Claims (10)

  1. Eine diebstahlsichere Kabine (10), insbesondere für Parkplätze für Zweiradfahrzeuge wie Fahrräder und dergleichen, die zwei gegenüberliegende Zugänge (11, 12) umfasst, die jeweils durch einen oder zwei Flügel (13, 14, 15, 16) verschlossen sind, welche von entsprechenden Bewegungsmitteln bewegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der diebstahlsicheren Kabine (10) Mittel (17) bereitgestellt sind, um die Anwesenheit einer Person zu erfassen, und Mittel (18), um die Anwesenheit eines Zweiradfahrzeugs, wie eines Fahrrads und dergleichen, zu erfassen.
  2. Die diebstahlsichere Kabine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (18) zur Erfassung der Anwesenheit eines Zweiradfahrzeugs eine sensitive Matte (22) umfassen, zum Beispiel mit differenzierten Bereichen, und mindestens zwei Anwesenheitssensoren (23, 24), ausgebildet, um die Anwesenheit eines Fahrrads innerhalb der Kabine zu erfassen.
  3. Die diebstahlsichere Kabine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie drei Anwesenheitssensoren (23, 24, 25) umfasst, angeordnet wie folgt:
    - zwei (23, 24) in einem unteren Bereich, die in horizontaler Richtung voneinander beabstandet und ausgebildet sind, um die Anwesenheit eines Fahrrads, das auf dem Boden steht, zu erfassen,
    - einer (25) in einem oberen Bereich, zentral zwischen den beiden Anwesenheitssensoren (23, 24) im unteren Bereich; der voreingestellt ist, um die Anwesenheit einer Person zu erfassen und um eine eventuelle Abwesenheit zusätzlicher Fahrräder, die inkorrekt positioniert wurden, zu überprüfen.
  4. Die diebstahlsichere Kabine gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Anwesenheitssensoren (23, 24, 25) einen Infrarotsensor und eine Webcam mit einem Mikrofon umfasst, die die Erfassung von Konturen von Gesichtern, von Gesten und Bewegungen im Allgemeinen sowie von Geräuschen und Stimmen ermöglichen.
  5. Die diebstahlsichere Kabine gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche 2-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sensitive Matte (22) zwei herkömmliche Wägebereiche (26, 27) mit Kraftsensoren umfasst, die ausgebildet sind, um die Last, die durch ein Fahrrad erzeugt wird, zu erfassen.
  6. Die diebstahlsichere Kabine gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sensitive Matte (22) einen freien Bereich (28), ohne Kraftsensoren, umfasst, der für den Aufenthalt eines Benutzers bestimmt ist.
  7. Die diebstahlsichere Kabine gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (17) zur Erfassung einer Person sich an der Decke des darunter liegenden freien Bereichs (28) befinden.
  8. Die diebstahlsichere Kabine gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sensitive Matte einen freien Bereich (28) umfasst und der freie Bereich (28) mit einer weiteren sensitiven Matte mit Drucksensoren ausgestattet ist.
  9. Die diebstahlsichere Kabine gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine elektronische Vorrichtung zur automatischen Kommunikation mit einem ersten Transponder umfasst, der mit einem Benutzer (21) verknüpft ist, und einem zweiten Transponder, der an einem Fahrrad (19) installiert ist, das zu dem jeweiligen Benutzer (21) gehört.
  10. Die diebstahlsichere Kabine gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transponder an dem Fahrrad mit einem System installiert ist, das sein Entfernen ohne seine Beschädigung verhindert.
