Es ist bekannt, dass Drehflügeltüren mit Türschließvorrichtungen ausgestattet werden. Eine Drehflügeltür ist dabei zwischen einer Schließposition und wenigstens einer Öffnungsposition über einen Öffnungsbereich bewegbar. In der Schließposition schließt die Drehflügeltür die Türöffnung ab. In der Öffnungsposition ist die Drehflügeltür geöffnet, sodass eine Person sich durch die Türöffnung hindurch bewegen kann. Eine bekannte Drehflügeltür kann einseitig oder auch beidseitig in eine zweite Öffnungsposition bewegbar sein. Um bei bekannten Drehflügeltüren ein automatisiertes Schließen der Drehflügeltür zur Verfügung stellen zu können, sind mechanische Türschließvorrichtungen bekannt. Diese sind üblicherweise mit einer Federvorrichtung ausgestattet, welche sich beim Öffnen der Tür in die Öffnungsposition spannt. Das bedeutet, dass während der Öffnungsbewegung aus der Schließposition in die Öffnungsposition die sich spannende Feder hinsichtlich der steigenden Federkraft überwunden werden muss. Die entsprechende Drehmomentsituation für die Drehflügeltür verläuft üblicherweise linear.
