Claims (6)
- Machine-outil manuelle (1) équipée de :un logement d'outil destiné à recevoir un outil sur un axe de travail (10) ;un moteur électrique (5) ;un mécanisme de percussion pneumatique (6) qui un excitateur (13) qui est déplacé périodiquement d'avant en arrière par le moteur (5) parallèlement à l'axe de travail (10), un battant (14) qui est mobile sur l'axe de travail (11) et qui est couplé à l'excitateur via un ressort à air (18) et une bouterolle (19) qui est disposée de façon mobile sur l'axe de travail (11) et qui est disposée après le battant (14) dans la direction de percussion (11),une douille de guidage (32) qui présente une section de guidage (33) cylindrique, la bouterolle (19) comportant une section de bouterolle (22) cylindrique avec un diamètre et la section de bouterolle (22) cylindrique étant guidée dans la section de guidage (33) et un diamètre intérieur de la section de guidage (33) étant identique au diamètre de la section de bouterolle (22) ;caractérisée en ce que :
la bouterolle (19) comporte dans la section de bouterolle (22) plusieurs rainures (30) s'étendant sur l'ensemble de la longueur (31) de la section de bouterolle (22) et une surface de section transversale de la section de bouterolle (22) étant réduite d'au plus 5 % par rapport à une surface circulaire définie par le diamètre (26). - Machine-outil manuelle (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface de section transversale de la section de bouterolle (22) est réduite d'au moins 1,0 % par rapport à la surface circulaire.
- Machine-outil manuelle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la bouterolle (19) comporte une section de bouterolle (23) cylindrique supplémentaire disposée après la section de bouterolle (22) dans la direction de percussion (12) et la douille de guidage (32) comportant une section de guidage (34) supplémentaire dans laquelle la section de bouterolle (23) supplémentaire est guidée de façon étanche à l'air.
- Machine-outil manuelle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la bouterolle (19) et la douille de guidage (32) ferment un réservoir d'air (35) uniquement alimenté en air par les rainures (30).
- Machine-outil manuelle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface de section transversale de la section de bouterolle (22) est constante sur l'ensemble de la longueur (31) de la section de bouterolle (22).
- Machine-outil manuelle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la douille de guidage (32) est mobile dans le sens de la longueur de l'axe de travail (11) et est précontrainte par un élément amortissant (38) à l'encontre de la direction de percussion (12).
