Claims (11)
- Procédé permettant d'introduire une mise en forme (24) dirigée vers le bas dans un segment d'une pièce à usiner (4) en particulier d'une tôle en forme de plaque appliquée sur un support de pièce (3) d'une machine outil (1) et mobile par rapport à ce support de pièce, ce procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :replier le segment de la pièce (4) dans une étape de pliage, le segment replié (22) de la pièce comprenant plusieurs côtés, et n'étant replié que sur une face qui est reliée avec un segment restant (23) de la pièce (4) appliqué sur le support de pièce (3), de sorte que le segment replié (22) de la pièce soit redéplacé vers le haut d'un angle (α) prédéfini par rapport au segment restant (23), etmettre en forme le segment replié (22) de la pièce selon la mise en forme dirigée vers le bas par rapport au segment replié (22) de la pièce dans une étape de mise en forme,caractérisé en ce quele segment replié (22) de la pièce est séparé du segment restant (23) après l'étape de mise en forme dans une étape de dégagement par découpe.
- Procédé conforme à la revendication 1, comportant avant l'étape de repliage une étape dans laquelle le contour externe (30) de la pièce repliée (22) est séparé du segment restant (23) sur les côtés non repliés dans l'étape de repliage.
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel l'étape de mise en forme est effectuée en une seule course.
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel pour effectuer la mise en forme on déplace un porte outil inférieur (10) vers le haut et un porte outil supérieur (8) vers le bas.
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3, selon lequel pour effectuer la mise en forme on déplace un porte outil supérieur (8) vers le bas et on maintien fixe un porte outil inférieur (10).
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel avant l'étape de repliage, on met en place un outil de repliage (25, 26) dans les porte outils (8, 10) de la machine outil (1) et avant l'étape de mise en forme on met en place un outil de mise en forme (27, 28) qui est différent de l'outil de repliage dans les porte outils.
- Procédé conforme à la revendication 2 et à l'une des revendications 3 à 6, selon lequel la séparation du contour externe (30) du segment replié (22) de la pièce du segment restant (23) s'effectue par estampage sur les côtés non repliés.
- Procédé conforme à la revendication 2 et à l'une des revendications 3 à 6, selon lequel la séparation du contour externe (30) du segment replié (22) de la pièce du segment restant (23) s'effectue par découpe laser sur les côtés non repliés.
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel le dégagement par découpe du segment replié (22) de la pièce du segment restant (23) s'effectue par estampage.
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 8, selon lequel le dégagement par découpe du segment replié (22) de la pièce du segment restant (23) s'effectue par découpe laser.
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel la séparation du segment replié (22) de la pièce du segment restant (23) s'effectue de façon à obtenir une liaison par micro joint (31).
