Abstract
Ein erfindungsgemäßes System (1) zum Bedrucken (2), welches wenigstens einen nicht ebenen Bereich der Oberfläche (3) des Objektes, z.B. einen Abschnitt einer Karosserie eines Fahrzeugs, mit einem vorzugsweise mehrfarbige, gerasterten Bild bedruckt, weist die folgenden Merkmale auf: einen Tintenstrahl-Druckkopf (4) mit Düsen (7); ein Roboter (5), vorzuugsweise ein Gelenkarm-Roboter, welcher eine Primärbewegung erzeugt, wobei die Primärbewegung wenigstens zwei seitlich zueinander liegende Druckbahnen (A, B) des Tintenstrahl-Druckkopfes (4) umfasst; und eine Vorrichtung (10), welche eine Sekundärbewegung (16) erzeugt, wobei die Sekundärbewegung im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Primärbewegung (17) erfolgt und wodurch die Druckbahnen (A, B) seitlich aneinander anschließen. In vorteilhafter Weise können dadurch störende Streifen zwischen den Druckbahnen reduziert oder verhindert werden. An inventive system (1) for printing (2), which prints at least one non-planar region of the surface (3) of the object, for example a section of a body of a vehicle, with a preferably multicolored rastered image, has the following features: a Inkjet printhead (4) with nozzles (7); a robot (5), preferably an articulated arm robot, which generates a primary movement, wherein the primary movement comprises at least two laterally juxtaposed printing webs (A, B) of the inkjet printhead (4); and a device (10) which generates a secondary movement (16), wherein the secondary movement takes place substantially perpendicular to the primary movement (17) and whereby the pressure paths (A, B) adjoin one another laterally. Advantageously, this can be reduced or prevented disturbing stripes between the printing webs.
