Description

  • The invention relates to a household refrigerator with a door leaf which comprises a recessed grip. The household appliance is in particular a household refrigerator.
  • The WO 2011/124738 A2 discloses a household refrigerator with a door leaf. The door leaf has a front-side outer wall, a rear-side inner wall and at least one side flank. The door leaf comprises a handle shell with a recessed grip, which is accessible via an opening in the side flank.
  • The WO 2013/126946 A1 discloses a household refrigerator with a door leaf. The door leaf comprises a recessed grip and a plurality of LEDs arranged in the door leaf in the region of the recessed grip for illuminating the recessed grip.
  • Object of the present invention is to provide an improved household refrigeration appliance with a door leaf, which has a recessed grip.
  • The object of the invention is achieved by a household refrigerator according to claim 1.
  • The household refrigerator according to the invention accordingly comprises the control device. The domestic refrigerator according to the invention also comprises the door leaf. This is preferably pivotally mounted with respect to a vertically extending axis and comprises in its outer side a recessed grip, by means of which the door leaf can be opened. The recessed grip comprises the handle, which forms an undercut with respect to the outside of the door leaf. Thus, a person can intervene with their hand in the undercut to open the door leaf. The undercut may be formed, for example, by a groove in a side wall of the door leaf.
  • The domestic refrigerator according to the invention also has the lighting, which is adapted to illuminate the recessed grip. The lighting comprises the at least one light source. This is preferably designed as one or more LEDs.
  • The electronic control device comprises the electronics, ie the part of the control device which takes over the control task of the electronic control device. At least a majority, if not all, of the electronics are located inside the door panel. A provided for supplying the electronics power supply can also be arranged in the door leaf. Preferably, however, this power supply is arranged in or on the body of the household refrigerator. The electronics include e.g. a microprocessor or microcontroller, generally electronic and electrical components.
  • According to the invention, the electronics and the at least one lighting means form the common subassembly, which in turn is arranged next to the undercut in the door leaf, so that the at least one light source is able to emit its light from the undercut into the recessed grip.
  • The body of the household refrigerator according to the invention is a thermally insulated body, which has an inner container which limits the interior. The interior of the household refrigerator is a coolable interior and is intended for storing food. The household refrigerator includes a refrigeration device for cooling the interior. The electronic control device is set up to control the refrigeration device in such a way that the interior space has at least approximately a desired temperature. The driving of the refrigeration device is preferably designed as a temperature control.
  • The household refrigerating appliance according to the invention may be, for example, a household refrigerator. In this case, the coolable interior is cooled to temperatures greater than 0 ° C. The household refrigerator according to the invention may also be a Haushaltsgefriergerät. In this case, the coolable interior is cooled to temperatures less than 0 ° C.   • The common assembly preferably comprises a single printed circuit board on which the at least one lighting means and electrical and electronic components of the electronics are mounted. This embodiment can be made relatively compact.
  • According to a preferred embodiment of the household refrigerator according to the invention a cavity is arranged adjacent to the undercut of the recessed grip, in which the common assembly is fixed, wherein the undercut comprises a cavity and the recessed grip separating wall with at least one opening through which the light of at least one light source to illuminate the handle recess to illuminate. The cavity may in particular be formed by a housing within the door leaf. The housing is preferably opened in the direction of the outside and closed in this area by means of a cover, whereby the assembly of the door panel is facilitated.   • In addition to the undercut of the recessed grip, the cavity can be arranged, in which the assembly is fixed, wherein the undercut comprises the cavity and the recessed grip separating wall with the at least one opening through which to emit the light of the at least one lighting means for illuminating the recessed grip can. According to this variant, the outer side of the door leaf in particular has an outer skin which adheres to the insulating foam and which comprises a recess in which a recess forming the cavity is arranged with an outer housing in the direction of the outside, open housing for the assembly in the insulating foam, which means a cover is covered to the outside. The cover preferably runs flush with the outer skin. This open housing is preferably made of plastic. The use of the open housing results in a relatively simple production of the door leaf, since it is possible in a relatively simple manner, first to manufacture the door leaf with the open housing including insulating foam, then to secure the common assembly within the housing, to electrical lines connect and then close the housing with the cover.
  • According to a variant of the household refrigerating appliance according to the invention, the lighting has a light guide which is optically coupled to the at least one light source and which is optically coupled to the at least one opening. The opening is e.g. formed as a slot. Due to the light guide, a relatively uniform illumination of the recessed grip can be achieved. The light guide may also be part of the common assembly.
  • Preferably, the optical fiber can close the at least one opening, preferably completely close. Thus, the light guide preferably forms at least a part of the wall separating the cavity and the recessed grip.
  • According to a further variant of the household refrigerator according to the invention, the recessed grip on a recess which is only partially covered by the handle forming the undercut. Accordingly, a person can use the depression to intervene with his hand in the undercut in order to open the door leaf. In addition, since the at least one light source is able to emit its light from the undercut into the recessed grip, the depression is also illuminated. The recess is preferably chosen such that it extends to the corresponding side wall of the door leaf.
  • The door leaf is pivotable with respect to a vertical axis according to a preferred variant of the household refrigerator. The household refrigerating appliance according to the invention may also comprise a further door leaf which is arranged next to the door leaf, is pivotable with respect to a vertical axis, has an inside and an outside, and comprises a further recessed grip arranged in the outside of the further door leaf which comprises a handle which forms an undercut with respect to the outside of the other door leaf.
  • The recessed grip of the door leaf is preferably arranged in the region of that lateral side of the door leaf which faces the further door leaf. The two recessed grips are preferably at the same height, so that the lighting is also able to illuminate the other recessed grip.   • Due to the household refrigerator according to the invention results in a combination of electronics and handle in one element (common assembly). As a result, it may be possible for the printed circuit board on which the electrical and electronic components and the at least one light-emitting means are fastened to be arranged directly next to the grip shell or recessed grip.   • The lighting can also be used to visualize switching states or alarm conditions of the domestic refrigerator. The door alarm is e.g. activated when the door leaf is open for a predetermined period of time. If necessary, the light may also flash during the alarm.
  • For example, a so-called "holiday function" (stand-by function) could be illustrated by white light of the illumination, which in particular increases and decreases slowly in intensity, which varies the brightness in the rate of slow breathing.
  • The visualization of other functions, such as "eco-cooling" (energy saving mode) can be visualized by eg green light, or "super" by bright white light.   • The domestic refrigeration appliance 1 comprises a non-illustrated, the person skilled in principle known refrigeration device preferably in the form of at least one refrigerant circuit for cooling the two coolable interiors. The refrigerant circuit includes, for example, a compressor, a condenser downstream of the compressor, a throttle device connected downstream of the condenser, which is designed in particular as a throttle or capillary tube, and an evaporator, which is arranged between the throttle device and the compressor.

This vertical wall 17d may have at least one opening through which the light of the at least one luminous means or the at least one LED 21 is able to radiate to the recessed grip 4 of the first door leaf 2 and, if appropriate, to illuminate the recessed grip 5 of the second door leaf 3. This at least one opening can be covered by an at least semi-transparent cover. The first component 18 thus preferably constitutes an open towards the outside 7 housing for the assembly 22 to which the recess 12 forming walls 12a, 12b are integrally formed.
  • In the case of the present embodiment, the at least one opening in the gripping recess 4 and the cavity 17 separating wall 17d is formed as a vertically extending slot 17e, which preferably extends over the entire height h of the recess 12 and the wall 17d. In particular, the slot 17e is provided with a light guide 23, which completely covers or fills in particular the slot 17e. The light guide 23 is in turn optically coupled to the at least one light source or the at least one LED 21, so that the light of the at least one light source or the at least one LED 21 via the light guide 23, the recess 12 and the recessed grips 4, 5 is able to illuminate. The light guide 23 is preferably also part of the assembly 22.
  • The household refrigerator 1 may be designed such that the lighting of the recessed grips 4, 5 are designed as a so-called "night design". In particular, the light of the at least one luminous means or of the at least one LED 21 can be designed in color. Optionally, a color filter, e.g. be provided between the light guide 23 and the at least one light source. It is also possible that the light guide 23 is colored.
  • Optionally, the lighting may also be made interactive by e.g. the electronics 20 automatically turn on the at least one light source or the at least one LED 21 when a person approaches the domestic refrigerator 1 or the grip 4. For this purpose, the household refrigerator 1, e.g. a distance or proximity sensor 24 connected to the electronics 20. The proximity or proximity sensor 24 may be e.g. be secured in or on the outside 7 of the first door panel 2, preferably in or on the second component 19th
  • The lighting can also be used to visualize switching states or alarm conditions of the household refrigerator 1. For example, in the case of a door alarm, the light of the lighting can assume a certain color, for example red. The door alarm is e.g. activated when one of the door leaves 2, 3 is open for a predetermined period of time. If necessary, the lighting can also flash during the alarm.
  • For example, a so-called "holiday function" (stand-by function) could be illustrated by white light of the illumination, which in particular increases and decreases slowly in intensity, which varies the brightness in the rate of slow breathing.
  • The visualization of other functions, such as "eco-cooling" (energy saving mode) can be visualized by eg green light, or "super" by bright white light.

Claims (10)

  1. Household refrigeration appliance, having a chillable interior chamber that is provided for the storage of food, a thermally insulated carcass, an inner container which delimits the chillable interior chamber, a door leaf (2) for opening and closing the chillable interior chamber, said door leaf (2) having an inner face which faces the chillable interior chamber and an outer face (7) which faces away from the chillable interior chamber, between which an insulating foam (11) is arranged, and a recessed handle (4) arranged in the outer face (7) of the door leaf (2) and comprising a handle (13), which forms an indentation (16) in relation to the outer face (7) of the door leaf (2), and a lighting arrangement with at least one lighting means, which is configured in particular as an LED (21) and which is designed to illuminate the recessed handle (4), characterised by a refrigeration apparatus for chilling the chillable interior chamber and an electronic control apparatus which has an electronics system (20) and which is designed to control the refrigeration apparatus during operation of the household refrigeration appliance (1) in such a manner that the chillable interior chamber has at least approximately a setpoint temperature, wherein at least a large part of the electronics system (20) and the at least one lighting means (21) form a common assembly (22) which is arranged within the door leaf (2) next to the indentation (16) so that the at least one lighting means (21) is able to radiate its light out of the indentation (16) into the recessed handle (4).
  2. Household refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the common assembly (22) has a printed circuit board, to which the at least one lighting means and electrical and electronic parts of the electronics system (20) are fastened.
  3. Household refrigeration appliance according to claim 1 or 2, characterised by a hollow space (17) arranged next to the indentation (16) of the recessed handle (4), the common assembly (22) being fastened therein, wherein the indentation (16) comprises a wall (17d) separating the hollow space (17) and the recessed handle (4) with at least one opening (17e), through which the light from the at least one lighting means is able to radiate to illuminate the recessed handle (4).
  4. Household refrigeration appliance according to claim 3, characterised in that the lighting arrangement has a light guide (23) coupled optically to the at least one lighting means, said light guide (23) being coupled optically to the at least one opening (17e).
  5. Household refrigeration appliance according to claim 4, characterised in that the light guide (23) closes off the at least one opening (17e), in particular closes it off completely, and/or the light guide (23) is part of the assembly (22).
  6. Household refrigeration appliance according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the recessed handle (4) has a depression (12), which is only partially covered by the handle (13) forming the indentation (16).
  7. Household refrigeration appliance according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the door leaf (2) can be pivoted in relation to a vertical axis and in particular the household appliance (1) has a further door leaf (3), which is arranged next to the door leaf (2), can be pivoted in relation to a vertical axis, has an inner face and an outer face and comprises a further recessed handle (5) arranged in the outer face of the further door leaf (3), said further recessed handle (5) comprising a handle which forms an indentation in relation to the outer face of the further door leaf (3).
  8. Household refrigeration appliance according to claim 7, characterised in that the recessed handle (4) of the door leaf (2) is arranged in the region of the side face (8) of the door leaf (2) facing the further door leaf (3), the further recessed handle (5) of the further door leaf (3) is arranged in the region of the side face of the further door leaf (3) and the two recessed handles (4, 5) are at the same height so the lighting arrangement is also able to illuminate the further recessed handle (5).
  9. Household refrigeration appliance according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that a hollow space (17) is arranged next to the indentation (16) of the recessed handle (4), the assembly (22) being fastened therein, wherein the indentation (16) comprises a wall (17d) separating the hollow space (17) and the recessed handle (4) with at least one opening (17e), through which the light from the at least one lighting means is able to radiate to illuminate the recessed handle (4), wherein the outer face (7) of the door leaf (2) has an outer skin (9) which adheres to the insulating foam (11) and which comprises a cutout, in which a recess forming the hollow space (17) is arranged with a housing for the assembly (22) which is manufactured as a single piece and open in the direction of the outer face (7) in the insulating foam (11), which is covered by means of a cover (19) in an outward direction.
  10. Household refrigeration appliance according to claim 9, characterised in that the recessed handle (4) has a depression (12), the walls (12a, 12b) of which are moulded on the open housing for the assembly (22) and which is only partially covered by the handle (13) forming the indentation (16).
