Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden eines Leiters, umfassend:- eine Führungsbuchse (1, 21) von dem Leiter zu:- einem Federblatt (5, 25), das mit einem Anschluss (9, 29) zusammenwirkt, um eine Öffnung (7, 27) für den Durchgang des Leiters mit variabler Größe zu der Mündung der Buchse (1, 21) zu erzeugen;- einem beweglichen Hebel (2, 22) zwischen zwei stabilen Positionen, umfassend einen profilierten Abschnitt (4, 24), der mit dem Federblatt (5, 25) so zusammenwirkt, dass in einer ersten Position das Federblatt (5, 25) durch den Hebel (2, 22) in eine Gleichgewichtsposition gespannt wird, in der die Öffnung (7, 27) maximal ist und vor der Mündung der Führungsbuchse (1, 21) angeordnet ist, und in einer zweiten Position das Blatt (5, 25) gelöst wird und die Öffnung (7, 27) dazu neigt, sich wieder zu schließen, wobei die Form des profilierten Abschnitts (4, 24) es erlaubt, von einer dieser Positionen in die andere zu gelangen;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sie Mittel zum Auslösen (10, 30) des Hebels (2, 22) durch den Leiter umfasst, wenn er die Öffnung (7, 27) passiert hat, wobei die Betätigung der Auslösemittel (10, 30) durch den Leiter dazu führt, dass das Gleichgewicht Hebel (2, 22) / Blatt (5, 25) in der ersten Position gestört wird und einerseits das Federblatt (5, 25) aus seiner gespannten Position, die eine Verbindung gestattet, in seine gelöste Position, die eine Verbindung verhindert, und andererseits der Hebel (2, 22) von seiner ersten in seine zweite Position versetzt wird, wobei die Auslösemittel aus einem Schirm (10, 30) bestehen, der in der Einschubrichtung des Leiters in der gespannten Position des Federblatts (5, 25) hinter der Öffnung (7, 27) angeordnet ist, wobei der Schirm (10, 30) mit dem Hebel (2, 22) verbunden ist und diesen verschiebt, wenn er durch einen Leiter während des Einführens getroffen wird, wodurch das Gleichgewicht, das zwischen dem gespannten Blatt (5, 25) und dem Hebel (2, 22) in erster Position besteht, gestört wird. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß dem vorangehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Schirm (10) Teil eines Auslöseelementes (11) ist, wobei das Auslöseelement (11) und der Hebel (2) gegenseitige Antriebsmittel aufweisen, wobei das Auslöseelement (11) geeignet ist, den Hebel (2) anzutreiben, um das Gleichgewicht in der ersten Position zu stören, und der Hebel (2) geeignet ist, das Auslöseelement (11) durch Bewegen von der zweiten Position in die erste Position anzutreiben, sodass das Federblatt (5) in der Gleichgewichtsposition gespannt wird. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß dem vorangehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Auslöseelement (11) und der Hebel (2) schwenkbar gelagert sind, wobei die gegenseitigen Antriebsmittel aus einem Vorsprung (13) bestehen, der aus dem einen herausragt und in eine Aussparung (12) des anderen eingreifen kann. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß dem vorangehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Hebel (2) und das Auslöseelement (11) eine einzige Schwenkwelle (3) teilen. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der profilierte Abschnitt (4) einen harten Zwischenpunkt (4') aufweist, der zwei Abschnitte des Profils trennt, die es jeweils erlauben, das Blatt (5) zu spannen und zu lösen, um die Kraft des Auslöseelements (11) entsprechend seiner Position zu regulieren, aber auch um seine Gleichgewichtsposition unter Spannung zu regulieren. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das leitfähige Federblatt (5) einen ersten Abschnitt (6), der senkrecht zur Einführrichtung an der Mündung der Buchse (1) angeordnet ist und der mit einer Durchgangsöffnung (7) für den Leiter versehen ist, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (8) aufweist, der parallel zu dieser Richtung verläuft und an dem Anschluss (9) am Umfang der Mündung der Buchse (1) befestigt ist, wobei die Abschnitte (6, 8) durch ein schlaufenförmiges Teil verbunden sind, wobei die Bewegung des die Öffnung (7) aufweisenden ersten Abschnitts (6) des Federblatts (5) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Einführrichtung des Leiters durch den die Öffnung (7) durchquerenden Anschluss (9) begrenzt ist, auf dem die Kanten der Öffnung (7) senkrecht zu der Bewegung anliegen. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß dem vorangehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Anschluss (9) leitfähig ist und einen zur Einschubrichtung parallelen Abschnitt aufweist, an dem der zweite Abschnitt (8) des Federblatts (5) befestigt ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sie ein Gehäuse (B) umfasst, in dem die Führungsbuchse (1) verwendet wird und aus dem der Hebel (2) herausragt. - Verbindungsvorrichtung (20) gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Hebel (22) die Führungsbuchse (21) einschließt. - Verbindungsvorrichtung (20) gemäß dem vorangehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Schirm (30) aus einem Stück mit dem Hebel (22) besteht, wobei der Anschluss (29) ein Fenster (27) bildet, das zwischen der Buchse (21) und dem Schirm (30) angeordnet ist, an dem ein V-Federblatt (25) befestigt ist, das sich in Richtung der Führungsbuchse (21) erstreckt, wobei ein erster Schenkel (26) des V an einer Kante des Fensters (27) befestigt ist und ein zweiter Schenkel (28) die variable Öffnung mit der gegenüberliegenden Kante des Fensters (27) bildet, wobei der durch den Hebel (22) betätigte Schirm (30) das V schließt, um die Öffnung in der ersten Position zu öffnen und den zweiten Schenkel (28) zu der gegenüberliegenden Kante hin freizugeben, um sie zu schließen. - Verbindungsvorrichtung (20) gemäß dem vorangehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Hebel (22) um eine Schwenkwelle (23) rotiert. - Verbindungsvorrichtung (20) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schwenkwelle (23) und der Anschluss (29) mit einem Gehäuse (B) fest verbunden sind, aus dem die Führungsbuchse (21) des Hebels (22) herausragt. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 und 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Gehäuse (B) Teil eines modularen elektrischen Gerätegehäuses zum Leitungsschutz des Typs Leistungsschalter und/oder Fehlerstromschutzschalter ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sie Mittel zum Verschließen der Führungsbuchse (1, 21) in Abwesenheit eines Leiters umfasst.
