Abstract

Figure imgaf001
Design, manufacture and use of a novel shoe sole system for predominantly, but not exclusively, use in the segment of sports shoes and sneakers. The shoe sole system consists of the areas of construction, manufacture, distribution and application of a shoe sole main body with integrated ground-level elements (8, 9) which are permanently mounted, interchangeable and can be combined with each other. The main body of the shoe sole system is a sole construction unit with relatively rigid torsioned outsole shape (5), firmly attached in the heel and toe area near the foot near closed foot near sole (6) to which the upper shoe (4) and possibly an insole is connected and an integrated between the near-bottom and near-to-the-toe shoe sole tailed spring system (7) which absorbs tensile, compressive, shear and torsional stresses and vorbeziehungsweise back and forth between floor and Fußnaher shoe sole. Force and direction specifications through the shoe sole are transmitted from the upper shoe sole to the carrier foot. The shape, material and arrangement of the sole basic element causes a roll-off, Lipp-, Drehrichtungsvorgangsvorgabe to the musculoskeletal system and in connection with the ground-engaging shoe sole elements (8) a slight mechanical instability which causes the shoe sole wearer to balance and balance activities. The preferred but not exclusive application is the golf shoe as a sports shoe and the sneaker as a casual shoe.
