According to the offered invention, the mobile device for controlling and modifying of information flows includes a casing with an established movable board inside. A main controlling connector, double-way connected with a main interface module, are mounted on the board. On the one hand, same module is double-way connected with a controlling connector, serially connected with a controlled connector, on the other hand - with an omnidirectional bus controlling connector for a serial and / or parallel connection, on the third hand, by a special purpose integral scheme with processor, memory, buttons, indicating lights and display. There is a possibility to connect the main controlling connector with a battery and / or a charging unit.

Via the main controlling connector 3, the control device of the system, to which the mobile device for control and modification of information flows is connected, controls the operation of the entire system. The possibility to connect the main controlling connector (3) with a battery (11) and / or with the charging unit (12) enables the mobile device for controlling and modifying of information flows to become a controlling device for each other of the subordinate connectors (5), (6) and (7).
