Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Dunstabzugshaube. The present invention relates to an extractor hood.

Extractor hoods are used to extract moisture, odors and / or grease from the room air. Since greasy or greasy fumes frequently flow through an inlet opening and filter of the extractor hood, in particular during kitchen use, there is an occupancy of the filters used over time, so that an exchange or a cleaning of the filter must take place. There are known extractor hoods, in which a prefilter via a grid-like grease filter, which is also a facing element for the interior of the hood housing. It is desirable to keep the filter on the one hand safely and on the other hand easily replace or clean.

The DE 10 2006 055 202 discloses an extractor hood having a filter for filtering fumes to be drawn and a filter frame for connecting the filter to a guide member, the filter being connected to the filter frame by means of a magnetic tape for rapid release.

The CN 201547868 U discloses a handle for a filter element of an extractor hood. The handle has a bottom cover and a top cover. In the upper cover a pivotable wing member is provided. The pivotable wing element is actuated via an actuating element and a spring arrangement.

The GB 22 49 493 A discloses an extractor hood with rotatably mounted filter elements.

Against this background, an object of the present invention is to provide an improved extractor hood.

Accordingly, an extractor hood is proposed, which comprises a housing and arranged on the housing detachable flat filter element. The filter element is held by means of at least one magnet, and at least a portion of the filter element is arranged for removing or releasing the filter element from the housing rotatable in the direction of an interior of the housing about a rocking axis.

The at least limited rotatability about the rocking or rotation axis allows the filter element to be pushed in around the rocking axis, as a result of which removal thereof from the housing is simplified. In the normal operating state, for example, the flat filter element terminates flush with the housing and points with a substantially smooth surface to the operator or the kitchen appliance.

The rotatability about a rocking axis allows a portion of the filter element can be pressed into the interior of the housing, while the other beyond the rocking axis portion in the direction out of the housing, so the operator out, becomes tangible. On otherwise common handles or complicated handling means which are visible from the outside, can be dispensed with.

As a result, the filter element is easier to clean and leads to an improved aesthetic impression of the hood.

Preferably, the entire filter element is rotatable. Alternatively, only a part of the filter element, for example a segment or section, can be rotatable so that a potential operator can engage in an engagement.

The filter element is preferably detachable or removable in the direction of an inflow side.

In one embodiment of the extractor hood, a magnet holder is arranged such that magnetic forces act exclusively in the direction of a surface normal of the flat filter element. It is possible to arrange magnets either on the filter element, for example circumferentially or to arrange on the housing. It is also possible to provide both the filter element as well as the housing with magnets, so that a sufficient adhesion is ensured.

In a further embodiment of the extractor hood, the filter element is supported or held by the housing exclusively in the lateral direction. In this respect, the housing serves, for example, in the manner of a frame which runs around the filter element, the positioning. The holder is made by magnetic forces perpendicular to the surface normal of the filter element.

It is for example possible that the filter element in an inserted state peripherally rests against a frame of the housing and is held by a plurality of magnets.

In one embodiment of the extractor hood, the housing comprises at least two oppositely arranged support sections for the filter element. In particular, the magnetic holder can be attached along the support sections.

In a variant of the extractor hood, a respective support section comprises a holding section for engaging the filter element in the inserted state and a support section for supporting the filter element in a state rotated into the interior of the housing. In this case, the holding section and the supporting section are preferably adjacent to one another in the region of the rocking axis. In this respect, an angle between holding and supporting section predetermines the maximum degree of rotation about the rocking or rotation axis. When the operator pushes the filter element toward the interior of the housing, the filter element is supported by the support sections.

Preferably, the filter element is held magnetically only in the region of the holding portions. As a result, the number of magnets can be reduced since, in normal operation, the filter element generally does not rest on the support section.

The extractor hood can be configured such that the filter element has a handling mark on the inflow side. The handling mark, for example a symbol, indicates to the operator that at this point the filter element is rotatably movable in the direction of the interior.

In one embodiment of the extractor hood, the magnets are arranged exclusively on the housing. In this respect, the production of the filter element, which can be supplied, for example, as a consumable or spare part, simplified.

The filter element is designed in particular as a grease filter. In this case, the filter element may comprise a peripheral frame and provided in the frame grid as a grease filter.

It is also proposed a filter element, which is adapted in particular for an extractor hood as described above, and which forms a substantially flat surface as Verblendelement for the hood and has a handling portion in the surface, which for Enable an engagement is rotatable in the direction of an interior of the hood around a rocking axis is rotatable. In this respect, conventional grease filter elements can be replaced by the above to achieve better handleability and aesthetics.

In a further embodiment of the extractor hood, the same comprises a plurality of magnetically held filter elements which are arranged next to one another.

Further advantageous embodiments and aspects of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims and the embodiments of the invention described below. Furthermore, the invention will be explained in more detail by means of preferred embodiments with reference to the attached figures.

In approximately the middle of the surface of the respective filter element 3, 4, 5 magnets 11 are provided in the interior of the housing 2, which are designed such that they also keep the weight of the filter elements in contaminated state.

In the Fig. 2B is a schematic cross-sectional view of a section of the embodiment of the extractor hood indicated. In order to remove the filter elements 3, 4, 5, they can be pressed about a rocking axis 10 in the interior 9 of the housing 2. In this case, the operator merely has to partially overcome the magnetic force along, for example, a marking 14 and push the marked section of the filter element 3 in the direction of the interior 9. This will solve that Filter element 3 at least partially from the respective magnet 11, so that the not pressed into the interior 9 side down or outwardly protrudes and can be gripped.

In this respect, no mechanical handle or an additional handling element for removing and replacing or cleaning the filter elements 3, 4, 5 is required. Since no handle element must be provided, the filter element is less susceptible to dirt. The magnetic holder and combination with the possibility of rotation result in a particularly simple handling and an overall aesthetic impression. One recognizes in the Fig. 2B For example, in the dashed state, that with properly mounted filter element 3 in the housing 2, a smooth housing closure, as is the case for example in the Fig. 1 represents, results and otherwise, which is biased by an operator at the point 14 in the housing interior filter element which is rotated about a rocking or rotation axis in the region of the magnetic coupling 11, for removal is inclined.

The Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of a second embodiment of an extractor hood, which is also equipped with magnetically coupled, yet rotatable filter elements. The Fig. 3 shows the hand of an operator 20, which presses the middle filter element 4 in the interior of the housing 2 to remove the same and, for example, to clean. The left filter element 3 is already removed from the housing 2. In the area behind the filter element 3, left, you can see the Wippachse 10, which in comparison to the Fig. 1 to 2 is oriented vertically. Due to the pressure on the orientation of the Fig. 3 right side of the middle filter element 4, the element 4 folds over the tilt bracket and remains in the illustrated tilt, so that it can be easily grasped.

The FIGS. 4A and 4B show a first embodiment of an insertable filter element 3. The filter element 3 has a filter element frame 15, which holds, for example, a metal grid 16 as a grease filter. On the filter element 3, a mark 14 is further provided, which indicates to the operator, where it can be pressed inside the housing rocker.

The Fig. 4B shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a section of the filter element in the housing. The Fig. 4B shows that in the upper figure in the inserted state, the filter element 3 rests against a support portion 13. The support portion 13 may, for example, hold two opposite edges of the filter element 3. In this case, the support portion has a holding portion 13A, which is oriented horizontally and holds the filter element in the normal operating state such that it is flush, for example, with a housing surface. A second, adjoining the holding portion 13A support portion 13B, serves the filter element 3 in the depressed state, as shown in the lower figure of Fig. 4B is shown to support. The holding section 13A and the support section 13B adjoin one another in the region of the rocking axis 10. The holding portion 13A extends so far into the housing interior. This is in the Fig. 3 indicated by a dashed line on the example of the central filter element 3.

The Fig. 5 to 7 show schematic cross-sectional views of a section of a filter element in a housing with a magnetic holder. In the Fig. 5 If the housing is closed by the filter element 3 against the flow or operator side. In this case, the filter element 3 is on a holding portion 13 A, held by magnets 11, fixed. The branching off of the holding portion 13A at an angle to the interior of the housing support portion 13B serves to guide the filter element 3 in the depressed state, ie rotated about the rocking axis 10 state when removing. This is in the Fig. 6 indicated. Magnets 11 are also provided in the region of the support section 13B, so that the filter element 3 can not fall down. In the Fig. 7 is the dotted indicated, circular section of the Fig. 5 shown in more detail. It can be seen that the filter element 3 is stored and held substantially horizontally. In this case, the schematically indicated housing wall 2 laterally L of the guide of the filter element 3. It can not horizontally so far, so parallel to its areal extent, slip. Vertically, ie in the direction of the surface normal N of the filter element 3, the magnetic force of the magnet 11 keeps the filter element 3 in its position. The magnetic forces are designed such that the filter element 3 holds in the intended installation state and operating parameters. In this case, the filter element 3 is mounted on the holding portion 13A.

The Figs. 8A and 8B show a second embodiment of a filter element, which can be used in an extractor hood conventional design or in hoods of the above-described embodiments. The Fig. 8A shows a perspective view of the filter element 17. In this case, the filter element 17 has a cutout, which serves as a handling flap. The cutout 18 is, as in the Fig. 8A shown, closed in normal operation. In the Fig. 8B the filter element 3 is indicated in the installed and removable state. The upper illustration of the Fig. 8A shows the filter element 17 as it is held by a magnet, which is arranged inside the housing 9. The handling flap or cover 18 thus terminates flush with the remaining surface of the filter element 3. However, the handling flap can be opened via a rocking mechanism. This is in the Fig. 8B shown below. By a pressure in the direction of the arrow in the direction R to the housing interior 9 back, an engagement 19 can be released, so that the filter element 3 by hand, the magnetic force of the magnet or the magnet 11 overcoming, removable. In this case, not the complete filter element is rotatable about a rocking axis, but the filter element comprises a portion with a rocker or rotation axis 10 to release the engagement 19. Also in the embodiment of the Fig. 8 results in an aesthetically pleasing overall impression and easy handling. Furthermore, rails, clips, locking means or other additional fastening means are obsolete in all the illustrated embodiments. The combination of magnet holder and rocker mechanism enables a particularly user-friendly design of cooker hoods.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to embodiments, it is variously modifiable.
