Claims (11)

  1. Disc-vibration plate assembly (1) for a musical or striking timepiece (1000), including at least one disc (2) rotating about an axis (D) and provided with pins (3) projecting substantially parallel to said axis (D), and arranged to cooperate with strips (4) comprised in at least one vibration plate (5) of said assembly (1), each said pin (3) including an actuation surface (30) arranged to cooperate with a complementary receiving surface (40) on a distal end (41) of a said corresponding strip (4) and said distal end (41) is placed on the same radius of said disc (2) as said pin (3), wherein the width of said strips (4) of said vibration plate (5) gradually increases from the shortest strip (4C) which is the highest pitched, to the longest strip (4L) which is the lowest pitched, characterized in that said complementary receiving surface (40) includes an end edge (42), which is placed, at the end of said strip (4) actuation phase, i.e. at the moment of the releasing of said strip (4), along the same radius relative to said pivot axis (D) as a complementary end edge (32) comprised in said pin (3), the strip-pin contact point between a said pin (3) and a said strip (4) being on a contact line in the radial direction of said disc (2) and passing through the strip-pin contact point at the moment of the releasing of said strip (4), at said end of said strip (4) actuation phase where said contact line corresponds to the contact of said complementary end edge (32) of said pin (3), and of said end edge (42) of said strip (4).
  2. Disc-vibration plate assembly (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said pins (3) of said striking disc (2) have a height, relative to the plane (P) of said disc (2), which gradually increases in line with the section of said strips (4) with which said pins (3) cooperate, from the shortest strip (4C) to the longest strip (4L).
  3. Disc-vibration plate assembly (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that each said actuation surface (30) is formed by an inclined plane, and in that each said complementary receiving surface (40) is formed by an inclined plane.
  4. Disc-vibration plate assembly (1) according to any of preceding claims, characterized in that the width of said strips (4) of said vibration plate (5) gradually increases from the shortest strip (4C) which is the highest pitched, to the longest strip (4L) which is the lowest pitched.
  5. Disc-vibration plate assembly (1) according to any of preceding claims, characterized in that the width of said complementary end edges (32) comprised in said actuation pins (3) gradually increases in the same proportion as the section of said strips (4) with which said pins (3) cooperate.
  6. Disc-vibration plate assembly (1) according to any of preceding claims, characterized in that the longest strips (4) of said vibration plate (5) are, at least partly, arranged on the exterior of said disc (2).
  7. Disc-vibration plate assembly (1) according to any of preceding claims, characterized in that, for said strips (4) of the same height, and each of the given width, length and lift characteristics (b ;L ; δ), the relation between said lowest pitched and longest (bg ;Lg; δg) strip (4L), and said highest pitched and shortest (ba ;La ; δa) strip (4C), satisfies the inequality b g δ g 2 L g 3 b a δ a 2 3 L a 3

Disc-vibration plate assembly (1) according to any of preceding claims, characterized in that said actuation surfaces (30) of said pins (3), and said complementary receiving surfaces (40) of said strips (4), are directed in a local radial direction (DR) originating from the centre of said disc (2) and passing through the point of contact between said strip (4) and said pin (3) concerned.
  9. Musical sound or striking mechanism (100) including at least one said disc-vibration plate assembly (1) according to any of preceding claims.
  10. Timepiece movement (200) including at least one sound mechanism (100) according to the preceding claim.
  11. Timepiece (1000), particularly a watch, including at least one said movement (200) according to the preceding claim and/or at least one said mechanism (100) according to claim 9.
