- Fahrzeug-Heckeinrichtung (10), aufweisend wenigstens eine Heckklappen-Säule (40), eine Heckklappe (20) und wenigstens eine Öffnen- und Schließ-Vorrichtung, wobei die Heckklappe (20) bezüglich der Säule (40) um eine Drehachse (24) drehbewegbar ist, die sich in einem oberen Abschnitt der Säule (40) und in einem oberen Abschnitt der Heckklappe (20) erstreckt, wobei die Öffnen- und Schließ-Vorrichtung aufweist:- wenigstens eine starre Stützstange (30), die ein erstes Ende, das an dem oberen Abschnitt der Säule (40) drehbewegbar montiert ist, und ein zweites Ende hat, das an einem bewegbaren Befestigungspunkt der Heckklappe (20) drehbewegbar montiert ist,- wobei der bewegbare Befestigungspunkt (32) translationsverlagerbar ist entlang einer Bahn (34), die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Drehachse (24) der Heckklappe (20) erstreckt, wobei die Bahn (34) des bewegbaren Befestigungspunkts (32) der Stange (30) sich in dem oberen Abschnitt der Heckklappe (20) erstreckt,wobei ein Motor in die Heckklappe (20) integriert ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, den bewegbaren Befestigungspunkt (32) der Stützstange (30) im Inneren der Heckklappe (20) entlang einer linearen Bahn (34) anzutreiben,
wobei die Heckklappe (20) bewegbar ist zwischen einer Geschlossen-Position (A), in welcher die Heckklappe (20) sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Säule (40) erstreckt, und einer Geöffnet-Position (B), in welcher die Heckklappe (20) sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Säule (40) erstreckt, wobei der bewegbare Befestigungspunkt (32) der Stange (30) benachbart zu der Drehachse (24) der Heckklappe (20) angeordnet ist, wenn die Heckklappe in der Geöffnet-Position (B) ist, und
wobei die Heckklappe (20) eine Schiene (26) aufweist, die sich entlang der Bahn (34) des bewegbaren Befestigungspunkts (32) erstreckt, wobei die Schiene (26) den bewegbaren Befestigungspunkt (32) aufnimmt, wobei die Schiene (26) den bewegbaren Befestigungspunkt (32) zu der Drehachse (24) der Heckklappe (20) hin entlang der vordefinierten Bahn (34) verlagert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im Inneren der Heckklappe (20) eine Endlosschnecke angeordnet ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, den bewegbaren Befestigungspunkt (32) der Stützstange (30) zu verlagern, wobei das obere Ende der Bahn (34) sich unmittelbar benachbart erstreckt, oder angrenzend ist, zu der Drehachse (24) der Heckklappe (20) oder von jener gebildet ist. - Fahrzeug-Heckeinrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Schiene (26) aus einem metallischen Material ist und einen elektrischen Verbinder aufweist, der angeordnet ist zum Bilden einer Masse für eine Radioantenne.
- Fahrzeug-Heckeinrichtung (10) gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, wobei die starre Stützstange (30) eine gekrümmte Form zwischen ihrem ersten Ende und ihrem zweiten Ende hat.
- Verfahren zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Heckklappe (20) eines Fahrzeugs, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:- Bereitstellen einer Fahrzeug-Heckeinrichtung (10) gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3,- Verlagern des bewegbaren Befestigungspunkts (32) zu dem oberen Abschnitt der Heckklappe (20) hin zum Platzieren der Heckklappe (20) in Geöffnet-Position (B) durch eine Drehung um die Drehachse (24),- Verlagern des bewegbaren Befestigungspunkts (32) zu der Mitte der Heckklappe (20) hin zum Platzieren der Heckklappe (20) in Geschlossen-Position (A) durch eine Drehung um die Drehachse (24).
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4,
wobei das Verlagern des bewegbaren Befestigungspunkts (32) zu dem oberen Abschnitt der Heckklappe (40) hin stattfindet, bis der bewegbare Befestigungspunkt (32) sich benachbart zu der Drehachse (24) der Heckklappe (20) befindet.
