- the DE 203 06 405 U1 describes a removable dust collector.
- the DE 71 10 954 U describes a removable lid for the dust chamber of a vacuum cleaner.
- the EP 1 779 759 A2 describes a guide unit of a vacuum cleaner, which can be connected to a housing of the vacuum cleaner.
- the GB 2 321 181 A describes a vacuum cleaner with a removable container.
- a vacuum cleaner comprises a first component group with an opening and a second component group with an opening.
- the first component group has a first part of a releasable lock and a nose
- the second component group has a second part of the releasable lock and a recess.
- the recess is designed to receive the nose of the first component group.
- the first component group and the second component group can be connected via the nose inserted into the recess and the releasable locking, so that the opening of the first component group is opposite the opening of the second component group.
- the nose has a guide surface for the recess, the guide surface of the nose being inclined in a region of the guide surface remote from the component group to an opening plane in which at least the largest part of the opening of the first component group lies, with a first inclination. Furthermore, the guide surface of the nose is inclined in a region of the guide surface near the component group to the opening plane with a second inclination that is less than the first inclination, so that when the nose is introduced into the recess via the guide surface, the opening of the first component group in the region of the first inclination is moved more towards the opening of the second component group than in the region of the second inclination.
- Exemplary embodiments are based on the knowledge that by designing the guide surface of a nose with different inclinations to the opening plane when guiding along the recess corresponding to the nose on the guide surface, a rapid, rough approximation and positioning of the component groups to one another can take place first and then via the less inclined part a slower, more accurate approach and positioning of the component groups to one another can take place (and the two parts of the locking device engage in one another in an end position).
- This enables a quick and correct connection of component groups.
- the connection can easily be released again via the releasable locking and the component groups can be separated from one another.

- the dust box cover has the opening of the corresponding component group (first or second component group).
- Figure 1 shows a sectional view through a vacuum cleaner 100 when connecting two component groups 110, 120 and an enlarged view of a nose 140 and a recess 160 as an exemplary embodiment.
- the vacuum cleaner 100 comprises a first component group 110 with an opening 112 and a second component group 120 with an opening 122.
- the first component group 110 has a first part 130 of a releasable lock and a nose 140, while the second component group 120 has a second part 150 of the releasable Lock and has a recess 160.
- the recess 160 is designed to receive the nose 140 of the first component group 110.
- the first component group 110 and the second component group 120 can be connected via the lug 140 inserted into the recess 160 and the releasable locking device, so that the opening 112 of the first component group 110 is opposite the opening 122 of the second component group 120.
- the nose 140 has a guide surface for the recess 160, the guide surface of the nose 140 in a region 142 of the guide surface remote from the component group being inclined with a first inclination ⁇ to an opening plane 170 in which at least the largest part of the opening of the first component group 110 lies is.
- the guide surface of the lug 140 is inclined in a region 144 of the guide surface near the component group to the opening plane 170 with a second inclination ⁇ which is less than the first inclination ⁇ , so that when the lug 140 is inserted into the recess 160 via the guide surface, the opening 112 of the first component group 110 is moved more strongly in the region of the first inclination ⁇ in the direction of the opening 122 of the second component group 120 than in the region of the second inclination ⁇ .
- the correct positioning of the two component groups 110, 120 relative to one another can be significantly improved by designing the guide surface of the nose 140 with areas 142, 144 with different inclinations ⁇ , ⁇ .
- a rapid, rough approach and positioning of the component groups to one another is first achieved via the more inclined part 142 and then a slower, more accurate approach and positioning of the component groups 110 via the less inclined part 144 , 120 reached each other.
- the two parts of the lock 130, 150 can then snap into one another in an end position. This enables a quick and correct connection of component groups. Furthermore, the connection can be made via the detachable The locking mechanism can simply be released and the component groups separated.
- a component group 110, 120 can consist of one or more parts which can be formed in one piece, permanently connected to one another or releasably connected to one another.
- a component group includes a separation unit, which can include a motor and one or more housing parts.
- Another group of components comprises a dust box with a dust box cover and an intermediate seal.
- Both the first component group 110 and the second component group 120 have an opening 112, 122.
- This can be, for example, the openings of an air duct of the vacuum cleaner 100, which are to be positioned opposite one another when the component groups 110, 120 are connected, so that the air duct extends from the first component group 110 to the second component group 120.
- a seal can be arranged between the opening 112 of the first component group 110 and the opening 122 of the second component group 120.
- the vacuum cleaner 100 has a releasable lock, of which a first part 130 is encompassed by the first component group 110 and a second part 150 by the second component group 120.
- part of the releasable lock has a manually movable latching hook and the other part has a rigid latching hook.
- the component groups 110, 120 When inserting the nose 140 into the recess 160, the component groups 110, 120 finally reach an end position in which the movable latching hook can snap into the rigid latching hook.
- the connection can be released, for example, by manual actuation of an opening mechanism which can move the movable latching hook.
- the releasable locking can also be based on another principle in which the locking is closed when the component groups 110, 120 have reached an end position after insertion of the nose 140 into the recess 160 and can be released again manually.
- the guide surface of the nose 140 has at least two areas 142, 144 with different inclinations ⁇ , ⁇ to an opening plane 170.
- the opening plane 170 is the plane in which at least the largest part of the opening of the first component group 110 lies. This takes into account that the opening 112 of the first component group 110 (and also the counterpart, the opening of the second component group) does not have to lie completely in one plane. If the opening 112 has a non-planar shape, the opening plane 170 is defined by the plane which contains the largest part (or one of the largest parts if there are several parts of the same size) of the opening 112. In most cases, however, the opening 112 has a flat shape, so that the opening 112 lies completely in a plane which then corresponds to the opening plane 170.
- the guide surface of the nose 140 has a first inclination ⁇ to the opening plane 170 in a region 142 of the guide surface remote from the component group and a second inclination ⁇ to the opening plane 170 in a region 144 of the guide surface close to the component group.
- the area 142 of the guide surface of the nose 140 remote from the component group extends between one end of the nose 140 and the area 144 of the guide surface of the nose 140 close to the component group, and the area 144 of the guide surface of the nose 140 close to the component group lies between the area 142 away from the component group of the guide surface of the nose 140 and one Connection area of the nose 140 to the rest of the first component group 110.
- the first inclination ⁇ can be, for example, between 30 ° and 70 ° (for example 45 °) and the second inclination ⁇ for example between 0 ° and 50 ° (for example 20 °).
- the guide surface of the nose 140 is designed and arranged so that when the nose 140 is inserted into the recess 160 via the guide surface, the opening 112 of the first component group 110 is moved more strongly in the area of the first inclination ⁇ in the direction of the opening 122 of the second component group 120 than in the area of the second slope ⁇ .
- the nose 140, the recess 160 and the two parts of the releasable lock 130, 150 can be arranged, so that in the connected state the releasable lock prevents the recess 160 from sliding off the nose 140 and conversely the nose 140 in the recess 160 prevents the releasable lock opens without manual actuation of an opening mechanism of the lock.
- the first part 130 of the releasable lock and the lug 140 can each be arranged and formed at a position of the first component group 110 and the second part 150 of the releasable lock and the recess 160 can each be arranged and formed, so that when the two component groups are connected, movement of the recess 160 away from the nose 140 is prevented by the releasable locking.
- the first part 130 of the releasable lock and the lug 140 can be arranged on opposite sides with respect to the opening 112 of the first component group 110.
- the lug 140 can have different lengths, widths and heights as long as a corresponding guide surface is formed.
- the recess 160 can also be designed differently in terms of its depth, width and height, as long as the recess 160 can accommodate the nose 140 by being guided along the guide surface of the nose 140.
- the recess 160 is only insignificantly larger (for example, in depth, width and height less than 1 mm larger than the nose) than the nose 140, so that the nose 140, without jamming or getting caught, can be inserted into the recess 160 and removed again.
- a cross section of an opening of the recess 160 which is provided for freezing the nose 140 into the recess 160, can be essentially the same as a cross section of the nose 140 in the region 144 near the component group.
- the nose 140 has, in a direction orthogonal to the guide surface in the area 144 near the component group, in the area 144 near the component group a substantially constant thickness 146 (constant in the area of the manufacturing tolerance) and in the area 142 remote from the component group an increasing thickness up to constant thickness 146 on.
- the recess 160 can have, for example, two mutually opposing surfaces which are at least at a distance which corresponds to the constant thickness 146 of the nose 140 in the region 144 near the component group.
- the nose 140 can, for example, be produced in one piece (or else in two pieces) with the remaining first component group 110, or with that part of the first component group 110 to which the nose 140 is connected.
- the lug 140 and / or that part of the first component group 110 to which the lug 140 is connected can be made from a material which comprises a plastic, for example polycarbonate or acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene.
- Fig. 2 shows a sectional view through the vacuum cleaner 100 of the previous exemplary embodiment with connected component groups 110, 120 and an enlarged view of the nose 140 and the recess 160.
- the opening 112 of the first component group 110 is now positioned in the correct position relative to the opening 122 of the second component group 120.
- the first component group 110 comprises a dust box 320 and the second component group 120 a separating unit 330 (separator).
- a seal 310 seal 310 (seal dust box cover / separator) is arranged in between.
- the dust box 320 can have a dust box cover 324 and a seal 322 (seal dust box cover) between the dust box cover 324 and the remaining dust box 320.
- the dust box 320 can be designed and arranged so that when the nose 140 is inserted into the recess 160, the dust box lid 324 is pressed against the rest of the dust box 320 via the guide surface and the releasable locking mechanism is closed.
- the dust box cover 324 has the opening of the corresponding component group 110, 120 (first or second component group). In addition to the sealing of the openings of the component groups, a reliable sealing between dust box 320 and dust box cover 324 can thereby be realized.
- the first part 130 of the releasable locking device has a manually movable latching hook 340 and the second part 150 of the releasable locking device has a rigid latching hook 350 (alternatively also possible vice versa).
- the movable locking hook 340 can snap into the rigid locking hook 350 when the first component group 110 is connected to the second component group 120. The connection can be released again, for example, by manually actuating the movable latching hook 340.
- Fig. 4 shows a sectional view through a vacuum cleaner with connected component groups as an exemplary embodiment, the first component group comprising two lugs 140, 440.
- the first component group in addition to the first nose 140, the first component group has a second nose 440, and accordingly the second component group has a second recess for the second nose 440 in addition to the first recess.
- the second nose 440 has a guide surface for the second recess.
- the guide surface of the second nose 440 is inclined in a region of the guide surface remote from the component group to the opening plane (in which at least the largest part of the opening of the first component group lies) with a first inclination ⁇ and the guide surface of the second nose 440 is in a region of the guide surface close to the component group inclined to the opening plane with a second inclination ⁇ , which is less than the first inclination ⁇ , so that when the second nose 440 is inserted into the second recess via the guide surface, the opening of the first component group in the region of the first inclination ⁇ is more towards the opening of the second component group is moved than in the region of the second inclination ⁇ .
- a shape of the second nose 440 of the first component group can be the same as a shape of the first nose 140 of the first component group.
- the two lugs can alternatively also differ from one another in length, width and height and in the precise angles of the first inclination ⁇ or the second inclination ⁇ .
- the first lug 140 and the second lug 440 can be arranged on the same side surface or side wall (for example a flat side surface) of the first component group 110.
- the first part 430 of the releasable locking device can lie on an axis 410 with respect to which the first nose 140 is arranged symmetrically to the second nose 440.
- the two lugs 140, 440 are on a side of the first part 430 of the releasable locking device that is opposite the opening of the first component group arranged. This can ensure, for example, that the releasable lock prevents the lugs 140, 440 from sliding out of the respective recesses in the closed state, or conversely the lugs 140, 440 in the recesses can prevent the releasable lock from opening without manual actuation ,
- the exemplary embodiments relate to a coupling of a separation unit to a dust box.
- the dust box can include a dust box housing and a movable cover.
- the cover can have a seal.
- the (dust) box with retaining ribs (lugs) can ensure that the cover seal and the seal of the dust inlet opening are pressed together.
- the separated material from a vacuum cleaner can be collected in a reusable container.
- the dust box can be installed sealed with a removable lid to form a separation unit.
- the seal can thus guarantee its function against external influences (e.g. impact, wear, deformation).
- the connection / seal between the two components (component group) can be detached and restored.
- the molded lugs on the back of the dust box can have an inclined (area with the first slope) and a horizontal surface (area with the second slope).
- the separator can accordingly have two horizontal openings (recesses).
- the dust box follows every movement of the separator, so that there is no influence on the seals (e.g. pulling on the suction hose which causes the separator to rise).
- the seal By lifting the dust box (in the area with the first incline), the seal (dust box lid / separator) can be pressed from below onto the separator opening. This ensures a secure seal.
- the tolerance chain can be kept low because the components to be connected can be locked together directly.
- Entry bevels (guide surface with areas of different inclination) (on the back) on a dust container can facilitate the correct positioning of the dust box to the vacuum cleaner, reliably press a cover seal in the end position against the vacuum cleaner housing and / or press a movable (removable) cover against the dust box the dust box housing.

The first component group and the second component group can be connected via the nose inserted into the recess and the releasable locking, so that the opening of the first component group is opposite the opening of the second component group. The nose has a guide surface for the recess, the guide surface of the nose being inclined in a region of the guide surface remote from the component group to an opening plane in which at least the largest part of the opening of the first component group lies, with a first inclination.
Exemplary embodiments are based on the knowledge that by designing the guide surface of a nose with different inclinations to the opening plane when guiding along the recess corresponding to the nose on the guide surface, a rapid, rough approximation and positioning of the component groups to one another can take place first and then via the less inclined part a slower, more accurate approach and positioning of the component groups to one another can take place (and the two parts of the locking device engage in one another in an end position). This enables a quick and correct connection of component groups. Furthermore, the connection can easily be released again via the releasable locking and the component groups can be separated from one another.
In some embodiments, the vacuum cleaner has a seal which is arranged between the opening of the first component group and the opening of the second component group when the first component group is connected to the second component group. By improving the correct positioning by means of the described design of the guide surface of the nose, the seal is pressurized in the correct position between the two openings of the two component groups (due to the approach of the component groups to one another), so that the openings are reliably sealed.
The described design of the nose and the recess as well as the releasable locking means that the dust box can be removed and emptied from the separating unit and then simply and quickly connected to the separating unit in the correct position.
In addition, in some embodiments, the dust box may have a dust box lid and a seal between the dust box lid and the rest of the dust box. The dust box can be designed and arranged so that when the nose is inserted into the recess via the guide surface and the releasable locking mechanism is closed, the dust box lid is pressed against the remaining dust box. The dust box cover has the opening of the corresponding component group (first or second component group). As a result, in addition to sealing the openings of the component groups, a reliable seal between the dust box and the dust box lid can also be realized.

The correct positioning of the two
In general, a
Both the
In addition to the
The guide surface of the
The guide surface of the
The guide surface of the
The
The
The
The

Furthermore, the
In this example, the

A shape of the
The
The

The exemplary embodiments relate to a coupling of a separation unit to a dust box. The dust box can include a dust box housing and a movable cover. The cover can have a seal. The (dust) box with retaining ribs (lugs) can ensure that the cover seal and the seal of the dust inlet opening are pressed together. The separated material from a vacuum cleaner can be collected in a reusable container. The dust box can be installed sealed with a removable lid to form a separation unit. The seal can thus guarantee its function against external influences (e.g. impact, wear, deformation). In addition, the connection / seal between the two components (component group) can be detached and restored.
The molded lugs on the back of the dust box can have an inclined (area with the first slope) and a horizontal surface (area with the second slope). The separator can accordingly have two horizontal openings (recesses).
When the dust box is inserted into the vacuum cleaner, it is lifted above the slope (area with the first slope) and slides on the horizontal surface (area with the second slope) until the latching hook (first part of the lock) latches onto the separator. The dust box is now fixed to the separator in all directions.
For example, the dust box follows every movement of the separator, so that there is no influence on the seals (e.g. pulling on the suction hose which causes the separator to rise).
By lifting the dust box (in the area with the first incline), the seal (dust box lid / separator) can be pressed from below onto the separator opening. This ensures a secure seal.
The tolerance chain can be kept low because the components to be connected can be locked together directly.
Entry bevels (guide surface with areas of different inclination) (on the back) on a dust container can facilitate the correct positioning of the dust box to the vacuum cleaner, reliably press a cover seal in the end position against the vacuum cleaner housing and / or press a movable (removable) cover against the dust box the dust box housing.
Safe positioning and sealing (2x = seal against vacuum cleaner housing with cover seal and cover against the dust box housing) of a dust container can be made possible with simple mechanical means.
