Abstract
Description
- L'invention se rapporte aux domaines des emballages. L'invention porte en particulier sur un opercule pour un contenant, par exemple un contenant pour produits alimentaires, produits cosmétiques, produits à usage médical, etc. L'invention porte en outre sur un bouchon et sur un contenant munis d'un tel opercule.
- Certains produits sont conditionnés dans des contenants fermés par un bouchon qui, parfois, surmonte un opercule. La présence d'un opercule améliore la durée de conservation du produit et certifie indirectement au consommateur l'authenticité d'un contenu. En fonction des besoins, les opercules sont formés dans des matériaux souples et, parfois, sont formés par un empilement de plusieurs couches solidaires les unes des autres. En outre, l'utilisation des opercules dans le cadre de l'authentification de contenu implique qu'ils sont généralement formés en des matériaux fragiles, si bien que leur détérioration irrémédiable est nécessaire pour accéder au produit.
- Certains fraudeurs ont toutefois utilisé de très fines seringues pour siphonner et remplacer le contenu de certains contenants sans détériorer les opercules. Des opercules qui ne prémunissent pas contre ce genre de manipulations ne remplissent pas leur rôle en matière d'authentification d'un contenu.
- L'invention vise à remédier à cet inconvénient en fournissant un opercule qui indique si un contenu stocké dans un contenant a été altéré et ainsi permettre à un client final d'authentifier un produit.
- L'invention vise également à fournir un opercule qui remplisse plusieurs fonctions : une première fonction logistique, par exemple dans le cadre d'un système de gestion des inventaires, une seconde fonction de sécurisation pour, entre autre, prévenir la tentative d'effraction, détecter les tentatives de siphonage du contenu.
- Ces buts sont atteints par un opercule comprenant un dispositif de contrôle, le dispositif de contrôle étant muni de moyens de communication pour émettre et recevoir des signaux radiofréquences et configuré pour déterminer l'intégrité d'une première antenne, et une poche étanche renfermant une substance liquide ou visqueuse.
- Selon une caractéristique, l'opercule peut comprendre un dispositif de communication en champ proche comprenant une deuxième antenne.
- Selon une autre caractéristique, la poche peut être en une matière moins dure que l'acier.
- Selon une autre caractéristique, la poche peut être en matière plastique.
- Selon une autre caractéristique, l'épaisseur de la paroi de la poche peut être inférieure à 3mm.
- Selon une autre caractéristique, la substance peut contenir un colorant ou un liquide invisible à l'oeil nu.
- Selon une autre caractéristique, la poche peut s'étendre sur toute la surface de l'opercule ou seulement sur une partie de la surface de l'opercule.
- Selon une autre caractéristique, l'épaisseur de l'opercule peut être inférieure à 1 mm.

figure 1 montre un opercule 1 disposé sur un contenant 2, dans le cas présent un contenant pour produits alimentaires, en l'occurrence une bouteille destinée au stockage d'un produit alimentaire liquide ou visqueux. Bien que représenté sur lafigure 1 au sommet du goulot d'une bouteille 2, l'opercule 1 selon l'invention peut être utilisé avec des contenants pour tous types de produits, par exemple des contenants pour produits cosmétiques, pour des produits destinés à un usage médical, et quelque qu'en soit la forme, en forme de bouteille, de pot, de jarre, etc. - Comme il est habituellement d'usage, l'opercule 1 selon l'invention peut être collé, thermoscellé, ou simplement posé au sommet du contenant 2.
- Alternativement, l'opercule 1 selon l'invention peut être solidaire ou faire partie intégrante d'un bouchon ou d'un couvercle destiné à fermer un contenant.
- La structure de l'opercule 1 selon l'invention est représentée sur la
figure 2 . Celle-ci se présente sous la forme d'un empilement de plusieurs couches c1, c2 et c3 solidaires les unes des autres. - Une première de ces couches c1 comprend un premier circuit supportant un dispositif de contrôle 3, incluant un émetteur et un récepteur de signaux radiofréquences et connecté à une première antenne 4, de préférence une antenne de type « Tamper Evident », qui est conçue de telle sorte à subir des dommages irréversibles en cas de manipulation. Le dispositif de contrôle 3 est configuré pour déterminer l'intégrité de la première antenne 4 et, au cas où l'intégrité de l'antenne est altérée, pour agir en émettant un signal radiofréquences spécifique et/ou modifier des données de configuration qui lui sont propres.
- Le dispositif de contrôle 3 est apte à émettre des signaux radiofréquences lorsqu'il est stimulé par un lecteur qui l'alimente en énergie. En fonction des besoins, le dispositif de contrôle 3 est conçu de telle sorte que les signaux qu'il émet peuvent être captés à plusieurs dizaine de centimètres, voire quelques dizaines de mètres. De préférence, le circuit de contrôle 3 comprend une deuxième antenne (non représentée). Un tel dispositif est donc approprié pour être utilisé au sein d'un système de gestion d'inventaire automatisé.
- Une deuxième couche c2 de l'opercule 1 comprend une poche 5 étanche renfermant une substance liquide ou visqueuse. De préférence, la substance contient un colorant visible à l'oeil nu. Alternativement, la substance contient un colorant invisible à l'oeil nu mais qui peut être révélé au moyen d'un dispositif approprié.
- De préférence, la poche 5 est souple et est en matière plastique. Alternativement, la poche 5 est formée en un matériau moins dur que l'acier. De préférence, l'épaisseur de la paroi de la poche 5 est inférieure à 3mm.
- De préférence, la poche 5 s'étend sur toute la surface de l'opercule 1. Alternativement, la poche 5 s'étend sur seulement une partie de la surface de l'opercule 1.
- Une troisième couche c3 de l'opercule 1 comprend un deuxième circuit supportant un dispositif de communication en champ proche (NFC - Near Field Communication) 6 approprié pour communiquer avec un appareil mobile, par exemple un smartphone. De préférence, le dispositif de communication en champ proche 6 inclut une troisième antenne 7. Le dispositif de communication en champ proche 6 est ainsi configuré pour, entre autre, communiquer avec un appareil mobile dans le but de permettre à l'authentification du produit sur le point de vente par un consommateur.
- Une fois disposé sur un contenant, l'opercule selon l'invention permet de savoir si le contenu stocké à l'intérieur du contenant a été modifié au moyen d'une seringue. En effet, si une seringue est introduite à travers le bouchon, la poche 5 est percée et la substance contenue au sein de la poche 5 est libérée.
- De plus, la première antenne 4 étant conçue de sorte qu'elle ne résiste pas à une tentative de retrait de l'opercule, si quelqu'un tente de retirer l'opercule 1, l'antenne 4 est altérée et le dispositif de contrôle 3, qui est configuré pour surveiller constamment l'intégrité de l'antenne 4, émet un signal radiofréquences spécifique qui peut être reçu et interprété par un système informatique approprié et/ou modifie des données de configuration qui lui sont propres.
- Bien que la structure de l'opercule a été décrite comme comprenant plusieurs couches empilées, la structure peut alternativement, pour autant que tous les éléments décrits ci-dessus soient présents, comporter un nombre de couches différent. De même l'arrangement des couches c1, c2 et c3 constituant l'opercule 1 peut être différent de celui représenté sur les
figures 1-3 . - De préférence, l'épaisseur (e) de l'opercule selon l'invention est inférieure à 1 mm. Alternativement, l'épaisseur de l'opercule 1 est inférieure à 5mm.
Claims (10)
- Opercule (1) pour un contenant, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule comprend un dispositif de contrôle (3), le dispositif de contrôle étant muni de moyens de communication pour émettre et recevoir des signaux radiofréquences et configuré pour déterminer l'intégrité d'une première antenne (4), et une poche (5) étanche renfermant une substance liquide ou visqueuse.
- Opercule selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de communication en champ proche (6) comprenant une deuxième antenne (7).
- Opercule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poche (5) est en une matière moins dure que l'acier.
- Opercule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poche (5) est en matière plastique.
- Opercule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de la paroi de la poche (5) est inférieure à 3mm.
- Opercule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la substance contient un colorant ou un liquide invisible à l'oeil nu.
- Opercule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poche (5) s'étend sur toute la surface de l'opercule ou seulement sur une partie de la surface de l'opercule.
- Opercule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que son épaisseur est inférieure à 1 mm.
- Bouchon pour un contenant, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un opercule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Contenant, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un opercule selon l'une des revendications 1-8.
