- a) Anordnen der Balise, welche eine erste Induktionsvorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines von einem Schienenfahrzeug abgestrahlten Telepowering-Signals und einen mit der aus dem Telepowering-Signal gewonnenen Energie betreibbaren Schaltkreis zur Abstrahlung eines Balisentelegramms aufweist; und
- b) Anordnen einer zweiten Induktionsvorrichtung, die über einen öffenbaren Schalter verfügt und mit der ersten Induktionsvorrichtung drahtlos gekoppelt ist, wobei die Balise bei geöffnetem Schalter in der Lage ist, das Balisentelegramm auszusenden und bei geschlossenem Schalter ein Gegeninduktionssignals in der zweiten Induktionsverrichtung zur zumindest teilweisen Abschwächung der Induktionswirkung des Telepoweringsignals erzeugt wird, sodass die noch in die ersten Induktionsvorrichtung induzierte Leistung unterhalb einer Aktivierungsschwelle des Schaltkreises bleibt.

- b) einer zweiten Induktionsvorrichtung, die über einen öffenbaren Schalter verfügt und mit der ersten Induktionsvorrichtung drahtlos gekoppelt ist, wobei die Balise bei geöffnetem Schalter in der Lage ist, das Balisentelegramm auszusenden und bei geschlossenem Schalter ein Gegeninduktionssignal in der zweiten Induktionsverrichtung zur zumindest teilweisen Abschwächung der Induktionswirkung des Telepowering-Signals erzeugbar ist, sodass die noch in die ersten Induktionsvorrichtung induzierte Leistung unterhalb einer Aktivierungsschwelle des Schaltkreises bleibt.
