Abstract
Offenbart ist eine Ventilanordnung (1,2) für eine mobile Arbeitsmaschine mit einem Zumess- bzw. Steuerventil (1), über das ein regenerierbarer Anschluss (C2) und ein weiterer Anschluss (C1) eines Verbrauchers - z.B. Arbeitszylinder oder Motor - der mobilen Arbeitsmaschine versorgbar sind. Es ist ein - vorzugsweise gesondertes - Regenerationsventil (2) mit nur zwei Schaltstellungen (ganz offen; ganz geschlossen) vorgesehen, über das Druckmittel vom regenerierbaren Anschluss in einen Tank (6) ableitbar ist. Oberhalb einer vorgegebenen Druckdifferenz zwischen den Anschlüssen ist das Regenerationsventil offen und im Übrigen geschlossen. Ein Haupt- bzw. Steuerschieber (14) des Steuerventils weist eine gemeinsame Regenerations- und Arbeitsstellung auf. Der Steuerschieber hat also keine entlang eines Verschiebeweges des Steuerschiebers von der Regenerationsstellung beabstandete Arbeitsstellung, so dass kein aktives Umschalten zwischen Arbeitsbetrieb und Regernationsbetrieb nötig ist. Disclosed is a valve arrangement (1,2) for a mobile machine with a metering or control valve (1), via which a regenerable port (C2) and another terminal (C1) of a consumer - eg working cylinder or motor - the mobile machine are available. There is a - preferably separate - regeneration valve (2) with only two switch positions (fully open, fully closed) provided over the pressure medium from the regenerable connection in a tank (6) can be derived. Above a predetermined pressure difference between the terminals, the regeneration valve is open and otherwise closed. A main or spool (14) of the control valve has a common regeneration and working position. The spool thus has no along a displacement path of the spool from the regeneration position spaced working position, so that no active switching between working and Regernationsbetrieb is necessary.
