Abstract
Gaspumpe umfassend:
(a) ein erstes Gehäuseteil (1) mit einer Dichtfläche (6),
(b) ein zweites Gehäuseteil (2) mit einer Dichtfläche (7),
(c) eine Förderkammer (3) mit einem Einlass (4) und einem Auslass (5) für ein Gas,
(d) und eine in der Förderkammer (3) bewegliche Fördereinrichtung (11, 12) zum Fördern des Gases,
(e) wobei die Gehäuseteile (1, 2) aneinander gefügt sind, so dass sie die Förderkammer (3) über einen Kammerumfang zumindest teilweise umschließen und mit den Dichtflächen (6, 7) aneinander liegen, um die Förderkammer (3) abzudichten,
(f) und wobei sich in wenigstens einer der Dichtflächen (6, 7) um die Förderkammer (3) eine Dichtvertiefung (9) erstreckt, die im Betrieb der Gaspumpe mit einer Dichtflüssigkeit gefüllt ist.
Gas pump comprising:
(a) a first housing part (1) with a sealing surface (6),
(B) a second housing part (2) with a sealing surface (7),
(c) a delivery chamber (3) having an inlet (4) and an outlet (5) for a gas,
(d) and a conveying device (11, 12) movable in the conveying chamber (3) for conveying the gas,
(e) wherein the housing parts (1, 2) are joined together so that they surround the delivery chamber (3) at least partially over a chamber circumference and with the sealing surfaces (6, 7) abut each other to seal the delivery chamber (3),
(F) and wherein in at least one of the sealing surfaces (6, 7) around the delivery chamber (3) extends a sealing depression (9) which is filled with a sealing liquid during operation of the gas pump.
