Die Gestalt und Lage des Andrücksegments 72 im Bereich der Umfangsfläche entspricht im Wesentlichen der Positionierung der Leimstreifen 45 auf den Kragen-Zuschnitten 33. Mit Hilfe der Gegenführurig 80 werden die Kragen-Zuschnitte 33 gegenüber der Transportgeschwindigkeit der Fördereinrichtung 68 abgebremst. Dies kann beispielsweise durch Reibung erfolgen, also durch Anlage der am Umfang der Fördereinrichtung 68 transportierten Kragen-Zuschnitte 33 an der Gegenführung 80. Die im Bereich der Gegenführung 80 verlangsamten Kragen-Zuschnitte 33 können von den Ausrichtplatten 76 der Ausrichtorgane 74 rückseitig erfasst und mitgenommen werden. - A method for producing packs for cigarettes, wherein the pack is formed from at least two separate blanks (14, 33) which are introduced together into a pocket (40) of a folding turret in a folding-in station (42), with the blanks (14, 33) being at least partially folded in the process, wherein the blanks (14, 33) are fixed on one another prior to being introduced into the pocket (40) of the folding turret, characterized in that a first blank (33), in particular a pack blank (14), is conveyed to the folding-in station (42) continuously along a blank path (41) and in that a second blank (33), in particular a collar blank (33), is fed continuously along a second blank path (43) to the first blank (14), in particular to the pack blank (14), in a precisely positioned manner and is brought into abutment against the latter, with the second blank (33), in particular the collar blank (33), being fixed on the first blank (14), in particular on the pack blank (14), before the blanks (14, 33) reach the folding-in station (42).
- The method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, during production of packs of the hinge-lid-box type, having a box part (10), having a lid (11) arranged in a pivotable manner thereon, and having a collar arranged in the box part (10), a pack blank (14) for the box part (10) and the lid (11) and also a separate collar blank (33) for the collar are introduced together into a pocket (40) of a folding turret, with the pack blank (14) and the collar blank (33) being at least partially folded in the process, wherein the collar blank (33) is fixed on the pack blank (14) prior to being introduced into the pocket (40) of the folding turret, in particular by means of the collar blank (13) being adhesively bonded to the pack blank (14).
- The method as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the collar blank (33) is fixed on the pack blank (14) merely in certain regions, namely at least in the region of a wall (13) of the pack blank (14) which is gripped by an introduction mechanism, in particular a folding plate (40) arranged on the circumference of the folding turret, for the purpose of introduction into the pocket (40) of the folding turret.
- The method as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the collar blank (33) is fixed on the pack blank (14) by at least two different adhesives, namely a quick-setting and permanent adhesive, in particular a permanent hot-melt glue, and a slower-setting adhesive, in particular a dispersion cold glue, wherein the permanent adhesive has already set when the blanks (14, 33) are introduced into the pocket (40) of the folding turret, and wherein the slower-setting adhesive sets only when the pack is essentially completely folded.
- The method as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the permanent adhesive fixes the blanks (14, 33) in the region of the wall (35) of the pack blank (14) which is gripped upon introduction into the pocket (40) of the folding turret, and in that the slower-setting adhesive serves for the subsequent connection of the blanks (14, 33) in the region of other walls (12, 15), wherein preferably the quick-setting and permanent adhesive is applied to the collar blank (13) over a large surface area and the slower-setting adhesive is applied to the pack blank (14) in the form of spots.
- The method as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an arrangement (57) for erecting tabs (56) on the pack blank (14) is provided in the region of the blank path (41) for pack blanks (14), wherein two erecting means (60, 61) of the arrangement (57) are arranged respectively above and beneath the blank path (41) and a first erecting means (60) erects the tabs (56) and a second erecting means (61) folds over the tabs (56), in particular in the transporting direction of the pack blanks (14).
