Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
  • As explained above, the invention relates to an assembly applicable to a fragile material, that is to say not having a plastic domain such as a material based on monocrystalline silicon. This assembly was designed for applications in the watchmaking field. However, other areas can be perfectly imagined as including aeronautics, jewelry or automotive.
  • In the field of watchmaking, this assembly is made necessary by the growing share of fragile materials such as those based on silicon, quartz, corundum or more generally ceramic. By way of example, it is possible to envisage forming the hairspring, the balance, the anchor, the bridges or even the mobiles such as the escape wheels wholly or partly based on fragile materials.
  • However, the fact of always being able to use usual steel axes whose production is controlled, is a constraint that is difficult to reconcile with the use of parts that do not include a plastic field. Indeed, during tests carried out, the driving of a steel shaft is impossible and systematically breaks the fragile parts, that is to say not having a plastic field. For example, it has been found that the shear generated by the entry of the metal axis into the opening of a silicon part breaks the latter systematically.
  • This is why the present application proposes an assembly of a part, which can be integral with an axis, in the opening of a part, which can form a rotatably mounted part, characterized in that it comprises a system securing between the part and the part comprising at least one ratchet device for rendering integral the movements of the part and the part.
  • Preferably, said at least one ratchet device comprises a resilient ratchet arm blocking an assembly of the tenon - mortise type in order to avoid relative movements between the part and the part. It is therefore understood that neither the part nor the part are plastically stressed to become solid with respect to each other.
  • The system of solidarity between the room and the part will be better understood by means of the Figures 1 to 9 presenting embodiments and non-exhaustive variants according to the invention. According to a first embodiment illustrated in Figures 1 and 2 , the fastening system 1 comprises a single ratchet device 11. The ratchet device 11 comprises an arm 13 forming a pawl which is formed in the part 3. The arm 13 is thus resiliently mounted on the part 3 at a first end 12 so to form a ratchet as explained below. Finally, the arm 13 has at its second free end, a pin 14 which projects into the substantially central opening 18 of the part 3.
  • The ratchet device 11 also comprises a mortise 16 formed in the part 5 and intended to cooperate with the post 14 of the arm 13 to secure the part 3 with the part 5. A la figure 1 it can also be seen that the portion 5 has a recess 15 which flares out as it moves away from the mortise 16 which is intended to form a cam 17 for the post 14.
  • The ratchet device 11 of the securing system 1 between the part 3 and the part 5 is activated as explained below. First, part 3 and part 5 are manufactured. The manufacturing steps of part 3 and part 5 have no consecutivity to respect and can even be carried out at the same time.
  • First, the part 5 is introduced into the opening 18 of the part 3 so that the post 14 slides laterally into the recess 15 of the part 5 as illustrated in FIG. figure 1 . In a second step, a relative displacement in rotation of the part 5 with respect to the part 3 is then printed in order to slide the post 14 against the cam 17 in order to gradually remove the pin 14 of the portion 5. The relative movement is continued until the pin 14 tilts into the mortise 16 to resiliently lock the assembly 14 - tenon mortise 16 by the arm 13 forming a ratchet as illustrated in FIG. figure 2 .
  • It is therefore understood that the pin 14 of the part 3 is made integral in motion of the mortise 16 of the part 5 under the stress induced by the elastic return of the arm 13 forming a pawl. An assembly 19 is thus obtained whose fastening system 1 does not require the increase in the thickness of the members, that is to say of the part 3 and part 5, and which is applicable in particular to materials fragile.
  • Of course, the fastening system 1 may comprise several ratchet devices 11 mounted around the opening 18 of the piece 3. Similarly, the piece 3 may form all or part of a spiral, a balance, a an anchor, a bridge or even a mobile like an escape wheel. Similarly, the portion 5 can be secured to an axis, a pin or more generally to any element in one piece, that is to say in one piece or with the aid of several parts.
  • According to a second embodiment illustrated in figures 3 and 4 , the fastening system 21 between the part 23 and the part 25 comprises three ratchet devices 31. Each ratchet device 31 comprises an arm 33 forming a pawl which is formed in the part 23. The arm 33 is thus mounted elastically on the part 23 at a first end 32 to form a pawl as explained below. Finally, the arm 33 has at its second free end 27, a mortise 36 which projects into the substantially central opening 38 of the part 23.
  • Each ratchet device 31 also comprises a pin 34 formed in the part 25 and intended to cooperate with the mortise 36 of an arm 33 to secure the part 23 with the part 25. A figure 3 it can also be seen that the piece 23 has a recess 35 which faces each free end 27 of an arm 33 having a mortise 36 and which is intended to form a game necessary for the elastic movement of said arm. Finally, the part 23 comprises, for each ratchet device 31, a stop 40 intended to center the part 25 in the opening 38.
  • The ratchet device 31 of the securing system 21 between the part 23 and the part 25 is activated as explained below. First, the part 23 and the part 25 are manufactured. The manufacturing steps of part 23 and part 25 have no consecutivity to respect and can even be performed at the same time.
  • At first, the portion 25 is introduced into the opening 38 of the part 23 so that the pin 34 slides substantially against the stop 40 of the part 23 as illustrated in FIG. figure 1 . In a second step, a relative rotational displacement of the portion 25 relative to the piece 23 is then printed in order to slide against the arm 33, the tenon 34 in order to gradually remove the free end 27 of the arm 33 of part 25. It is understood, during this relative movement, that the free end 27 of the arm 33 with the mortise 36 is thus moved progressively towards the recess 35. The relative movement is continued until the mortise 36 flips covering the pin 34 to resiliently block the assembly tenon 34 - mortise 36 by the arm 33 forming a ratchet as shown in FIG. figure 4 .
  • It is therefore understood that the pin 34 of the portion 25 is secured in movement of the mortise 36 of the part 23 under the stress induced by the elastic return of the arm 33 forming a pawl. An assembly 39 is thus obtained whose fastening system 21 does not require the increase in the thickness of the members, that is to say of the part 23 and the part 25, and which is applicable in particular to materials fragile.
  • Of course, the fastening system 21 may comprise more or fewer ratchet devices 31 mounted around the opening 38 of the part 23. Similarly, the part 23 may form all or part of a balance spring, a balance , an anchor, a bridge or even a mobile like a wheel exhaust. Similarly, the portion 25 may be secured to an axis, a pin or more generally to any element in one piece, that is to say integrally or with the aid of several elements.
  • According to a third embodiment illustrated in Figures 5 and 6 , the securing system 41 between the part 43 and the part 45 comprises three ratchet devices 51. Each ratchet device 51 comprises a ratchet arm 53 which is formed in the part 43. The arm 53 is thus mounted elastically on the part 43 at a first end 52 to form a pawl as explained below. Finally, the arm 53 has at its second free end, a bead 47 intended to form a wall of the mortise 56 which projects into the substantially central opening 58 of the part 43. In addition, the part 43 comprises, for each device ratchet 51, a stop 60 for centering the portion 45 in the opening 58 but also to form the rest of the mortise 56 in cooperation with the bead 47.
  • Each ratchet device 51 also comprises a pin 54 formed in the portion 45 and intended to cooperate with the mortise 56 formed by the abutment 60 and the bead 47 to secure the piece 43 with the part 45. A la figure 5 , it can also be seen that the piece 43 has a recess 55 which faces each bead 47 of an arm 53 and which is intended to form a game necessary for the elastic movement of said arm.
  • The ratchet device 51 of the securing system 41 between the part 43 and the part 45 is activated as explained below. First, part 43 and part 45 are manufactured. The manufacturing steps of part 43 and part 45 have no consecutivity to respect and can even be carried out at the same time.
  • At first, the portion 45 is introduced into the opening 58 of the piece 53 as illustrated in FIG. figure 1 . In a second step, a relative displacement in rotation of the portion 45 with respect to the piece 43 is then printed in order to slide against the arm 53, the upper part pin 54 in order to gradually remove the bead 47 of the arm 53 of the portion 45. It is understood, during this relative movement, that the bead 47 of the arm 53 is thus moved progressively towards the recess 55. The relative displacement is continued until the bead 47 tilts by laterally locking the pin 54 to elastically trap the pin 34 between the stop assembly 60 - bead 47 forming the mortise 56 by the arm 53 forming a ratchet as shown in FIG. figure 6 .
  • It is therefore understood that the pin 54 of the portion 45 is secured in movement of the mortise 56 of the part 53 under the stress induced by the elastic return of the arm 53 forming a pawl. An assembly 59 is thus obtained whose fastening system 41 does not require the increase in the thickness of the members, that is to say of the part 43 and the part 45, and which is applicable in particular to materials fragile.
  • Of course, the fastening system 41 may comprise more or less ratchet devices 51 mounted around the opening 58 of the piece 43. Similarly, the piece 43 may form all or part of a balance spring, a balance , an anchor, a bridge or even a mobile like an escape wheel. Similarly, the portion 45 may be secured to an axis, a pin or more generally to any element in one piece, that is to say integrally or with the aid of several elements.
  • The three embodiments presented to the Figures 1 to 6 all have in common to present an arm 13, 33, 53 mounted elastically on the part 3, 23, 43. It is obvious that the invention can not be limited to such a feature. Thus, Figures 7 to 9 show variants of the above three embodiments in which the arms 13 ', 33', 53 'are resiliently mounted on the portion 5', 25 ', 45'.
  • According to a variant of the first embodiment illustrated in FIG. figure 7 , the fastening system 1 'comprises at least one ratchet device 11' which comprises an arm 13 'resiliently mounted on the portion 5' at a first end 12 'to form a pawl. In addition, the arm 13 ' has at its second free end, a pin 14 '. The ratchet device 11 'also has a mortise 16' formed in the part 3 'and intended to cooperate with the post 14' of the arm 13 'to secure the part 3' with the part 5 'in a manner opposite to the first embodiment .
  • Thus, in a first step, the portion 5 'is introduced into the opening 18' of the piece 3 'so that the post 14' slides laterally into the recess 15 'of the piece 3'. In a second step, a relative displacement in rotation of the portion 5 'with respect to the piece 3' is then printed in order to slide the post 14 'against the cam 17' in order to gradually remove the post 14 'by compared to the 3 'piece. Relative movement is continued until the tenon 14 'tilts in the mortise 16' in order to elastically lock the tenon assembly 14 '- mortise 16' by the arm 13 'forming a pawl as illustrated in FIG. figure 7 .
  • Therefore, the variant of figure 7 therefore forms an assembly 19 'whose stud 14' of the part 5 'is integral in motion of the mortise 16' of the part 3 'under the stress induced by the elastic return of the arm 13' forming a ratchet with the same advantages, applications or alternatives explained for the first embodiment.
  • According to a variant of the second embodiment illustrated in FIG. figure 8 , the fastening system 21 'comprises at least one ratchet device 31' which comprises an arm 33 'resiliently mounted on the portion 25' at a first end 32 'to form a pawl. In addition, the arm 33 'has at its second free end 27', a mortise 36 '. The ratchet device 31 'also comprises a pin 34' formed in the piece 23 'and intended to cooperate with the mortise 36' of the arm 33 'to secure the piece 23' with the portion 25 'in a manner opposite to the second embodiment . Finally, the portion 25 'comprises, for each ratchet device 31', a stop 40 'intended to center the portion 25' in the opening 38 '.
  • Thus, in a first step, the portion 25 'is introduced into the opening 38' of the piece 23 '. In a second step, a relative displacement in rotation of the part 25 'with respect to the piece 23' is then printed in order to slide against the arm 33 ', the tenon 34' in order to gradually remove the free end 27 'relative to the part 23' by gradually bringing it towards the recess 35 '. Relative movement is continued until the mortise 36 'tilts by covering the tenon 34' in order to elastically lock the tenon assembly 34 '- mortise 36' by the arm 33 'forming a pawl as illustrated in FIG. figure 8 .
  • Therefore, the variant of figure 8 thus forms an assembly 39 'whose tenon 34' of the piece 23 'is made integral in motion of the mortise 36' of the portion 25 'under the stress induced by the elastic return of the ratchet arm 33' with the same advantages, applications or alternatives explained for the second embodiment.
  • According to a variant of the third embodiment illustrated in FIG. figure 9 , the securing system 41 'between the piece 43' and the portion 45 'comprises at least one ratchet device 51' which comprises an arm 53 'resiliently mounted on the portion 45' at a first end 52 'to form a ratchet . In addition, the arm 53 'has at its second free end, a bead 47' for forming a wall of the mortise 56 'with a stop 60' formed in the portion 45 '. Preferably, the stop 60 ', as for the third embodiment, is also intended to center the portion 45' in the opening 58 '.
  • The ratchet device 51 'also comprises a pin 54' formed in the piece 43 'and intended to cooperate with the mortise 56' formed by the stop 60 'and the bead 47' to secure the piece 43 'with the portion 45' of reverse manner to the third embodiment. In addition, the portion 45 'has a recess 55' which faces the bead 47 'of the arm 53' to form a game necessary for the elastic movement of said arm.
  • Thus, in a first step, the portion 45 'is introduced into the opening 58' of the piece 53 '. In a second step, a relative displacement in rotation of the portion 45 'with respect to the piece 43' is then printed in order to slide against the arm 53 ', the upper part of the pin 54' in order to gradually remove the bead 47 'compared to the piece 43 'by gradually bringing it towards the recess 55'. Relative movement is continued until the bead 47 'tilts by laterally locking the pin 54' to elastically trap the stud 34 'between the stop assembly 60' - bead 47 'forming the mortise 56' by the arm 53 'forming a ratchet as illustrated in figure 9 .
  • Therefore, the variant of figure 9 thus forms an assembly 59 'whose stud 54' of the piece 43 'is made integral in motion with the mortise 56' of the portion 55 'under the stress induced by the elastic return of the arm 53' forming a ratchet with the same advantages, applications or alternatives explained for the third embodiment
  • Of course, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example but is susceptible of various variations and modifications that will occur to those skilled in the art. In particular, for all the embodiments and / or their variants, it may be mentioned, by way of example, that the part 3, 3 ', 23, 23', 43, 43 'and / or the part 5, 5 ', 25, 25', 45, 45 'can be formed by a process of the LIGA type, ie a photolithography of a mold followed by electroplating of the mold, or by a photolithography-type process. a mask followed by an engraving according to the openwork of the mask.
  • Therefore, the part 3, 3 ', 23, 23', 43, 43 'and / or the part 5, 5', 25, 25 ', 45, 45' can be formed from many materials such as, for example, for example, a metal, a metal alloy, based on a non-metallic material or even on the basis of any oxide, nitride or carbide.
  • It is also perfectly conceivable that the part 3, 3 ', 23, 23', 43, 43 'and / or the part 5, 5', 25, 25 ', 45, 45' comprise at least two levels with distinct patterns. to add functions such as, for example, a shoulder for axially locking the assembly 19, 19 ', 39, 39', 59, 59 '.
  • In the case of the first embodiment and its variant illustrated in FIGS. Figures 1, 2 and 7 it is not obligatory to provide the recess 15, 15 'forming a cam 17, 17'. It can therefore only be provided the mortise 16, 16 'respectively on the part 5 and the piece 3'.
  • Finally, on reading the embodiments and variants above, it is understood, according to the applications, that the assemblies 19, 19 ', 39, 39', 59, 59 'may be of different sizes or shapes, particularly at the level of the arm 13, 13 ', 33, 33', 53, 53 ', the post 14, 14', 34, 34 ', 54, 54' and / or the mortise 16, 16 ', 36, 36', 56, 56 'without departing from the scope of the present invention.
