Definitions
- the invention relates to a medicament vial for pills, dragees, tablets and other lumped presented contents, such as medicines, dietary supplements, flavoring, sweetening, coloring and preservatives as well as foods, such as cereals or nuts, which are loosely poured in the medicine vial, and especially a closure for such a vial according to the preamble of claim 1 and the WO2008 / 006123 A1 the applicant.
- This document discloses a two-layer board for a container for liquids, wherein when opening the lower layer remains on the container and with the upper layer a circular part of the lower layer is peeled with, so that an opening for a drinking straw, etc. arises.
- the disclosed material consists essentially of two interconnected layers, each of which may be multi-layered.
- the inner layer is sealed with the respective container edge and has a self-contained line of weakness at a distance from the container edge.
- the outer layer can be removed, usually by means of a tab. Since the bonding force between the two layers is less than the force connecting the inner layer in the seal area to the container rim, the two layers separate and the area of the inner layer that is delimited from the rest by the self-contained line of weakness remains the peeled outer layer adhere, so that an opening in the inner layer is released, which is substantially smaller than the part which covers the opening by the permanent seal with the container edge.
- This technology is mainly used to avoid the spilling of liquid in vessels after the removal of the outer layer as possible and still provide a drinking opening or to provide an opening for a drinking straw or the like more.

- FIG. 7 shows a variant in which an approximately of a circle or an oval bounded opening 4 on the side of the periphery has a tab 8, which has approximately elliptical shape and is designed as a special feature beyond its major axis, so that the remaining opening 4 approximately sickle-shaped Has.
- Fig. 8 shows an opening 4 which is delimited rectilinearly round, and the tab 8 has the shape of a triangle, which runs with its base along a chord of the circular sealing seam or the sealing edge 2 and whose tip is directed to the center of the board. Like the other tabs, so also bends this intended when shaking out a tablet and acts as braking and isolating.
- the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, but can be variously changed and adapted to the particular application.
- the opening 4 is arranged eccentrically, as each user instinctively placed the opening in tilting and shaking the vial in the lower region, whereby in the inventive arrangement, the tab 8, which then protrudes from the edge up, perform their task best can.
Description
The invention relates to a medicament vial for pills, dragees, tablets and other lumped presented contents, such as medicines, dietary supplements, flavoring, sweetening, coloring and preservatives as well as foods, such as cereals or nuts, which are loosely poured in the medicine vial, and especially a closure for such a vial according to the preamble of

This technology has been developed and developed variously over time and adapted to different fields of application, but has never been created the opening created for a purpose other than to provide access to the container interior. This begins with the production of particularly small openings, through which the overpressure in packages, the contents of which are heated in the microwave oven, can escape or be reduced. Already called access openings for drinking straws or drinking openings, other openings are known to pour out liquids, but the food, such as rice, should be reliably retained.
In many cases, the aforementioned drugs, supplements, vitamin supplements, etc. are not individually packaged in so-called blister packs, but loosely poured into so-called medicine vials made of glass or in recent years increasingly sold almost exclusively from plastic.
Usually, these vials are closed by a screw cap with screw cap, which is provided as a guarantee of integrity at the time of purchase either a guarantee ring on the cap, which breaks when first screwing, or it is inside the cap, over the edge of the neck of the vial, a warranty board, usually made of aluminum or a plastic composite, sealed. This board must be peeled by the user if he wants to get to the contents of the vial, thus fulfilling the warranty function.
The use of such medicament vials for pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, etc. actually represents an anachronism, considering that the production and filling of the packaging takes place in an environment that places nearly the same requirements on sterility and cleanliness as an operating room (operating room). , and then considering that the user is tempted to use one tablet (for the sake of simplicity, it will be referred to only as tablet (s) hereinafter and the other specific names of the individual dosage forms are tacitly understood) as well as several Tablets from the vial shakes (usually on a hygienically quite questionable background) and those he does not need, with his bare fingers, back into the vial casts, where in many cases they remain unused for months, while the adhering sweat and dandruff, etc. go into decomposition.
However, since such bottles are still in high demand from end-users on the market and, in many cases, are also preferred over the blister packs also offered, there is a desire for an improved dispensing capability for the tablets from the medication bottles.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a closure for such a medicament vial, which facilitates the removal of individual tablets and prevents the emptying of a plurality of tablets in a shaking movement, at least substantially.
According to the invention, these objects are achieved by the features mentioned in the characterizing part of
In other words, it consists of the closure not only from a screw or snap cap, but also from an at least two-layer board, which fulfills the warranty function and their removal an inner layer, optionally multilayer plastic film, remains at the edge of the opening, said Plastic film having a discharge opening, which is provided off-center on the circular film surface, and on the sealing edge facing side has at least one concave portion.
In this way, from an imaginary straight line through the two ends of the concave portion inwardly projecting part of the plastic film acts as a kind of brake for the tablets to be emptied, thus facilitating the removal of individual tablets from the drug vial.

Knowing the size, mass, surface finish and other properties of the tablets to be removed from the medication vial, it will be apparent to one skilled in the packaging industry that it will be possible to determine the best shape and size of the
Since such boards in the prior art for the purposes mentioned above are already variously known, and these can be easily transferred to the application of the invention by those skilled in the knowledge of the invention, it is not necessary here to detail their structure and the materials used ,
Significantly, the
