  • Since the ejection device is preferably arranged in the lower region of the furniture body and acts there on the lower region of the flap (in order to achieve better leverage), all of the force specifications given here are based on their action in the lower region of the flap. In particular, the force specifications are always measured at the lower edge of the front flap. So they say nothing about the pure force of the individual springs (main spring, ejection spring, support spring), as these are kinematically amplified or changed by levers. Accordingly, a preferred embodiment provides that the forces acting on the flap forces are measured in the lower flap area, preferably on the front lower side.
  • In general, it should not be ruled out that at least one of the springs specified in this document is not designed as a spring, but as another force-generating or elastic element (hydraulic device, motor, elastic compensation element). In general, therefore, an arbitrary force accumulator can be provided, which is preferably loaded mechanically when closing.
  • According to a preferred embodiment it can be provided that the spring force of the ejection device acting in the opening direction is in the suppressed closed position between 5 and 20 N, preferably between 10 and 17 N, particularly preferably between 12 and 15 N. For use in folding cabinets / furniture only relatively small ejection devices are useful because others would take up too much space or would protrude too far in the ejected state.
  • Particularly preferably, it can be provided that the support spring is arranged in a housing and acts on a guided by the support spring plunger on a lever of the lever assembly. This allows the translation to be optimized to a specific lever.
  • A preferred embodiment of the invention may further provide that the support spring, the housing, and the plunger together form an ejection support device disposed on and moveably coupled to the lever assembly, the ejection support device forming a single easily replaceable assembly. The arrangement of the ejection support device directly on the lever assembly means in other words that it is "floating" mounted on a lever of the lever assembly. she thus moves on the lever assembly and can act over a longer opening path than the pure ejector against the locking force of the main spring.   • Preferably, it can also be provided that the support spring can be tensioned by a lever of the lever arrangement when closing and the support spring thereby also damps the closing movement of the flap.
  • In general, it should not be excluded that the force acting on a lever of the lever assembly support spring is unlocked by overpressing. Due to the separate design of the ejection device and the support spring, the two acting in the opening direction springs act at different locations in the furniture or on the Stellarmanordnung.
  • According to a further preferred embodiment, it may be provided that the spring force of the support spring acting in the opening direction compensates the closing force acting in the closing direction of the main spring in the closed position to a value which is less than the ejection force of the ejection device acting in the opening direction.   • Generally Stellarmanordnungen for moving up a flap of a piece of furniture are already known from the prior art, in which a lever assembly for moving the flap, acting in the closing direction to hold the flap main spring and a damping device which dampens the closing movement of the flap known. The plunger is prevented during the closing movement of the damping medium in general to a fast closing movement. In contrast, during the opening movement, no effect is obtained from this plunger on a lever or on the flap. It is merely moved by the auxiliary spring of the plunger in the opening direction, without being able to support the opening movement of the flap at all or to influence. This plunger is thus rather influenced by the force of the damping medium than by the auxiliary spring. This is manifested above all in the fact that, when the flap is opened, the plunger can not at all keep up with the movement of the levers, since an uninfluenced ejection of the plunger by the damping medium is prevented.
  • Thus, the object of the invention is to provide a comparison with the prior art improved support spring for the opening movement of a control arm. In particular, the support spring should act on the plunger in such a way that the plunger always bears against the lever up to its maximum open position.
  • This is achieved by acting on the plunger only spring force of the support spring to support a arranged on the furniture or on the Stellarmanordnung ejection device. Thus, the support spring can act directly on the lever of the lever assembly without any influence of a damping medium and support the opening movement.
  • According to a preferred embodiment it can be provided that the plunger, the support spring and a housing together form an ejection support device, which is arranged on a lever of the lever arrangement and acts on the plunger on another lever of the lever arrangement. Preferably, it is provided that the pure force of the support spring does not overcome the locking force of the main spring.   • A preferred embodiment may provide for this that the plunger and the support spring in a housing of the ejection support device are arranged or guided.
