Abstract
Description
- The invention relates to the field of a cleaning barrel, and more particularly, to an axis lift mop bucket.
- A mop bucket is a cleaning appliance commonly used in daily life for cleaning and spin-drying a mop. The mop bucket includes a barrel body and a rotating basket, generally the rotating basket is disposed at one side of the mop bucket for spin-drying, while the other side of the mop bucket is used for cleaning the mop. In the mop bucket, a mop cleaning chamber and a mop spin-drying chamber are arranged in parallel, thus the volume and space occupation thereof are larger. Hence the publication patent number
CN203597914U discloses a lift mop bucket, the rotating basket of which is disposed above the barrel body; when the mop needs spin-drying, the rotating basket ascends to the upper part of the barrel body to drive the mop tray of the mop to rotate at high speed, thus achieving the purpose of rapidly spin-drying; when the mop needs cleaning, the rotating basket descends to the lower part of the barrel body and thus the mop may be immersed into water for cleanup. The rotating basket and the barrel body of the lift mop bucket are arranged vertically from up to down, thus the volume of the barrel body may be reduced and space occupation is less. - However, the guide grooves of the lift mop bucket are arranged on a fixed column, while a movable pin is arranged on the movable axle sleeve which may be sleeved on the fixed column in a reciprocating way, the rotating basket may be arranged rotatablely on the movable axle sleeve. The defect of the structure is that a connection between the movable axle sleeve and the fixed column is easily loose, which may cause the rotating basket to waggle when it is rotating, particularly when the rotating basket is disposed at the upper part of the barrel body, thus the rotating basket rotates unsteadily and is used inconveniently.
- In view of the defect of the prior art, the invention aims at providing an axis lift mop bucket, the rotating basket of which may be disposed in the barrel body in a liftable and lowerable way. When the rotating basket is disposed at the upper part of the barrel body, the mop rod drives the rotating basket to rotate at high speed for spin-drying by virtue of centrifugal force produced thereby; when the rotating basket is disposed at the lower part of the barrel body, the mop rod is driven to clean the mop, the rotating basket rotates steadily and is used conveniently.
- In order to achieve the above object, the invention adopts such a technical solution as below: an axis lift mop bucket, including a barrel body and a rotating basket, the barrel body is internally provided with a central axis, the central axis is sleeved with an axle sleeve which may ascend or descend along the central axis, the axle sleeve is provided with a bearing for bearing the weight of the rotating basket which may be arranged rotatablely on the axle sleeve, the inner wall of the axle sleeve is provided with an upper guide groove and a lower guide groove, a ratchet clearance is provided between the upper guide groove and the lower guide groove, the central axis is also provided with a guide groove pin fitting in with the ratchet clearance; the axle sleeve rotates on the central axis so that the guide groove pin may be positionally switched between the vertical clearance of the upper guide groove and the vertical clearance of the lower guide groove or the ratchet clearance; when the guide groove pin is disposed in the vertical clearance of the upper guide groove, the rotating basket descends along with the axle sleeve to the lower part of the central axis; when the guide groove pin is disposed in the vertical clearance of the lower guide groove, the rotating basket may shift along with the axle sleeve out of the upper end of the central axis; when the guide groove pin is disposed in the ratchet clearance, the rotating basket ascends along with the axle sleeve to the upper part of the central axis.
- Perferably, the axle sleeve includes an upper guide sleeve and a lower guide sleeve, the upper guide sleeve is fixedly connected to the lower guide sleeve by means of a self-tapping screw, the upper guide groove is disposed on the inner wall of the upper guide sleeve, and the lower guide groove is disposed on the inner wall of the lower guide sleeve.
- Further, the bearing includes a bearing seat, a retainer and a glass bead, the lower end of the upper guide sleeve is provided with a convex ring fitting in with the retainer, the bearing seat and the retainer are disposed on the upper guide sleeve in series from up to down, and the glass bead is disposed in the retainer.
- Perferably, the upper end of the upper guide sleeve is also provided with an oblique guide tooth fitting in with the guide groove pin.
- Perferably, the rotating basket is screwed with a basket cap which is provided with a snap ring fitting in with the mop tray, and a snap spring clamped with the upper guide sleeve is sandwiched between the basket cap and the rotating basket.
- Preferably, the barrel body is also provided with a handle and a water fender which is also provided with a water outlet cover.
- After adopting the foregoing technical solution, compared with the prior art, the invention has advantages as below.
- In the invention, the guide groove pin is disposed on the central axis, the central axis is sleeved with an axle sleeve fitting in with the guide groove pin, the inner wall of the axle sleeve is provided with an upper guide groove and a lower guide groove, both the upper guide groove and the lower guide groove are respectively provided with a vertical clearance, a ratchet clearance is disposed between the upper guide groove and the lower guide groove. The function of the ratchet clearance is to enable the guide groove pin to guide and rotate unidirectionally in a direction instead of guiding and rotating oppositely. The function of the vertical clearance of the lower guide groove is to enable the guide groove pin on the central axis to enter into the ratchet clearance from down to up, and the function of the vertical clearance of the upper guide groove is to enable the axle sleeve to ascend or descend on the central axis. The rotating basket may ascend or descend along the central axis along with the axle sleeve since it may be arranged rotatablely on the axle sleeve. When the rotating basket is disposed at the lower part of the barrel body, the mop rod is driven to clean the mop; when the rotating basket is disposed at the upper part of the barrel body, the mop rod drives the rotating basket to rotate at high speed for spin-drying by virtue of centrifugal force produced thereby, at the moment the guide groove pin is clamped in a latch of the ratchet clearance so that the axle sleeve is more firm connected with the central axis. Therefore, the rotating basket rotates more steadily and is used conveniently.
