Claims (14)

  1. Clé de serrage servant à assembler des tubes (1) dotés de raccords filetée (2), destinée à être utilisée dans le forage souterrain comme on le connaît de par l'industrie du pétrole, cette clé de serrage comprenant une ouverture radiale (45) pour insérer et/ou enlever des connexions de tube ou filetées et une bague d'entraînement (12) supportée sans possibilité de rotation dans des structures environnantes (7, 11, 9, 8), dans laquelle la bague d'entraînement (12) est connectée à une structure (21) conçue avec des mâchoires de saisie (22, 24) déplaçables radialement (44) et dans laquelle le transfert de courant pour des pompes fonctionnelles (16, 17) disposées sur la bague d'entraînement rotative (12) avec l'ouverture radiale (45) est réalisée au moyen d'une chaîne sans fin (15) entraînée par des moteurs (18, 19),
    les moteurs (18, 19) étant synchronisées fixement en rotation au moyen d'une chaîne de synchronisation (29) via des roues d'engrenage (43, 27, 28), caractérisée en ce que la chaîne (15) entraîne une ou des roues d'engrenage (35) connectées aux pompes hydrauliques (16, 17), un embrayage ayant une limite (33) étant prévu entre les pompes (16, 17) et les roues d'engrenage (35).
  2. Clé de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un embrayage (30) entre les moteurs (18, 19) est conçu pour activer et désactiver la rotation.
  3. Clé de serrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moteurs (18, 19) sont connectés aux et déconnectés des roues d'engrenage (27, 28) au moyen de l'embrayage (30), de sorte que la bague d'entraînement (12) est apte à tourner sans subir l'influence des moteurs (18, 19).
  4. Clé de serrage selon la revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que l'embrayage (30) comprend des arbres d'entrée et de sortie cannelés (41, 42) connectés par un manchon commutable (40) actionné par des signaux hydrauliques ou électriques.
  5. Clé de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-4, caractérisée en ce que, entre les pompes (16, 17), est disposée une vanne séquentielle (36) contrôlant le débit de pétrole en fonction du sens de rotation des pompes.
  6. Clé de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-5, caractérisé en ce que la limite (33) comprend en outre un ressort (34).
  7. Clé de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'entraînement (12) est pourvue d'une denture s'engageant dans les moteurs (6) via une roue d'engrenage (46).
  8. Clé de serrage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moteurs (6) sont synchronisés fixement en rotation avec une roue d'engrenage (14), de sorte que, lorsque la rotation passe par l'ouverture radiale (45), un engagement correct dans la denture de la bague d'entraînement (12) est maintenu.
  9. Clé de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-8, caractérisée en ce que la chaîne sans fin (15) passe au-dessus de rouleaux terminaux (20) de chaque côté de l'ouverture radiale (45).
  10. Clé de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-9, caractérisée en ce que sont également montés sur la bague d'entraînement (12) des guides (50) maintenant la chaîne (15) dans une position correcte par rapport au centre de rotation.
  11. Clé de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-10, caractérisée en ce que la pompe (16) est une pompe hydraulique variable qui régule le volume vers le bas lorsque la pression augmente.
  12. Clé de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-11, caractérisée en ce que la pompe (17) est une pompe à volume fixe qui est activée pour fournir de la pression lorsque les mâchoires de saisie doivent être retirées de la paroi du tube.
  13. Clé de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-12, caractérisée en ce que les mâchoires de saisie comprennent un piston interne (23) connecté à la structure en acier extérieur (21) via un adaptateur (26).
  14. Clé de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-13, caractérisée en ce qu'une unité hydraulique est montée sur la bague d'entraînement rotative (12) et pourvue d'un réservoir hydraulique (32) et d'une canalisation (39) séparés.
