- Mounting system for a mobile crane auxiliary hoisting unit (10) that comprises auxiliary hoisting unit mounting fasteners (16, 24, 26) that are assigned to the frame (14) of the auxiliary hoisting unit and used to fasten the auxiliary hoisting unit to the crane, comprising a mounting unit (32, 40) which can translationally move the auxiliary hoisting unit frame (10) and/or the mounting fasteners (16, 24, 26) in a vertical direction into a mounting position, characterised by a footstep bearing for the mobile crane auxiliary hoisting unit (10), comprising at least one foot that comprises a footstep bearing element (92) that protrudes downwards, the footstep bearing element (92) being elastically deformable and being arranged such as to be movable or displaceable to a limited extent in at least one direction relative to the auxiliary hoisting unit (10).
- Mounting system according to claim 1, characterised in that the mounting position is a fastening position on the crane upper structure (48) in which the auxiliary hoisting unit mounting fasteners (16, 24, 26) and mating fasteners (54, 56) engage on the crane upper structure (48), in particular on the main hoist (52).
- Mounting system according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the mounting unit (32, 40) is driven and/or operated electrically, hydraulically, pneumatically or in a combination thereof.
- Mounting system according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the mounting unit comprises a hydraulic lifting cylinder device (32, 40) which lifts the auxiliary hoisting unit frame (10) away from a base element (28).
- Mounting system according to claim 4, characterised in that the base element is a support base or base plate (28) that is assigned to the frame (10), is connected to the frame (10) in particular by means of the mounting unit or the lifting cylinder device, and away from which the frame (10) can be lifted into the mounting position by means of the mounting or the lifting cylinder device.
- Mounting system according to claim 5, characterised in that the mounting unit or the lifting cylinder device (32, 40) is connected to the support base or the base plate (28) in a compression-resistant manner, in particular in a tension- and compression-resistant manner.
- Mounting system according to either claim 5 or claim 6, characterised in that a plurality of feet (30), in particular position-adjustable and/or position-compensating footstep bearings, are arranged on the underneath or on the side of the support base or base plate (28) facing away from the frame.
- Mounting equipment for a mobile crane auxiliary hoisting unit (10), comprising a mounting system according to any of claims 1 to 7 and comprising a substructure suitable or adapted for placing thereon the auxiliary hoisting unit or the support base or base plate (28) thereof, which substructure comprises- the uppermost mounted counterweight element (46), and/or- a stand (68) placed on either the counterweight rest (62) or a counterweight element.
- Mounting equipment according to claim 8, characterised in that footstep counter-bearings, in particular feet receptacles (48), that complement the feet (30) of the support base or base plate (28) are provided on the substructure, in particular on the counterweight rest (62) or on the stand (68).
- Mounting system according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the footstep bearing element (92) is elastically deformable, in particular perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis thereof or transversely to its fastening, and the footstep bearing element (92) is seated on a bolt (82) that is attached so as to be displaceable transversely to the longitudinal axis and is displaceably mounted in particular in an open or slotted bush (87) that can be rotated, particularly by 360°.
- Mounting system according to any of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the footstep bearing element (92) is attached to the auxiliary hoisting unit (10) or to the support base of base plate (28) thereof by means of a lockable bearing that can be moved along the foot element longitudinal axis or in the direction of the fastening thereof, in particular by means of a lockable screw thread connection.
- Method for mounting a mobile crane auxiliary hoisting unit (10) that comprises auxiliary hoisting unit mounting fasteners (16, 24, 26) which are assigned to the frame (14) of the auxiliary hoisting unit and are used to fasten the auxiliary hoisting unit to the crane, in which method the auxiliary hoisting unit (10) or the auxiliary hoisting unit frame (10) thereof and/or the mounting fasteners (16, 24, 26) are translationally moved in the vertical direction into the mounting position, the method being carried out by a mounting unit (32, 40) that is attached to the auxiliary hoisting unit and is provided in addition to the counterweight lifting system of the mobile crane, said mounting unit moving the auxiliary hoisting unit frame (10) and/or the mounting fasteners (16, 24, 26) into the mounting position, characterised in that, during mounting, a mounting system according to any of claims 1 to 7, 10 or 11, or mounting equipment according to either claim 8 or claim 9 is used.
