Abstract

The present invention relates to a bag whose inner container can be separated and removed in order to be placed in another outer bag by means of a zip, turning both parts into one single merged piece, having the same functionality.

State of the Art

Currently, the only item available on the market are separate and interchangeable containers without a comprehensive system for fixing to the outer bag, which ultimately consist of a toilet bag transferred from one bag to another. This leads to functional defects as there is space for objects outside the toilet bag, creating untidiness and possible loss of items when being transferred, as well as poor fit and proportion in respect of the dimensions of the toilet bag itself in relation to the bags into which it is placed.

Explanation of the Invention

In their daily lives people change their bags to suit what they are wearing, their activities and needs, but often do not change their bags, either because of the effort involved in transferring all the objects or because doing so implies a waste of time or possibly losing/forgetting objects when transferring them.
The proposed invention solves the aforementioned problem, as it is an inner container attached to the outside of the bag with a zip, which makes a seamless connection, as if it were part of the bag itself, transforming it into one single fully merged piece.
This new invention allows the user to easily move the inner bag with all its contents to another outer bag, which best suits the person's clothing/wishes for that particular day, and all this carried out in just three steps: open zip; transfer container; close zip. This invention makes the transfer quick and easy, as well as providing the safety and peace of mind that all objects are moved from an outer bag to another one, with the added value of maintaining functionality, as the entire inner container moves, all the content remains in the same place.
Some bags and containers are known, such as that protected under Utility Model U201030023, which consists of an object-holder for bags which constitutes a kind of loose inner liner or adapter, which is housed inside any bag being secured thereto by means of any element, so that the liner-adapter is secured in position and properly fitted inside the bag. However, this model has the disadvantage that it is not designed functionally according to the outer bags, which when placed in any conventional outer bag, the effective dimensions have to be regulated in order to fit inside the bag into which it is applied, and finally it is not a completely unified piece.
There is another type of customisable bag such as that protected by Utility Model U201300389, wherein customisation in each case is achieved by a kind of cover that can be fastened/unfastened in respect of the bag, the latter remaining unchanged and the cover being different in each case, such that on joining one or another cover, the bag will have a different outer aesthetic appearance. However, this model has the disadvantage that basically one single bag model having different cover colours/materials is obtained, and the anchoring system is exposed showing that these are two elements.
To solve the drawbacks outlined above, the outer bag together with its container that is proposed herein, are perfectly joined by the zip and fully merged, and offer convenience and organization of the contents, speed when changing without losing anything when transferring things from one bag to another and a variety of outer bags depending on the occasion, thereby achieving an aesthetically different bag. The user may have different aesthetic models of outer bags (sports, briefcase, etc) and one container that is exchanged depending on the occasion.
The invention provides three differential characteristics: it is fast as it is done in three steps; it is exhaustive, because one hundred percent of the content is moved from one side to another and it is functional because it keeps things in one place and, therefore, you always remember where they are.
All models and sizes have two zips, an inner zip to attach the container to the bag and another outer zip as a way of closing the outer bag itself.

Description of the Graphical Representations:

To complete the description of the proposed invention, a series of graphical representations are attached, for the purposes of illustration and in a non-limiting manner.

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the inner container (1) shaped like a rectangular prism, which has a row of teeth of the outer connection zip (2) and inner partitions to sort everything the user puts into his/her bag. It has internal pockets to hold a mobile phone, a tablet, an inside pocket with a document-holder zip, and two handles that fold inwards in order to pull them when moving said inner container (1) from one bag to another. Hereinafter, we will refer to this point in time as "time when the exchange takes place".
Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the outer bag (3), which has an outer zip as a general fastener for the bag itself, and one of the rows of teeth of the inner zip (4), in a deeper inner position, which serves to join the interchangeable and inner container with the outer bag (3).
Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the inner container (1) at the time when the exchange takes place. The container is inserted into the outer bag (3) and is secured by means of closing both rows of teeth of the inner zip (2 and 4).
Figure 4 shows a front elevation view of the attachment between the two pieces that form the merged bag. The view, in transparency, shows what happens inside: the result of attaching the outer bag (3) with the inner container (1) through the fastener is shown: zip (2 and 4).
Figure 5 shows a perspective view and a top view of the assembled set. In both views we see the two pieces joined (1 and 3) by using the zip (2 and 4).
Figure 6 shows a front view of how to wear one of the bag designs wherein the inside has already been fitted (5). The result is an inner container merged into one single piece.
Figure 7 shows a front view and a top view of how one of the outer bag (3) designs can be worn prior to fitting the inner container in place.

Embodiment of the Invention

As seen in Figure 3, the bag disclosed herein consists of two base pieces (1 and 3) which are attached by a zip to form one single merged piece.
Said zip is formed by two parts, each one being in one of the base pieces, such that one of the rows of teeth (2) is sewn to the container piece (1) and the other row of teeth (4) is sewn to the outer bag piece (3).
Once the two rows of teeth are joined by means of the zip closure, the container piece (1) and the outer bag piece (3) then form one single piece.
In order for the functionality and durability to be suitable for daily use, the container bag piece (1) has the approximate shape of a rectangular prism whose height is a number of millimetres lower than that of the outer bag piece, such that it can support internally on its base so the weight of the transported objects is perfectly distributed between both pieces.
When the user wants to change the outer bag piece (3), only the zip (2 and 4) should be opened and the container piece (1) removed using the inner folding handles provided for this purpose and it is inserted into a new outer bag (3) that has a different design for reclosing the zip (2 and 4), thereby providing a new unit that functionally operates as one single bag.
In this manner, there may outer bag pieces having multiple designs and materials, but which will always contain the other row of teeth (4) of the connection zip and the container piece (1) will be completely hidden inside the outer bag piece (3).
For the embodiment of this invention, perfect assembly of both sides of the connection zip (2 and 4) is essential, therefore the zips have a standard size, and therefore one single container (1) may be used in various outer bags (3) by joining the zip formed by a row of teeth on the container piece (1) with the complementary row of teeth of the various outer bags (3) affixing the container and achieving one single merged piece.
