Description

    Stand der Technik
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kraftstoffeinspritzventil mit einem trockenen Magnetaktor ohne Leckagerücklauf.
  • Kraftstoffeinspritzventile sind aus dem Stand der Technik in unterschiedlichen Ausgestaltungen bekannt. Beispielsweise werden in jüngster Zeit verstärkt nach außen öffnende Einspritzventile verwendet, welche mittels eines Piezoaktors betätigt werden. Diese können zwar schnelle Schaltzeiten realisieren, sind jedoch sehr teuer und aufwendig in der Herstellung ( EP-A-1 046 809 ).
  • Ferner ist aus der US 2007/0095955 A1 ein Einspritzventil bekannt, welches eine Anordnung des Magnetaktors im Kraftstoffpfad offenbart. Neben der Korrosionsproblematik durch den Kraftstoff, insbesondere im Aktorbereich, ergeben sich hierbei Dynamikverluste aufgrund der für den Stellvorgang notwendigen Verdrängung des Kraftstoffs. Es wäre daher wünschenswert, ein möglich einfach aufgebautes oder kostengünstiges sowie schnell schaltendes Ventil für eine Kraftstoffeinspritzung bereitzustellen.
  • Offenbarung der Erfindung
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Kraftstoffeinspritzventil mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 weist demgegenüber den Vorteil auf, dass ein Magnetaktor vollständig vom Kraftstoffpfad getrennt ist, so dass der Magnetaktor in einem trockenen Bereich des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils angeordnet ist. Hierdurch ergeben sich insbesondere geringere Anforderungen an Lagetoleranzen zwischen dem Magnetaktor und dem Kraftstoffteil des Ventils. Darüber hinaus können spezielle, weichmagnetische Werkstoffe für die Bauteile des Magnetaktors verwendet werden, da die Korrosionsproblematik des Kraftstoffs am Magnetaktor entfällt. Ferner weist das erfindungsgemäße Kraftstoffeinspritzventil einen sehr einfachen und kostengünstigen Aufbau auf, so dass es besonders als Massenbauteil geeignet ist. Die erfindungsgemäßen Vorteile werden durch ein Kraftstoffeinspritzventil erhalten, welches einen Ventilkörper, eine Ventilnadel und einen Magnetaktor mit einem Magnetanker umfasst. Ferner ist eine Schließfeder vorgesehen, welche an der Ventilnadel angreift und die Ventilnadel in den geschlossenen Zustand zurückführt. Das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil ist als nach außen öffnendes Ventil ausgebildet und umfasst ferner ein Dichtelement, welches den Magnetaktor vom Kraftstoffpfad trennt, so dass der Magnetaktor im kraftstofffreien Bereich des Ventilkörpers angeordnet ist. Ferner ist eine Gegenfeder vorgesehen, welche mit einem Magnetanker in Kontakt ist. Dabei sind der Magnetanker und die Ventilnadel als separate Bauteile ausgebildet, welche sich jedoch miteinander in lösbarem Kontakt befinden. Mit anderen Worten ist an einer Trennstelle zwischen dem Magnetanker und der Ventilnadel ein Kontakt vorgesehen, an dem beide Bauteile aneinander liegen, wobei die Gegenfeder den Magnetanker gegen die Ventilnadel vorspannt. Eine Kraft der Schließfeder ist dabei größer als eine Kraft der Gegenfeder. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Trennung zwischen der Ventilnadel und dem Magnetanker kann ferner eine Prellerreduzierung, d.h., eine Reduzierung von einem Anschlagen von Bauteilen gegeneinander, reduziert werden. Ein Dichtelement trennt den Magnetaktor vom Kraftstoffpfad. Ferner ergibt sich durch die Trennung der Ventilnadel von dem Magnetanker eine Massereduktion, so dass bei einem Schließvorgang der Ventilnadel, wenn diese den Ventilsitz erreicht und den Durchlass verschließt, weniger Verschleiß am Ventilsitz entsteht. Der lose an der Ventilnadel angeordnete Magnetanker kann dabei entgegen der Wirkung der Gegenfeder durchschwingen, wodurch insgesamt eine reduzierte Prellerneigung erhalten wird.
  • Die Unteransprüche zeigen bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das Dichtelement ein Balg, welcher am Ventilkörper und der Ventilnadel befestigt ist. Der Balg kann ein Metallbalg sein und mittels einer Schweißverbindung am Ventilkörper bzw. der Ventilnadel befestigt werden, so dass eine absolut dichte Abdichtung vom Kraftstoffpfad erfolgt. Durch diese absolut dichte Abdichtung ist es auch nicht notwendig, dass ein Leckagepfad o.ä. am kraftstofffreien Bereich des Ventilkörpers vorgesehen wird.
  • Weiter bevorzugt weist der Magnetanker einen nadelartigen Bereich auf, welcher in einem Magnettopf geführt ist. Hierdurch weist der Magnettopf neben seiner eigentlichen Funktion noch eine Führungsfunktion auf, so dass neben einer sicheren Führung weiterhin die Anzahl von Bauteilen reduziert werden kann. Da die Toleranzkette der Führung des Magnetaktors nur über Magnetanker und Magnettopf bestimmt ist, kann eine Entfeinerung der Fertigungstoleranzen ermöglicht werden.
  • Weiter bevorzugt sind der Magnetanker und der Magnettopf aus einem weichmagnetischen Material hergestellt, wodurch die Herstellungskosten signifikant reduziert werden können, da kein gegen den Kraftstoff korrosionsbeständiges Material verwendet werden muss.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der Magnetaktor eine vormontierbare Baugruppe, welche lediglich in das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil eingefügt werden muss. Hierdurch ist ein getrenntes Testen der Magnetgruppe sowie auch des Kraftstoffteils des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils möglich. Hierdurch können die einzelnen Baugruppen schon vor einer Endmontage überprüft werden und gegebenenfalls aussortiert werden.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist der Magnetanker ein Flachanker. Da der Flachanker im trockenen, d.h., im kraftstofffreien, Bereich angeordnet ist, ergibt sich ein großes Potential hinsichtlich eines hochdynamischen Betriebs des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils. Hierdurch können schnelle Schaltzeiten des Ventils realisiert werden, ohne dass ein Piezoelement als Aktor notwendig ist.
  • Weiter bevorzugt weist der Balg und der Ventilsitz den gleichen oder einen im Wesentlichen gleichen hydraulisch wirksamen Durchmesser auf. Hierdurch wirken keine oder nur sehr geringe axiale Druckkräfte, was geringere Anforderungen an die aufzubringenden Betätigungskräfte der Schließfeder und des Magneten nach sich zieht. Bei gegebenem Bauraum kann dabei eine Dynamiksteigerung des Ventils erreicht werden.

    Bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung
  • Nachfolgend wird unter Bezugnahme auf Figur 1 ein Kraftstoffeinspritzventil 1 gemäß einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung im Detail beschrieben.
  • Das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil 1 ist ein nach außen öffnendes Ventil, wobei Figur 1 den geschlossenen Zustand des Ventils zeigt. Das erfindungsgemäße Kraftstoffeinspritzventil 1 wird beispielsweise zur Hochdruck-Direkteinspritzung für Verbrennungsmotoren im Schichtladebetrieb verwendet.
  • Wie aus Figur 1 ersichtlich ist, umfasst das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil 1 einen Ventilkörper 2, in welchem ein Kraftstoffpfad 3 zur Zuführung von unter hohem Druck stehenden Kraftstoff ausgebildet ist. An einem Ende des Ventilkörpers 2 ist ein Durchlass 6 ausgebildet, welcher mittels einer nach außen öffnenden Ventilnadel 4 freigebbar bzw. verschließbar ist. Die Ventilnadel 4 schließt den Durchlass 6 dabei an einem Ventilsitz 5 ab.
  • Die Ventilnadel 4 umfasst an einem vom Ventilsitz 5 abgewandten Ende ein scheibenförmiges Element 15, an welchem eine Schließfeder 11 anliegt. Die Schließfeder 11 stützt sich einerseits am Scheibenelement 15 und andererseits am Ventilkörper 2 ab und bringt die Ventilnadel 4 in den in Figur 1 geschlossenen Zustand. Das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil 1 umfasst ferner ein Dichtelement 13 in Form eines Balges, welches den Kraftstoffpfad 3 von einem kraftstofffreien Raum 17 trennt. Der Balg ermöglicht eine hermetische Abdichtung des kraftstofffreien Raums gegenüber dem Kraftstoffpfad 3. Wie aus Figur 1 ersichtlich ist, ist die Schließfeder 11 sowie ein Magnetaktor 7 im kraftstofffreien Raum 17 angeordnet. Der Balg weist ferner einen hydraulisch wirksamen Querschnitt auf, welcher einem hydraulisch wirksamen Querschnitt des Ventilsitzes 5 entspricht. Hierdurch wirken auf die Ventilnadel 4 keine oder nur geringe axiale Druckkräfte (aufgrund der Flächengleichheit). Dies führt wiederum zu geringeren Anforderungen an die aufzubringenden Betätigungskräfte, wobei eine bei gegebenem Bauraum erzielbare Kraft zu einer Dynamiksteigerung des Ventils führt.
  • Der Magnetaktor 7 umfasst einen Magnetanker 8 in Form eines Flachankers, einen Magnettopf 9 und eine Spule 10. Ferner ist eine Gegenfeder 12 vorgesehen, welche den Magnetanker 8 mit einer Kraft F2 vorspannt. Die Gegenfeder 12 stützt sich dabei an einem Stützelement 16, welches im Ventilkörper 2 fixiert ist, ab. Der Magnetanker 8 umfasst einen scheibenförmigen Bereich 8a sowie einen nadelförmigen Bereich 8b. Der nadelförmige Bereich 8b berührt ein Ende der Ventilnadel 4 an einer Trennstelle 14 zwischen der Ventilnadel 4 und dem Magnetanker 8. Dabei wird der Magnetanker 8 im Magnettopf 9 mittels des nadelförmigen Bereichs 8b geführt.
  • Aus dem nur axial belasteten Aufeinanderliegen zwischen dem nadelförmigen Bereich 8b und der Ventilnadel 4 an der Trennstelle 14 resultieren geringere fertigungstechnische Anforderungen, so dass ein kleiner radialer Versatz und geringe Winkelfehler zulässig sind. Hierdurch können die Herstellungskosten signifikant reduziert werden. Auch dürfen zwischen der Führung der Ventilnadel 4 und der Führung des Magnetankers 8 in gewissen Grenzen radiale Abweichungen und Winkelfehler auftreten, da die Führungen voneinander entkoppelt sind und nicht überbestimmt sind.
  • Die Schließfeder 11 stellt eine Schließkraft F1 bereit, welche in axialer Richtung X-X des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils in Richtung des Magnetaktors 7 wirkt. Die Gegenfeder 12 stellt eine Vorspannkraft F2 bereit, welche entgegen der Kraft F1 der Schließfeder 11 wirkt. Dabei ist die Kraft F1 der Schließfeder größer als die Kraft F2 der Gegenfeder.
  • Die Funktion des erfindungsgemäßen Kraftstoffeinspritzventils 1 ist dabei wie folgt: Wenn ein Einspritzvorgang ausgeführt werden soll, wird die Spule 10 bestromt, so dass der Magnetanker 8 in Richtung des Magnettopfes 9 angezogen wird. Hierbei ist die auf den Magnetanker 8 wirkende Kraft aus der Summe der magnetischen Kraft sowie der Kraft F2 der Gegenfeder 12 größer als die Kraft der Schließfeder F1, so dass die Ventilnadel 4, welche sich aufgrund der in Richtung des Magnetaktors 7 wirkenden Kraft F1 der Schließfeder F in direktem Kontakt mit dem nadelförmigen Bereich 8b des Magnetankers 8 befindet, in Öffnungsrichtung gedrückt. Kraftstoff, welcher wie in Figur 1 durch den Pfeil A angedeutet, unter hohem Druck in den Kraftstoffpfad 3 zugeführt wird, kann dann an den freigegebenen Durchlass 6 eingespritzt werden.
  • Wenn die Einspritzung beendet werden soll, wird die Bestromung der Spule 10 unterbrochen. Dadurch entfällt die auf den Magnetanker 8 wirkende magnetische Kraft, so dass nun die Kraft F1 der Schließfeder 11, welche größer als die Kraft F2 der Gegenfeder 12 ist, die Ventilnadel 4 sowie den Magnetanker 8 wieder in die in Figur 1 gezeigte Ausgangsposition zurückstellen kann. Der abdichtende Balg, welcher einerseits am Ventilkörper 2 und andererseits an der Ventilnadel 4 fluiddicht befestigt ist, ermöglicht dabei die Bewegung der Ventilnadel 4.
  • Erfindungsgemäß sind somit die Ventilnadel 4 und der Magnetanker 8 zwei separate Bauteile, welche sich miteinander in lösbarem Kontakt befinden. Bei Beendigung der Einspritzung kann dabei der Magnetanker 8 gegen die Wirkrichtung der Gegenfeder 12 durchschwingen. Dies führt zu einer Reduzierung der im Ventilsitz 5 abgebremsten bewegten Masse, wodurch ein geringerer Verschleiß am Ventilsitz 5 bzw. an der Ventilnadel 4 erhalten wird. Ferner ist der Magnetaktor 7 im trockenen Bereich des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils 1 angeordnet, so dass keine teuren Materialien für den Magnetkreis verwendet werden müssen, welche sonst bei einer nassen Ausführung, d.h., bei einem Kontakt mit Kraftstoff, erforderlich sind. Ferner wird der Magnetanker 8 durch die Kraft F2 der Gegenfeder 12 an der Trennstelle 14 ansonsten immer in direktem Kontakt mit der Ventilnadel 4 gehalten.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Aufbau ermöglicht ferner geringere Anforderungen an Lagetoleranzen zwischen dem Magnetaktor 7 und der Ventilnadel 4. Weiter kann durch die Verwendung des Balges eine absolut sichere Trennung des kraftstofffreien Raums 17 vom Kraftstoff erfolgen. Ferner kann der trockene Flachankermagnetkreis einen hochdynamischen Betrieb des Ventils ermöglichen. Dabei sind die Toleranzen für den Magnetkreis auf nur wenige Bauteile verteilt, so dass reduzierte Toleranzanforderungen für die Bauteile möglich sind und somit eine kostengünstigere Herstellung möglich ist. Im Öffnungsfall des Ventils kann in Längsrichtung die Bauteilekombination von Ventilnadel 4 und Magnetanker 8 als starr angesehen werden. In Querrichtung kann bei der Montage ein geringerer Versatz oder ein geringerer Winkelfehler zugelassen werden, was sich ebenfalls positiv auf die Toleranzanforderung der Bauteile auswirkt. Ferner können der die Ventilnadel 4, das Gehäuse, den Ventilsitz und den Balg umfassende Hydraulikteil und der Magnetaktor unabhängig voneinander geprüft werden. Dies führt zu geringerem Ausschuss und der Möglichkeit, geeignete Hydraulikteile und Magnetaktoren einander zuzupaaren bzw. ungünstige Kombinationen zu vermeiden, so dass insgesamt weniger fehlerhafte Ventile montiert werden.
  • Die Trennung von Ventilnadel 4 und Magnetanker 8 ermöglicht beim Öffnen des Ventils ebenfalls ein Überschwingen der Ventilnadel, welche sich vom Magnetanker 8 lösen kann. Da beim Schließen des Ventils der Magnetanker 8 in entgegengesetzte Richtung überschwingen kann, ergibt sich eine signifikant reduzierte Prellneigung der Ventilnadel 4 im Ventilsitz 5.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Kraftstoffeinspritzventil wird insbesondere bei einer geschichteten Benzindirekteinspritzung verwendet. Ein weiterer Vorteil im homogenen Betrieb ist eine bessere Zerstäubung des Kraftstoffs gegenüber Mehrlochventilen und die damit verbundene geringere Partikelbildung. Hierdurch kann ermöglicht werden, dass auch in Zukunft noch weiter verschärfte Abgasnormen ohne Partikelfilter erreicht werden, so dass auf derartige Partikelfilter verzichtet werden kann.

Claims (6)

  1. Kraftstoffeinspritzventil, umfassend:
    - einen Ventilkörper (2), in welchem ein Kraftstoffpfad (3) verläuft,
    - eine nach außen öffnende Ventilnadel (4), welche an einem Ventilsitz (5) einen Durchlass (6) freigibt und verschließt,
    - eine Schließfeder (11), welche die Ventilnadel (4) in einem geschlossenen Ventilzustand zurückführt,
    gekennzeichnet durch,
    - einen Magnetaktor (7) mit einem Magnetanker (8), einem Magnettopf (9) und einer Spule (10),
    - ein Dichtelement (13), welches den Magnetaktor (7) vom Kraftstoffpfad (3) trennt, so dass der Magnetaktor (7) in einem kraftstofffreien Bereich (17) des Ventilkörpers (2) angeordnet ist,
    - und eine Gegenfeder (12), welche mit dem Magnetanker (8) in Kontakt steht und diesen vorspannt, wobei der Magnetanker (8) und die Ventilnadel (4) separate Bauteile sind, welche an einer Trennstelle (14) unmittelbar aneinander liegen und sich berühren,
    - wobei die Gegenfeder (12) den Magnetanker (8) gegen die Ventilnadel (4) vorspannt,
    - wobei eine Kraft (F1) der Schließfeder (11) gegen eine Kraft (F2) der Gegenfeder (12) wirkt, wobei die Kraft (F1) der Schließfeder (11) größer als die Kraft (F2) der Gegenfeder (12) ist, und
    - der Magnetaktor (7) eine vormontierbare Baugruppe ist, die in den Ventilkörper (2) eingesetzt ist.
  2. Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (13) ein Balg ist, welcher am Ventilkörper (2) und an der Ventilnadel (4) hermetisch abdichtend befestigt ist.
  3. Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnetanker (8) einen nadelförmigen Bereich (8b) aufweist, welcher in einem Magnettopf (9) des Magnetaktors (7) geführt ist.
  4. Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnetanker (8) aus einem weichmagnetischen Material hergestellt ist.
  5. Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnetanker (8) ein Flachanker ist.
  6. Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg einen gleichen hydraulisch wirksamen Durchmesser wie der Ventilsitz (5) aufweist oder die hydraulischen Durchmesser von Balg und Ventilsitz (5) nur im geringen Umfang voneinander abweichen.
