und RIV für -(CH2)x- mit x = 0, 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 steht.
Weiter sind besonders bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthalten, in der X für -N+(CH3)2-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- und R' für - (CH2)i 7-CH3 steht.
Ebenso besonders bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthalten, in der X für -N+(CH3)2-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- und R' für -(CH2)i i-23-CH3 steht.
Ebenfalls weiter bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthalten, in der X für -C(0)-0- und R' für -(CH2)i 7-CH3 steht.
Die Mittel enthalten das oder die Proteolipid(e) bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10,0 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 2,0 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des anwendungsbereiten Mittels.
Die Mittel enthalten als zweiten wesentlichen Inhaltstoff - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin.
Methionylmethionin ist das Dipeptid von Methionin und weist folgende Struktur auf:
Vom Dipeptid Methionylmethionin existieren die vier verschiedenen Stereoisomere DD, LL, DL und LD. Von den vier Stereoisomeren ist nur das L-Methionyl-L-methionin natürlich, die drei anderen Dipeptide L-Methionyl-D-methionin, D-Methionyl-L-methionin und D-Methionyl-D-methionin sind alle nicht natürlich. Die beschriebenen positiven Wirkungen können mit allen vier stereoisomeren Dipeptiden erzielt werden. Das Methionylmethionin kann als DD/LL/LD/DL-Mischung, als DL/LD- Mischung oder DD/LL-Mischung eingesetzt werden. Prinzipiell ist auch der Einsatz eines stereoisomeren Dipeptids alleine oder in Kombination mit einem oder zwei weiteren Stereoisomeren denkbar. Wird nur ein stereoisomeres Dipeptid eingesetzt, werden vorzugsweise das L-Methionyl-L- methionin oder das D-Methionyl-D-methionin gewählt.
Die beiden Paare DD/LL-Methionylmethionin und DL/LD-Methionylmethionin sind diastereomer zueinander und haben unterschiedliche physikalische Daten. So besitzt beispielsweise das Diastereomerenpaar DD/LL bei Raumtemperatur eine Löslichkeit von 21 ,0 g/l in Wasser, wohingegen die Löslichkeit vom Diastereomerenpaar DL/LD bei 0,4 g/l liegt. Entsprechend kann es bevorzugt sein, das Methionylmethionin als DD/LL-Mischung oder als DD/LL/LD/DL-Mischung mit einem hohen Anteil an dem DD/LL-Diastereomerenpaar einzusetzen. Diese Mischungen lassen sich einfach in einer wässrigen Phase oder einer wässrig-tensidischen Phase eines kosmetischen Mittels einarbeiten/lösen.
Die kosmetischen Mittel enthalten das Methionylmethionin bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 5,0 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 3,0 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des anwendungsbereiten kosmetischen Mittels.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass der Einsatz der vorstehend genannten Proteolipiden in Kombination mit Methionylmethionin den kosmetischen Mitteln herausragende Eigenschaften verleiht. Die kosmetischen Mittel in Form von Haarbehandlungsmittel verleihen den mit ihnen behandelten Haaren mehr Spannkraft, was sich in höheren Zugfestigkeiten der Keratinfasern und in einer Verringerung der Elastizitätsabnahme, zum Beispiel bei Beschädigung durch atmosphärische Einwirkungen zeigt. Darüber hinaus wird der Feuchtigkeitshaushalt der keratinischen Fasern stabilisiert, so dass sich die Kämmbarkeit verbessert und der Alterungsprozess verzögert wird.
Darüber hinaus führen die kosmetischen Mittel bei Applikation auf die Haut (beispielsweise durch ein Schaumbad oder Duschgel), zu einer verbesserten Geschmeidigkeit der Haut.
Die kosmetischen Mittel können weitere Wirk- und Hilfsstoffe beinhalten. Diese werden nachfolgend beschrieben.
Es hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, zusätzlich zu den Proteolipiden als weiteren Inhaltsstoff Proteinhydrolysate einzusetzen. Diese verstärken die Wirkung der Proteolipide und werden ihrerseits in ihren Effekten verstärkt. Die Proteinhydrolysate wurden weiter oben als Rest R" detailliert beschrieben. Zusammenfassend sind kosmetische Mittel bevorzugt, die zusätzlich - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,05 bis 7 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0, 1 bis 5 Gew.-%, weiter bevorzugt 0,25 bis 2,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,5 bis 2,0 Gew.-% Proteinhydrolysat(e), vorzugsweise Keratinhydrolysat(e) enthalten.
Bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,5 bis 70 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 60 Gew.-% und insbesondere 5 bis 25 Gew.-% anionische(s) und/oder nichtionische(s) und/oder kationische(s) und/oder amphotere(s) Tensid(e), enthalten.
Als anionische Tenside eignen sich für die kosmetischen Mittel alle für die Verwendung am menschlichen Körper geeigneten anionischen oberflächenaktiven Stoffe. Diese sind gekennzeichnet durch eine wasserlöslich machende, anionische Gruppe wie zum Beispiel eine Carboxylat-, Sulfat-, Sulfonat- oder Phosphat-Gruppe und eine lipophile Alkylgruppe mit etwa 8 bis 30 C-Atomen. Zusätzlich können im Molekül Glycol- oder Polyglycolether-Gruppen, Ester-, Ether- und Amidgruppen sowie Hydroxylgruppen enthalten sein.
Als amphotere Tenside, welche oft auch als zwitterionische Tenside bezeichnet werden, werden solche oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen genannt, die im Molekül mindestens eine quartäre Ammoniumruppe und mindestens eine -COO(_) - oder -S03(_) -Gruppe tragen. Besonders geeignete amphotere/zwitterionische Tenside sind die sogenannten Betaine wie die N-Alkyl-N,N- dimethylammoniumglycinate, beispielsweise das Kokosalkyldimethylammoniumglycinat, N-Acyl- aminopropyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinate, beispielsweise das
Kokosacylaminopropyldimethylammoniumglycinat, und 2-Alkyl-3-carboxymethyl-3- hydroxyethylimidazoline mit jeweils 8 bis 18 C-Atomen in der Alkyl- oder Acylgruppe sowie das Kokosacylaminoethylhydroxyethylcarboxymethylglycinat. Ein bevorzugtes amphoteres/zwitterionisches Tensid ist das unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Cocamidopropyl Betaine bekannte Fettsäureamidderivat.
Unter amphoteren/zwitterionischen Tensiden werden auch solche oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen verstanden, die außer einer Cs - C24 -Alkyl- oder -Acylgruppe mindestens eine freie Aminogruppe und mindestens eine -COOH- oder -SCbH-Gruppe enthalten und zur Ausbildung innerer Salze befähigt sind. Beispiele für geeignete amphotere/zwitterionische Tenside sind N-Alkylglycine, N-Alkylaminopropionsäuren, N-Alkylaminobuttersäuren, N-Alkyliminodipropionsäuren,
N-Hydroxyethyl-N-alkylamidopropylglycine, N-Alkyltaurine, N-Alkylsarcosine, 2-
Alkylaminopropionsäuren und Alkylaminoessigsäuren mit jeweils etwa 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe. Besonders bevorzugte amphotere/zwitterionische Tenside sind das N-Kokosalkylaminopropionat, das Kokosacylaminoethylaminopropionat und das C12 - C18 - Acylsarcosin.
Nichtionische Tenside enthalten als hydrophile Gruppe zum Beispiel eine Polyolgruppe, eine Polyalkylenglycolethergruppe oder eine Kombination aus Polyol- und Polyglycolethergruppe.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt sind kosmetische Mittel, die zusätzlich Fettalkohol(e) und/oder Fettalkoholalkoxylat(e), vorzugsweise Ci2-22-Fettalkohol(e) und/oder Ci2-22-Fettalkoholethoxylat(e) mit 10 bis 30 EO-Einheiten, besonders bevorzugt Ci6-i8-Fettalkohol(e) und/oder C16-18- Fettalkoholethoxylat(e) mit 12 bis 20 EO-Einheiten, vorzugsweise in Mengen von 5 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 7,5 bis 17,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 10 bis 15 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des kosmetischen Mittels, enthalten.
Zusammenfassend sind kosmetische Mittel, insbesondere Haarbehandlungsmittel, bevorzugt, die - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0, 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,25 bis 17,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere 5 bis 15 Gew.-% anionische(s) Tensid(e), besonders bevorzugt Fettalkoholethersulfate der Formel
H3C-(CH2)n-(OCH2CH2)k-OS03- M+
enthalten, in der n für Werte von 5 bis 21 , vorzugsweise von 7 bis 19, besonders bevorzugt von 9 bis 17 und insbesondere von 1 1 bis 13 und k für Werte von 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 oder 10, vorzugsweise für 1 , 2 oder 3 und insbesondere für 2 stehen, und M für ein Kation aus der Gruppe Na+, K+ NH4 +, Mg2+, Zn2+, vorzugsweise für Na+, stehen.
Als weiteren optionalen Bestandteil können die kosmetischen Mittel 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% mindestens ein Polymer aus der Gruppe der kationischen und/oder amphoteren Polymere enthalten.
Unter kationischen oder amphoteren Polymeren sind Polymere zu verstehen, welche in der Haupt- und/oder Seitenkette eine Gruppe aufweisen, welche "temporär" oder "permanent" kationisch sein kann. Als "permanent kationisch" werden solche Polymere bezeichnet, die unabhängig vom pH-Wert des Mittels eine kationische Gruppe aufweisen. Dies sind in der Regel Polymere, die ein quartäres Stickstoffatom, beispielsweise in Form einer Ammoniumgruppe, enthalten. Bevorzugte kationische Gruppen sind quartäre Ammoniumgruppen. Insbesondere solche Polymere, bei denen die quartäre Ammoniumgruppe über eine C1 -4-Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe an eine aus Acrylsäure,
Methacrylsäure oder deren Derivaten aufgebaute Polymerhauptkette gebunden sind, haben sich als besonders geeignet erwiesen.
Zusätzlich zu kationischen Polymerisaten oder an ihrer Stelle können die kosmetischen Mittel auch amphotere Polymere enthalten. Diese weisen zusätzlich zu der/den kationisch geladenen Gruppe(n)mindestens eine negativ geladene Gruppe im Molekül auf und werden auch als zwitterionische Polymere bezeichnet.
Vorzugsweise wird das Polymer oder werden die Polymere innerhalb engerer Mengenbereiche eingesetzt. So sind kosmetische Mittel bevorzugt, die - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,05 bis 7,5 Gew.- %, vorzugsweise 0, 1 bis 5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,2 bis 3,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,25 bis 2,5 Gew.-% amphotere(s) Polymer(e), enthalten.
Unabhängig davon, ob in den Mitteln amphotere Polymere enthalten sind oder nicht, sind weiter bevorzugte kosmetische Mittel dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,05 bis 7,5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0, 1 bis 5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,2 bis 3,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,25 bis 2,5 Gew.-% kationische(s) Polymer(e), enthalten.
Weitere geeignete Inhaltsstoffe umfassen nichtionische Polymere, anionische Polymere, Fettstoffe, Wachse, Aminosäuren, Vitamine, Provitamine, Vitaminvorstufen, Betaine, Biochinone, Purin(derivate), Taurin(derivate), L-Carnitin(salze), Panthenol, Panthothensäure, 2-Furanone, 2- Furanonderivate, Ectoin, Allantoin, Pflanzen extra kte, Esteröle, UV-Lichtschutzfilter, Strukturierungsmittel, Verdickungsmittel, Elektrolyte, pH-Stellmittel, Quellmittel, Farbstoffe, Antischuppenwirkstoffe, Komplexbildner, Trübungsmittel, Perlglanzmittel, Pigmente, Stabilisierungsmittel, Treibmittel, Antioxidantien, Parfümöle, Silikone und/oder Konservierungsmittel.
Die kosmetischen Mittel weisen vorteilhafte Eigenschaften auf und verleihen den mit ihnen behandelten Körperoberflächen und Haaren ebenfalls vorteilhafte Eigenschaften. Insbesondere bei der Haar- und Kopfhautbehandlung wurden Vorteile beobachtet, die über die Vorteile der Proteolipide und des Methionylmethionins alleine hinausgehen. So steigern die kosmetischen Mittel in Form von Haarbehandlungsmitteln die Elastizität der mit ihnen behandelten Haare und führen zu einer innerstrukturellen Stärkung der Haarfasern, welche sich zum Beispiel in höheren Schmelztemperaturen bei der Differenzthermoanalyse niederschlägt. Ebenso kommt es zu einer Hydrophobierung der Haaroberfläche, die sich in einer Erhöhung des Kontaktwinkels von Wassertropfen auf der Haaroberfläche zeigt. Es zeigt sich auch eine Verbesserung der Nass- und Trockenkämmbarkeiten. Auf der Haut und insbesondere der Kopfhaut bewirken die kosmetischen Mittel eine Erhöhung der Elastizität und überraschenderweise sebumregulierende Effekte. Der optische Eindruck„fettiger" Haut oder Haare wird damit vermieden oder abgeschwächt.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist entsprechend die Verwendung einer Kombination aus einem Proteolipid der Formel (I)

Bezüglich weiterer bevorzugter Ausführungsformen der Verwendung gilt mutatis mutandis das zu den kosmetischen Mitteln Gesagte.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Verbesserung mindestens einer der Eigenschaften
Zugfestigkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;

Sebumregulation auf der Haut, vorzugsweise der Kopfhaut;

- R'v -CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- oder -(CH2)X- mit x = 0 - 22 bedeutet;
Rv und RVI unabhängig voneinander für -H oder -(CH2)X-CH3 mit x = 0 - 22 stehen; mit der Maßgabe, dass R" für Keratin oder ein Keratinhydrolysat steht, wenn X für -C(0)0- steht, und
b) 0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin.
2. Kosmetisches Mittel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthält, in der R" für Keratin oder ein Keratinhydrolysat steht.
3. Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthält, in der X für -N+(CH3)2-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- und R' für -(CH2)ii-23-CH3 steht.
4. Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthält, in der X für -N+(CH3)2-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- und R' für -(CH2)i7-CH3 steht.
5. Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I) enthält, in der X für -C(0)-0- und R' für -(CH2)i7-CH3 steht.
6. Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Methionylmethionin eine Mischung von L-Methionyl-L-methionin, L-Methionyl-D-methionin, D- Methionyl-L-methionin und D-Methionyl-D-methionin ist.
7. Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Methionylmethionin L-Methionyl-L-methionin und/oder D-Methionyl-D-methionin ist.
8. Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es -
bezogen auf sein Gewicht - 0,5 bis 70 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 60 Gew.-%, weiter bevorzugt 2,5 bis 35 Gew.-% und insbesondere 5 bis 25 Gew.-% anionische(s) und/oder nichtionische(s) und/oder kationische(s) und/oder amphotere(s) Tensid(e), enthält
9. Verfahren zur Verbesserung mindestens einer der Eigenschaften
Zugfestigkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Stabilisierung des Feuchtigkeitshaushaltes von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Kämmbarkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Erhöhung des Kontaktwinkels zwischen Wassertropfen und der Oberfläche von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Verringerung der Elastizitätsabnahme von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren bei Beschädigung durch atmosphärische Einwirkungen;
Sebumregulation auf der Haut, vorzugsweise der Kopfhaut;
bei dem ein kosmetisches Mittel, vorzugsweise Haarbehandlungsmittel, enthaltend - jeweils bezogen auf sein Gewicht - a) 0,0001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens ein Proteolipid der Formel (I)
R'-X-R" (I),
in der
R' für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesätttigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 1 1 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen steht,
R" ein Protein, ein Peptid oder ein Proteinhydrolysat bedeutet,
- X für -C(0)0- oder -N+(R'"2)-R'V- oder -N(R"')R'V- oder -C(0)-N(RV)RVI- steht,
- R'" -(CH2)x-CH3 mit x = 0 - 22 bedeutet und
- R'v -CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- oder -(CH2)X- mit x = 0 - 22 bedeutet;
Rv und RVI unabhängig voneinander für -H oder -(CH2)X-CH3 mit x = 0 - 22 stehen; mit der Maßgabe, dass R" für Keratin oder ein Keratinhydrolysat steht, wenn X für -C(0)0- steht, und
b) 0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin
auf die keratinischen Fasern und/oder die Haut, vorzugsweise die Kopfhaut, aufgetragen, dort 5 Sekunden bis 10 Minuten belassen und dann ausgespült wird oder
auf die keratinischen Fasern und/oder die Haut, vorzugsweise die Kopfhaut, aufgetragen wird und dort verbleibt.
10. Verwendung einer Kombination aus einem Proteolipid der Formel (I)
R'-X-R" (I),
in der
R' für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesätttigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 1 1 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen steht,
R" ein Protein, ein Peptid oder ein Proteinhydrolysat bedeutet,
- X für -C(0)0- oder -N+(R'"2)-R'V- oder -N(R"')R'V- oder -C(0)-N(RV)RVI- steht,
- R'" -(CH2)x-CH3 mit x = 0 - 22 bedeutet und
- R'v -CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- oder -(CH2)X- mit x = 0 - 22 bedeutet;
Rv und RVI unabhängig voneinander für -H oder -(CH2)X-CH3 mit x = 0 - 22 stehen;
mit der Maßgabe, dass R" für Keratin oder ein Keratinhydrolysat steht, wenn X für -C(0)0- steht, und Methionylmethionin, vorzugsweise in einem kosmetischem Mittel, zur Verbesserung mindestens einer der Eigenschaften
Zugfestigkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Stabilisierung des Feuchtigkeitshaushaltes von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Kämmbarkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Erhöhung des Kontaktwinkels zwischen Wassertropfen und der Oberfläche von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Verringerung der Elastizitätsabnahme von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren bei Beschädigung durch atmosphärische Einwirkungen;
Sebumregulation auf der Haut.
