Claims (11)

  1. Lave-vaisselle, en particulier lave-vaisselle ménager (1), présentant un espace de lavage (3) exécuté pour l'accueil de vaisselle à laver (17), un contenant (2) limitant l'espace de lavage (3), une pompe (6) exécutée pour la mise en circulation de liquide de lavage dans le contenant (2), un dispositif de commande de programme de lavage (9) exécuté pour l'exécution d'au moins un programme de lavage et pour la commande de la pompe (6), et au moins un moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c) relié au dispositif de commande de programme de lavage (9), lequel moyen est exécuté afin de détecter optiquement au moins une section spatiale de l'espace de lavage (3), dans lequel le dispositif de commande de programme de lavage (9) est exécuté afin d'adapter le programme de lavage sur la base de l'état détecté par le moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c), à savoir la quantité de vaisselle à laver présente dans l'espace de lavage (3), caractérisé en ce que le moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c) est logé en rotation à l'intérieur du contenant (2) de telle sorte qu'en fonction de la position et/ou de la situation du moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c) différentes sections spatiales de l'espace de lavage (3) sont détectées par le moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c).
  2. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contenant (2) présente une paroi supérieure (4), un bras de lavage supérieur (12) étant logé en rotation sur la paroi supérieure (4), lequel présente au moins un orifice de sortie de liquide de lavage (12a) et est en particulier actionné en réaction au liquide de lavage mu par la pompe (6) et sortant de l'au moins un orifice de sortie de liquide de lavage (12a), et le moyen de détection optique (15, 15a) est fixé au bras de lavage supérieur (12).
  3. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un panier à vaisselle (10) est logé dans le contenant (2), un bras de lavage de panier (13) étant logé en rotation sur le panier à vaisselle (10), lequel bras présente au moins un orifice de sortie de liquide de lavage (13a) et est en particulier actionné en réaction au liquide de lavage mu par la pompe (6) et sortant de l'au moins un orifice de sortie de liquide de lavage (13a), et le moyen de détection optique (15, 15b) est fixé au bras de lavage de panier (13).
  4. Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le contenant (2) présente une paroi inférieure (5), un bras de lavage inférieur (14) étant logé en rotation dans la paroi inférieure (5), lequel présente au moins un orifice de sortie de liquide de lavage (14a) et est en particulier actionné en réaction au liquide de lavage mu par la pompe (6) et sortant de l'au moins un orifice de sortie de liquide de lavage (14a), et le moyen de détection optique (15, 15c) est fixé au bras de lavage inférieur (14).
  5. Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c) est fixé de façon amovible manuellement par le bras de lavage supérieur (12), le bras de lavage de panier (13) et/ou le bras de lavage inférieur (14) à celui-ci.
  6. Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c) est relié de manière fixe au bras de lavage supérieur (12), au bras de lavage de panier (13) et/ou au bras de lavage inférieur (14), en y étant de préférence relié par complémentarité de formes et/ou de matières de façon inamovible sans destruction, en particulier par surmoulage du moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c) avec du plastique lors de la fabrication du bras de lavage supérieur (12), du bras de lavage de panier (13) et/ou du bras de lavage inférieur (14).
  7. Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c) présente au moins un détecteur à formation d'images électrique, en particulier une caméra, une caméra numérique, une webcam et/ou une caméra réseau.
  8. Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de détection optique (15, 15a-15c) est relié au dispositif de commande de programme de lavage (9) au moyen d'une liaison de communication (18).
  9. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la liaison de communication (18) est une liaison de communication sans fil (18a).
  10. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la liaison de communication sans fil (18a) présente une interface inductive ou capacitive, une interface optique, une interface NFC, une liaison Wifi, une liaison sans fil Bluetooth et/ou une liaison sans fil HF.
  11.
