Claims (10)
- Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière comprenant une partie de montage (1) qui reçoit au moins un agent lumineux et des éléments de connexion électrique, des moyens pour fixer la lampe sur un objet, un recouvrement de lampe (9) en forme de cuve ou de coupe, transparent, translucide ou opaque et susceptible d'être relié à la partie de montage (1), ledit recouvrement de lampe (9) possédant un tronçon en ressaut (10) périphérique dirigé vers le côté intérieur, dans laquelle la partie de montage (1) présente une forme en plaque ou en assiette, également structurée,
caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, sur la plaque ou sur l'assiette du côté de la bordure extérieure, des moyens de retenue ou des logements pour des languettes conformées (4) dont l'extension longitudinale est orientée perpendiculairement au plan de la plaque, et en outre le recouvrement de lampe (4) engage avec son tronçon en ressaut (10) par l'arrière avec enclenchement, lors de la pose de la partie de montage (1) avec les languettes conformées (4) qui s'y trouvent, une région convexe prévue sur celles-ci, ou bien est bloqué latéralement en coopération de formes par rotation du recouvrement, et les moyens pour fixer la lampe forment en outre le dos de la lampe et la fermeture latérale de la lampe, et il est prévu à cet effet une plaque de terminaison (11) avec une bordure périphérique (12), ladite bordure (12) possédant un coude (13) dirigé vers le côté intérieur, dans lequel s'engagent des extrémités d'enclenchement des languettes conformées (4) de telle façon qu'il est possible de réaliser sans outil au moyen des languettes conformées aussi bien la partie de montage (1) avec la plaque de terminaison (11) que la liaison avec le recouvrement de lampe (9). - Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que les languettes conformées (4) sont réalisées comme des pièces poinçonnées/pliées. - Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que les languettes conformées (4) possèdent un tenon à enfichage ainsi que deux branches bombées. - Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
caractérisée en ce que les languettes conformées (4) comportent un tronçon en forme de V, qui relie les branches et qui comprend une patte d'enclenchement en saillie. - Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que la partie de montage (1) présente une ouverture centrale pour recevoir un réflecteur. - Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière selon la revendication 5,
caractérisée en ce qu'une lampe néon annulaire (8) ou un agent lumineux similaire est agencée autour de la région de l'ouverture centrale sur la partie de montage (1). - Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
caractérisée en ce que le recouvrement de lampe (9) présente une échancrure (7) qui possède un centre commun avec l'ouverture centrale ou qui est réalisée de manière congruente avec celle-ci. - Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée en ce que le réflecteur se projette jusque dans l'échancrure (7) dans le recouvrement de lampe (9). - Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
caractérisée en ce que le réflecteur possède la forme d'un entonnoir, d'un cylindre ou d'un cône ouvert, ou bien d'un corps sphérique ouvert, un autre agent lumineux étant agencé à l'intérieur, et dans laquelle le réflecteur présente du côté intérieur et du côté extérieur une surface réfléchissante. - Lampe à suspension, lampe murale ou lampe plafonnière selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée en ce qu'une partie décorative, en particulier un miroir, est susceptible d'être mise en place dans l'échancrure (7) du recouvrement de lampe (9) à la place d'un réflecteur.
