Description

The invention relates to a floorboard with a core of wood material, in particular MDF or HDF and connected to the core, a thickness of about 1 mm having stone plate, which forms a decorative layer, and the top is covered with a protective layer.

Such a floor plate is for example from the DE 20 2008 001 822 U1 known. In order to increase the wear protection of the surface of the stone slab, it is covered with a layer of a physically dry synthetic resin and glass microspheres. This system provides good adhesion to the surface. The wear resistance depends on the concentration and amount of the glass microspheres. When a number of glass microspheres come together in indentations of the stone veneer, slight graying occurs that is not visually appealing. The amount of immiscible glass microspheres is therefore limited, which also affects the wear resistance accordingly.

From the DE 103 30 297 A1 For example, a floorboard with a core of wood-based material is known in which the decorative layer is formed by a cold-ceramic coating containing magnesium oxide and ammonium polyphosphate. This coating achieves a very hard and waterproof surface.

Through additional mineral additives, such as glass granules, stone granules, ash, sand and the like, individual decors and surfaces can be created that are very similar to marble or granite.

The advantage of floor panels with a core of wood-based material is firstly that they are inexpensive to produce. But far more important is that their side edges can be provided with a spring / groove profiling, which are provided with integrated locking means, so that the panels can be laid without glue, which makes them particularly interesting for home improvement. Such so-called click panels have been known for many years and for example in the DE 198 51 200 C1 or the DE 100 64 587 A1 described.

Even with the highest quality workmanship and the most meticulous decor design, however, even surfaces that are not identifiable as artificially created can not be created with a cold-ceramic coating. For many users, corresponding floor panels are therefore out of the question. Natural stone tiles or slabs are not only quite expensive, but their installation is also relatively difficult and requires a lot of experience, so that stone slabs are only used by experienced do-it-yourselfers.

Starting from this problem, the initially described and from the DE 20 2008 001 822 U1 known base plate can be improved.

To solve the problem, a generic base plate is characterized in that the protective layer consists only of a primer of epoxy and a topcoat of polyurethane, wherein the protective layer of 60 g / m 2 primer and 150 to 200 g / m 2 polyurethane.

The coating of floor panels with epoxy and a polyurethane resin is known per se. In the WO 2006/044357 A2 Floor coverings are described for example from Mamor or Kramik, which are covered with a protective film, which consists of several layers of different material. As a reinforcing layer, a polyurethane film can be used, which in turn can be provided with two primer layers of, for example, epoxy resin. This protective layer is not immediate mounted on the stone surface, but must at least be connected via another adhesive layer with the surface. The topmost epoxy resin layer is covered again by a wear layer. A total of five layers are therefore necessary to form a protective layer. This structure is very complicated and costly. Surprisingly, it has been shown that polyurethane adheres poorly on the Echtsteinoberfläche. Surprisingly, it has then turned out that the adhesion of epoxy on the stone surface is very good and the primer shows a very good adhesion for polyurethane applied thereto. Despite lower order quantities compared to the state of the art, higher abrasion values of the coating set in. In a structure of EP 727 E as a primer and PU 800 E as the topcoat, an abrasion resistance of 6600 μm was measured. The abrasion behavior of the known floor panels with a protective layer containing microglass beads is about 4400 μm in abrasion resistance.

Der Decklack besteht vorzugsweise aus zwei Komponenten. The topcoat preferably consists of two components.

This embodiment combines the advantages of a stone tile with the advantages of a laminate panel. The decorative side is real, the support plate can, as it is made of wood-based material, be easily profiled on the side edges, so that the panels can be easily installed.

The edge profiling can be configured as a simple spring / groove connection, so that the panels must be glued together, whereby a waterproof connection can be achieved and the panels are well used even in wet rooms. It can be provided in the spring / groove profiling but also integrated locking means, so that the panels can be laid without glue (click panel).

The flagstone is preferably glued to the core, for which a hot melt adhesive is particularly suitable.

In order to improve the connection between flagstone and wood core, a layer of glass fiber reinforced plastic can be placed between the flagstone and the core, with the help of the thin stone slab (stone veneer) can be produced.

For applying the protective layer, a roller or a brush can be used.

Since the stone slab has a thickness of about 1 mm, the cutting of the panels with conventional saws is possible. In addition, the bottom plate retains a low weight, which simplifies not only the handling but also their transport.

With the aid of a drawing, an embodiment of the invention will be described below.

The panel consists of a core 5 of a wood material, in particular of MDF or HDF with a stone plate 1 applied on its upper side. The panel is provided with a spring 2 milled out of the core 5 on one longitudinal side and one transverse side. At the opposite longitudinal and transverse sides, a groove 8 corresponding to the spring 2 is milled out of the core 5. The spring 2 and the groove R assume a locking in the vertical direction V. If, as shown, the spring 2 and the groove 8 are profiled without locking means, the panels must be glued together so that a sliding apart of two interconnected panels in the transverse direction Q prevents becomes.

The underside of the spring 2 can also widen a projection corresponding to a recess in the lower lip 6 of the groove 8 (not shown). The projection and the recess then form locking means which prevent Auscinanderschichen two interconnected panels in the transverse direction Q. Such training is described in the generic document.

As FIG. 1 illustrates, on the top of the core 5, a hot-melt adhesive layer 10 is applied, on which the stone plate 1 produced by means of a glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) (11) is placed. Then the composite is pressed together and covered with a protective layer 12 consisting of a primer 12a of epoxy and a topcoat 12b made of polyurethane. The Deeklack 12b consists of two components. The primer 12a is applied in an amount of 20 to 100 g / m 2, preferably of about 60 g / m 2, and the topcoat 12b in an amount of 100 to 300 g / m 2 , preferably from about 150 to 200 g / m 2 , For this purpose, a roller or a brush can be used. The flagstone 1 may also be glued directly to the top of the core 5.

On the underside of the panel, an insulating layer 4 may be applied. The layer 4 may contain granules for impact sound refraction and / or metal particles for reducing the static charge. The spring and the groove can also be formed on inserts, not shown, which can be glued into rectangular milled grooves. The inserts can consist of a plastic. The spring and groove can also be provided with integrated locking means (click pancele).

The panels themselves are divided like conventional laminate panels from a large support plate. The flagstone 1 is made like a wood veneer in a thickness of about 1 mm and adhered to a large-sized carrier plate. The carrier plate is then sawed into individual panels and then the Kantenpronfilierung is produced by milling. In practice, a stone veneer (stone slab 1) in a maximum size of 1.21 x 0.61 m can be produced. This results in the size of the carrier plate that is used.
