  • the ambulance table has a lower table, which is pivotable about a horizontal, perpendicular to a table longitudinal direction of the ambulance table tilting axis. Vorzugswelse the ambulance table is vertically adjustable.
  • a retractable carrying receptacle serves to receive a patient transport means which is displaceably connected to the undertable in the table longitudinal direction by a limited distance. With a transport device, the patient transport means on the stretcher in the table longitudinal direction is moved back and forth. In this case, the transport device has at least one driver, which is drivable back and forth in the table longitudinal direction.
  • the GB 2 2003 999 A discloses a device for a stretcher and a stretcher with a retractable landing gear, wherein the device is provided for loading and unloading the stretcher on or from a support platform of a vehicle. It also comes a stretcher used, which receives the stretcher with folded chassis. The stretcher can be moved to deploy or for insertion along a linear guide.
  • a pivoting device with drive means which pivots the linear guide with the stretcher support about an axis.
  • the known support platforms have the disadvantage that they must have on the one hand a drive for adjusting the height and on the other hand have to have a drive which pulls the stretcher on the stretcher or pushes.
  • the support platform must namely be lowered so far that a stretcher gets under the stretcher. Rescue personnel then have to push the stretcher into the stretcher until it snaps into a towing device. The stretcher is then pulled in the stretcher up to a transport position.
  • This system is not only very expensive, but also expensive because of the additional drives. The additional components needed to pull the stretcher into the stretcher also make this system more susceptible to interference.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to avoid the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an auxiliary device for a support platform of an emergency vehicle, which allows the rescue personnel without lifting power bring the stretcher on the stretcher.
  • the auxiliary device should be as easy as possible to operate and inexpensive to manufacture.
  • auxiliary devices While in the conventional and known auxiliary systems for loading the support platform either the rescue personnel had to spend considerable force to carry the stretcher on the stretcher, or an additional drive was required in the present invention, only a single drive is necessary to perform the pivoting movement , Rescue personnel also need to expend virtually no or very little physical force to move the stretcher.
  • the auxiliary device is thus structurally simpler and thus not only less expensive, but also far less susceptible to interference.
  • the stretcher is brought so far under and behind the center of gravity of the stretcher over the linear guide, that the stretcher can be pivoted high, in a horizontal or horizontal position without them tipping away. If necessary, the stretcher for the pivoting action releasably locked in a simple locking mechanism or anchoring the stretcher.
  • the stretcher If the stretcher is in a horizontal position, it is very easy for the rescue personnel to push the stretcher into the stretcher.
  • the introduction of the stretcher via the linear guide in the rescue vehicle designed without much physical force.
  • virtually no physical force is required.
  • An advantageous embodiment of the auxiliary device according to the invention for a stretcher with a retractable landing gear for loading and unloading on a support platform of an emergency vehicle further consists in that the switching and control mechanism carries the stretcher by means of the pivoting device during unloading in the oblique unloading position as soon as the ejected Stretcher is located under the center of gravity of the stretcher.
  • What applies to loading must preferably also apply to unloading.
  • the stretcher with the stretcher can be easily pulled out of the rescue vehicle along the linear guide. Only then the stretcher is brought into an inclined position so that the stretcher can be carried down by the stretcher.
  • the chassis of the stretcher works out accordingly.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the auxiliary device according to the invention for a stretcher trolley with a retractable landing gear for loading and unloading on a support platform of an emergency vehicle is that the stretcher on her Head and / or her foot has an additional guide roller assembly. This measure serves to ensure that the stretcher can still be moved in the stretcher recording when the chassis of the stretcher is completely or partially already folded to save space.
  • the rollers of the guide roller assembly are guided in guides of the stretcher, such as in a rail.
  • a special embodiment of the auxiliary device according to the invention is further achieved in that fastening means are provided for releasably locking the stretcher in the stretcher.
  • the fasteners fix the stretcher, especially during transport with the rescue vehicle in the stretcher. The stretcher can then not unintentionally loosen when braking or when accelerating from the stretcher.
  • the stretcher has a linear drive with which the stretcher is introduced or deployed in the stretcher, wherein the stretcher is anchored in an anchorage of the linear drive for movement.
  • the stretcher may be useful to collect the stretcher automatically in the horizontal or horizontal position in the stretcher. This can be generated by the linear drive a very constant movement, which can be very beneficial for the patient.
  • the pivoting device has a pivot lever which pivots the linear guide and the stretcher holder for pivoting.
  • the linear guide of the support platform is pivotable about an axis. Due to the lever arrangement, the linear guide is raised or lowered at one end. As a result, learns the linear guide together with the stretcher in the raised state an inclined position. In the lowered state, the linear guide with the stretcher receptacle is aligned substantially horizontally or horizontally. Due to the tilt, the Carrying be performed in the simplest way under the stretcher. By appropriate control of the pivot lever directs the linear guide with the stretcher to bring the arrangement in a horizontal position. The lever arrangement can also be easily realized.
  • a preferred embodiment of the auxiliary device for a stretcher invention further consists in that the support platform has a lifting device with which the stretcher support and / or linear guide can be raised or lowered. It may well be necessary to lower the stretcher further to guide it under the center of gravity of the stretcher.
  • the stretcher Once the stretcher is on the stretcher in the rescue vehicle, the patient may need to be treated acutely. The patient should therefore be easily accessible to a treating physician or other rescue personnel. With this measure, the stretcher can be raised so that the patient is easily accessible for treatment.
  • a further embodiment of the invention is that the adjusting device for the chassis of the stretcher is biased and automatically unfolds according to the position of the stretcher while unloading and collapses during loading.
  • the bias voltage is generated for example by a spring or a spring-loaded device.
  • the chassis is under tension and folds when inserting the stretcher in the stretcher automatically and works out appropriately when deploying. No additional force is required for this because the spring force supports the user here.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the auxiliary device according to the invention is that a drive is provided with a control circuit with which the stretcher holder is moved on the linear guide.
  • the stretcher is introduced by the drive via the linear guide in the rescue vehicle or deployed from the rescue vehicle.
  • the guide roller assembly of the stretcher is guided in guides the stretcher.
  • the guide roller assembly is guided in guides the stretcher.
  • the stretcher is limited in this way in their freedom of movement. It can only move in the guide, which is designed, for example, as a groove or rail.
  • a brake mechanism for the stretcher for holding or slowed down movement of the stretcher is provided in the stretcher.
  • This braking device prevents, for example, that too fast unloading the stretcher is made.
  • this braking device when pivoting the linear guide stabilize the stretcher in the stretcher and hold.
  • the invention further relates to a method for loading a support platform of an emergency vehicle with a stretcher trolley with a retractable landing gear and with such an auxiliary device according to the invention with the method steps for loading the support platform with a stretcher: First, the stretcher support is deployed on the linear guide. Then the stretcher is guided with the linear guide to below and behind the center of gravity of the stretcher and tilted without lifting the stretcher while doing so. Thereafter, the stretcher is pushed until the stretcher is located under the center of gravity of the stretcher trolley, with the trolley folding successively. As a next step, the stretcher support and the linear guide swings into a horizontal position and the stretcher is completely pushed onto the stretcher support. Thereafter, the stretcher is moved with the stretcher over the linear guide in a transport position.
  • the inventive method has the advantage that the stretcher can be transported with very little effort in the rescue vehicle. There are not any additional handles required to operate multiple drives. The loading process is greatly facilitated and automated.
  • the invention also relates to a corresponding inventive method for unloading a support platform of an emergency vehicle with a stretcher with a retractable landing gear and with an auxiliary device according to the previous claims with the method steps for unloading the support platform with a stretcher.
  • the stretcher is first deployed on the linear guide and tilted the stretcher with the linear guide. Then the stretcher can be pulled out of the stretcher with the chassis unfolding successively.
