Definitions
- the invention relates to a truck with a driver's workplace and a load part, wherein in the load-part-side field of view of an operator at least one display device is arranged and the display device is formed by a transparent display.
- a display device such as a display, in the field of a dashboard or at the top of a drive part, for example, to be arranged on or in an upper hood of the drive part within the driver's workplace.
- the dashboard and the drive part are formed relatively low.
- an operator located in the driver's workplace during load handling and in particular when picking up or setting down a load, in particular at higher lifting heights directs the view towards the load part in the direction of the load or upwards.
- the operator usually no longer has a display device arranged on the dashboard or on the upper side of the drive part in the field of view, so that the information can no longer be read by the operator when loading and unloading the load.
- Known display devices are not transparent and therefore affect or narrow the load-part-side field of view of the operator on the load part and the load to be handled. Therefore, previous display devices are usually made compact and small. However, this means that only a small amount of information can be displayed, usually only one piece of information, such as the lifting height or the weight of the load. In addition, the compact dimensions in known display devices lead to poor readability of the displayed information.
- a reach truck is known, in the windshield, a display is arranged, which is glued as laminated layers.
- the present invention has for its object to provide an industrial truck of the type mentioned, in which the display has improved readability without affecting the loadteil workede field of view of the operator and with an effective and ergonomically favorable operation of the truck with a high handling capacity is achievable.
- the display is designed as a transparent electroluminescent display.
- Transparent electroluminescent displays have a structure in which a light emitting layer, usually a phosphor layer, is disposed between a front and a back electrode, the front and rear electrodes being made of a transparent and transparent material, for transparency and to achieve transparency of the entire display.
- Such transparent electroluminescent displays have a high robustness, a long life and a high resistance to environmental influences, for example oil, fats, acids and chemicals, and can be used at temperatures of -50 ° to + 85 ° C, so that such displays for use in industrial trucks as well in harsh environments and inside cold stores.
- transparent electroluminescent displays are water-resistant and water-resistant, so that these displays can be used inside warehouses and when the truck is operating outdoors.
- transparent electroluminescent displays have a high image brightness, a high contrast and a high viewing or reading angle of up to 180 °, so that an optimal readability of the displayed information can be achieved during operation of the truck.
- a monochrome or multi-colored representation of the information displayed in a transparent electroluminescent display by a suitable color choice, such as yellow, the readability of the displayed information for the operator can be further improved.
- the display is designed as a transparent thin-film electroluminescent display.
- a transparent thin-film electroluminescent display which has a flat and film-like structure, can be formed in any shape, curved or curved, for example, and thus also in complex shapes, whereby such a display can be easily located at an appropriate and suitable location in the attached load-side field of view of the truck and can be easily adapted to the conditions of the truck.
- the formation of the transparent electroluminescent display in thin-film technology further enables improved optical properties in the form of reduced light scattering, whereby the readability of the displayed information can be further improved.
- a transparent disc is arranged between the load part and the driver's workplace, wherein the display is arranged on the disc.
- the load part has a mast and the transparent disc is arranged as a safety device between the driver's workplace and the mast.
- Industrial trucks with a driver's workplace and a mast arranged adjacent to the driver's workplace are generally provided with a transparent pane as a safety device which prevents the operator located in the driver's workplace from reaching with his hands into the moving parts of the mast.
- the disk can be arranged here on the mast columns of the mast or on the spars of a possibly existing driver's roof.
- the arrangement of the transparent display according to the invention on the already existing for safety reasons disc results in particular advantages in terms of a simple and cost-effective construction effort, since the transparent display does not affect the gaze of the operator in the load handling and settling or picking up the load and the transparent display during the Load handling is arranged in the load-part-side field of view of the operator looking at the load, so that the operator can grasp the operating data and information displayed on the display without changing the field of vision and the viewing direction during load handling and when loading and unloading a load.
- the display is arranged at head height of an operator located in the driver's workplace.
- the display according to the invention is arranged at eye level of the operator, so that the operator can read off the display without ergonomically unfavorable head movements during load handling, setting down and picking up a load.
- the display can according to one embodiment of the invention substantially over the entire width of the load part, in particular the disc, extend without leading to a visual obstruction for the operator to the load and through the load part.
- the display device is provided with at least one display panel. This makes it possible to form a plurality of display fields arranged separately from each other, so that various information and groups of information can be displayed easily readable for the operator.
- the display panel in the side region of the load part, in particular in the side region of the disc arranged.
- the arrangement of the display field or the transparent display in one Edge side region of the load part or on the lateral edge region of the disc allows an ergonomically favorable readability, wherein the central view through the load part for the operator is not affected by the information displayed in the transparent display.
- the transparent display according to the invention Due to the possible increase in the dimensions of the transparent display according to the invention, it is possible according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention to display several operating data of the truck simultaneously.
- the displayed operating data can be displayed here permanently and / or flashing.
- the enlargement of the transparent display according to the invention makes it possible to display several operating data well and easily readable.
- the continuous display of the operating data is hereby preferably selected during a normal operating state, wherein a flashing display of the operating data for a different operating state from the normal operating state can be used. As a result, the operator can be reliably transmitted deviations from the normal operating state during operation of the truck and displayed.
- the operating data for the recorded load weight of the transported load and the current lifting height simplify the load handling of the operator during operation of the industrial truck, as a result of which an increase in the handling capacity of the industrial truck can be achieved.
- the display of the maximum possible load weight, the so-called nominal load capacity, and / or the maximum possible with the load part or permissible for the recorded load weight Lifting height as further operating data allows the operator to estimate an overload or in terms of the stability of the truck critical operating conditions early to perform a corresponding safe operation of the truck.
- the truck according to the invention is preferably designed as a stacker.
- a transparent display according to the invention for example, on a required transparent for safety reasons disc between the mast and the driver's workplace allows for stackers an ergonomically favorable arrangement of the display without visual obstruction and visual impairment of the lassteil paragraphen field of view of the operator.
- Such a stacker can be designed as a pedestrian-controlled stacker and thus as a pedestrian vehicle, the driver's workplace is formed by a steering arm.
- such a stacker can be designed as a passenger vehicle with a driver's platform as a driver's workplace and thus as a standalone unit.
