Claims (4)

  1. System for selectively switching on and off a balise (10) arranged in a rail track (2) comprising the balise (10) featuring a first induction device (16) for receiving a telepowering signal (18) emitted by a rail vehicle and a switching circuit (20) operable by the energy gained from the telepowering signal (18) for emitting a balise telegram (22),
    characterized in that
    a second induction device (12) is provided having a openable switch (14) and wirelessly coupled to the first induction device (16), with the balise (10) in the case of an opened switch (14) being able to send out the balise telegram (22) and in the case of a closed switch (14) able to generate an inductive coupling signal in the second induction device (12) for at least partially mitigating the induction impact of the telepowering signal (18) so that the power still induced in the first induction device (16) stays below an activation threshold of the switching circuit (20).
  2. System according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the second induction device is a loop wire (12), generating if closed an inductive coupling signal to the telepowering signal (18) with the loop wire (12) arranged around the balise (10) or below the balise (10) or integrated in the balise (10).
  3. System according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that the switch (14) is switchable by means of a lineside electronic unit (6) provided for controlling and/or monitoring the balise (10).
  4. Method for selectively switching on and off a balise (10) arranged in a rail track (2) comprising the step of arranging the balise (10) featuring a first induction device (16) for receiving a telepowering signal (18) emitted by a rail vehicle; and a switching circuit (20) operable by the energy gained from the telepowering signal (18) for emitting a balise telegram (22),
    characterized in that
    a second induction device (12) is provided having a openable switch (14) and wirelessly coupled to the first induction device (16), with the balise (10) in the case of an opened switch (14) being able to send out the balise telegram (22) and in the case of a closed switch (14) able to generate an inductive coupling signal in the second induction device (12) for at least partially mitigating the induction impact of the telepowering signal (18) so that the power still induced in the first induction device (16) stays below an activation threshold of the switching circuit (20).
