Claims (19)

  1. Capsule (1) se composant d'un corps de capsule (2) présentant de préférence la symétrie de révolution, avec une paroi latérale (3) et un fond (4) réalisé en particulier d'un seul tenant avec celle-ci, ainsi qu'avec un couvercle (5) recouvrant le corps de capsule (2) pour la formation d'une chambre fermée (6), qui contient une substance (7) destinée à la préparation d'un aliment, dans laquelle le corps de capsule (2) présente au moins une fente (5) pour le passage d'un liquide à travers la capsule (1), qui est formée essentiellement sans enlèvement de matière, et dans laquelle la fente (8) est formée dans le corps de capsule (2) avant l'utilisation normale de la capsule (1) dans un dispositif destiné à la production d'un aliment, caractérisée en ce que la fente (8) est fermée avec une couche (10) essentiellement imperméable à l'air, en particulier sur le côté du corps de capsule (2) opposé à la chambre (6) et/ou tourné vers celle-ci.
  2. Capsule (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couche (10) est déposée sur au moins un des bords opposés (9) de la fente (8).
  3. Capsule (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que la couche (10) se compose d'au moins un matériau soluble et convenant pour les aliments, d'aluminium ou d'un polymère soluble, qui fond en particulier à des températures supérieures à 50°C, ou de toutes combinaisons de ceux-ci.
  4. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la fente (8) peut être ouverte au moyen de l'action d'une force, en particulier de l'action d'une force mécanique et/ou hydraulique, depuis une position de repos (15) à une position d'ouverture (16) et en ce que la fente (8) peut être fermée de façon essentiellement réversible après disparition de l'action de la force et revient essentiellement dans la position de repos (15).
  5. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps de capsule (2) est fabriqué par emboutissage en particulier à partir d'un polymère, de préférence avec une épaisseur de paroi comprise dans la plage de 0.05 mm à 0.4 mm, de préférence encore dans la plage de 0.06 mm à 0.3 mm et de toute préférence encore dans la plage de 0.07 mm à 0.25 mm.
  6. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le corps de capsule (2) présente au moins deux fentes (8), en particulier au moins trois fentes (8) et encore plus particulièrement au moins quatre fentes (8), qui sont disposées dans le fond (4).
  7. Capsule (1), en particulier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, se composant d'un corps de capsule (2) qui présente de préférence la symétrie de révolution, qui se compose en particulier d'un polymère, avec une paroi latérale (3) et avec un fond (4) formé en particulier d'un seul tenant avec celle-ci, ainsi qu'avec un couvercle (5) recouvrant le corps de capsule (2), pour la formation d'une chambre fermée (6), qui contient une substance (7) destinée à la préparation d'un aliment, dans laquelle le corps de capsule (2) présente au moins une ouverture (20), en particulier une fente (5), pour le passage d'un liquide à travers la capsule (1), caractérisée en ce qu'une membrane (26) imperméable à l'air, en particulier imperméable aux arômes, est disposée entre la substance (7) et l'ouverture (20), et est en particulier fixée de façon à assurer l'étanchéité entre la chambre fermée (6) et l'ouverture (20).
  8. Capsule (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (26) est disposée, au moins dans la région de ladite au moins une ouverture (20), à distance de la paroi latérale (3) et/ou du fond (4), en particulier de tout le fond (4).
  9. Capsule (1) selon une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le corps de capsule (2) présente au moins deux ouvertures (20), dans laquelle toutes les ouvertures (20) sont disposées sur le côté de la membrane (26) situé à l'opposé de la substance (7).
  10. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (26) est disposée de telle manière que, lors de l'utilisation normale, elle puisse être percée en fonctionnement par un dispositif de pénétration (18) du dispositif de préparation de l'aliment.
  11. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (26) est fabriquée en aluminium et/ou un stratifié en particulier essentiellement déformable de façon plastique.
  12. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le corps de capsule (2) et le couvercle (5) sont fabriqués en un matériau essentiellement imperméable à l'air, en particulier imperméable aux arômes.
  13. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisée en ce que toutes les ouvertures (20) sont disposées dans le fond (4).
  14. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans laquelle au moins le fond (4) peut être percé, pour le passage du liquide à travers la chambre fermée (6), avec un dispositif de pénétration (18) disposé à l'extérieur de la capsule (1), dans une zone de pénétration (23) du fond (4), dans laquelle le fond (4) présente une zone de renforcement (24), et dans laquelle en particulier une zone centrale du fond (4) constitue la zone de pénétration (23), caractérisée en ce que la zone de renforcement (24) est disposée de façon circulairement symétrique, autour de la zone de pénétration (23), dans laquelle la zone de renforcement (24) est réalisée sous la forme d'au moins une dépression locale (25) essentiellement en direction périphérique dans le fond (4).
  15. Capsule (1) selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la dépression (25) présente au moins deux parties de paroi inclinées l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  16. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que la fente (5) peut être ou est réalisée avec un couteau ou avec un laser.
  17. Corps de capsule (2) pour une capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16.
  18. Procédé de fabrication d'un corps de capsule (2), en particulier selon la revendication 17, comprenant un emboutissage du corps de capsule (2) avec découpe consécutive et/ou simultanée d'au moins une fente (8), de telle manière qu'il ne se produise essentiellement aucun enlèvement de matière, dans lequel notamment les bords opposés (9) de la fente (8) se touchent au moins localement, de préférence sur au moins 90 %, de préférence encore sur au moins 95 % ou de toute préférence encore sur 100 % d'une longueur (1) de la fente (8).
  19. Système (11) comprenant une capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16 remplie d'une substance (7) et un dispositif de préparation d'une boisson (12), dans lequel le dispositif de préparation d'une boisson (12) présente un porte-capsule (13) destiné à recevoir la capsule (1), ainsi qu'un dispositif (14) pour fournir un liquide dans la capsule (1) en vue de l'extraction de la substance (7) pour la préparation d'une boisson, dans lequel la boisson peut être écoulée à travers un couvercle (5) de la capsule (1) ou en ce que le dispositif de préparation d'une boisson présente en outre un dispositif de pénétration.
