Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft niedriglegierten Stahl mit den Legierungsanteilen:
- 0,35 bis 0,50 Gew.-% Kohlenstoff;
- 2,0 bis 7,0 Gew-% Silizium;
- 0,001 bis 0,006 Gew.-% Bor
- 0,40 bis 1,7 Gew.-% Titan, Rest Eisen sowie in der Stahllegierung enthaltene Elemente in nicht störenden Konzentrationen und unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen sowie Bauteile, insbesondere Maschinenkomponenten, hergestellt aus dieser Stahllegierung einer Zugfestigkeit von > 950 - 1250 [MPa], einer Streckgrenze (Mpa) von >700 bis etwa 770; einer Bruchdehnung > 10% und einer Zunderbeständigkeit von > 600°C.
