Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de retenue et de verrouillage (1) pour une porte d'un appareil électroménager, en particulier un four, comprenant
    une structure de support (2) adaptée pour être fixée à l'appareil électroménager au niveau d'une ouverture de celui-ci à laquelle ladite porte est associée,
    un coulisseau (7) monté dans ladite structure de support (2) de façon mobile le long d'une trajectoire opérationnelle prédéterminée, d'une position de repos à une position de travail, contre l'action d'un moyen de renvoi (8) ; ledit coulisseau (7) étant adapté pour être déplacé par la porte le long de ladite trajectoire, de la position de repos à la position de travail lorsque la porte est fermée, pour activer un dispositif de capteur électrique (10) tel qu'un commutateur (11, 12), qui indique que la porte a été fermée ;
    un levier (13) monté de façon oscillante dans ladite structure de support (2) autour d'un axe fixe (14) qui est sensiblement orthogonal à la trajectoire du coulisseau (7) et de préférence horizontal, le levier (13) ayant un bras de retenue (13a) pour une interaction avec la porte ; le coulisseau (7) ayant une formation de commande (15) adaptée, lorsque le coulisseau passe de la position de repos à la position de travail, pour amener le levier (13) à passer d'une position de désenclenchement inactif à une position d'enclenchement actif dans laquelle son bras de retenue (13a) est capable de retenir la porte dans la position fermée, et une formation de retenue (16) qui est espacée longitudinalement de ladite formation de commande (15) et est capable de retenir ledit levier (13) dans la position de désenclenchement inactif lorsque ledit coulisseau (7) est dans la position de repos ; et
    des moyens de verrouillage (5, 20, 21) qui peuvent être activés pour verrouiller le coulisseau (7) dans la position de travail et, par conséquent, verrouiller le levier (13) dans la position d'enclenchement actif ;
    dans lequel ledit levier (13) a un centre de masse entre ledit axe (14) et l'extrémité distale du bras de retenue (13a) dudit levier (13),
    le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que ladite formation de retenue (16) du coulisseau (7) est mobile entre ledit axe fixe (14) et l'extrémité distale du bras de retenue (13a) dudit levier (13).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le bras de retenue (13a) dudit levier (13) a un profil qui définit deux évidements espacés longitudinalement (13e, 13f), dont un premier (13e) est plus près de l'extrémité distale dudit bras (13a) et dont le second (13f) est plus près dudit axe (14) ; l'agencement étant tel que lorsque le coulisseau (7) passe de la position de repos à la position de travail la formation de retenue (16) mentionnée ci-dessus dudit coulisseau (7) passe du premier évidement (13e) au second évidement (13f) du bras de retenue (13a) dudit levier (13).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le coulisseau (7) est translatable par rapport à ladite structure de support (2) suivant une direction prédéterminée.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit levier (13) est un levier oscillant et a un bras d'actionnement (13b) essentiellement opposé au bras de retenue (13a) par rapport audit axe (14), le bras d'actionnement (13b) étant capable d'interagir avec ladite formation de fonctionnement (15) du coulisseau (7).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens de verrouillage (5, 20, 21) sont associés à des moyens de déverrouillage (22), qui peuvent être actionnés manuellement depuis l'extérieur de la structure de support (2).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens de déverrouillage comprennent un organe coulissant (22) mobile dans ladite structure de support (2) contre l'action de moyens d'opposition (22c) associés et pourvu d'un organe de poussée (22a, 22b) capable de désenclencher du coulisseau (7) un organe de verrouillage mobile (20) qui est adapté pour retenir ledit coulisseau (7) dans la position de travail.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'opposition comprennent un organe résilient (22) réalisé d'une seule pièce avec ledit organe coulissant (22).
