Description
- Die folgende Erfindung betrifft eine Tragstruktur mit einem Gitterrostboden, der auf zwei Auflageträgern aufliegt, wobei der Gitterrostboden ebene Tragstäbe und ebene Füllstäbe aufweist.
AT- 8461U - Bei dieser gattungsgemäßen Tragstruktur werden die Tragstäbe beispielsweise mit Auflagewinkeln verschweißt, die dann wiederrum auf den Auflageträgern aufliegen. Diese Tragstruktur ist zum einen vergleichsweise aufwendig in der Herstellung und zum anderen bezüglich des Materialeinsatzes nicht optimiert.
- Es war deshalb die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung eine einfach herzustellende Tragstruktur zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei der bei gleicher Lastaufnahme ein geringerer Materialeinsatz erforderlich ist.
- Gelöst wird die Aufgabe mit einer Tragstruktur mit zwei Auflagerträgern und einem Gitterrostboden, der auf den zwei Auflageträgern an- oder aufliegt, wobei der Gitterrostboden ebene Tragstäbe und ebene Füllstäbe aufweist, wobei die Tragstäbe parallel zu den Auflageträgern verlaufen und wobei der Gitterrostboden eine Umrandung aufweist und jeweils mindestens ein Tragstab collständig auf dem jeweiligen Auflageträger aufliegt.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Tragstruktur ist einfach und kostengünstig herzustellen. Trotz eines geringeren Materialeinsatzes können dieselben Lasten wie bei Tragstrukturen gemäß dem Stand der Technik aufgenommen werden.
- Erfindungsgemäß weist die Tragstruktur zwei Auflageträger auf, die voneinander beabstandet sind. Auf diesen Auflageträgern liegt ein Gitterrostboden an oder auf, der aus ebenen Tragstäben und ebenen Füllstäben gefertigt ist.
- Ein ebener Tragstab und ein ebener Füllstab im Sinne der Erfindung sind Stäbe, die vorzugsweise einen rechteckigen oder quadratischen Querschnitt aufweisen und besonders bevorzugt aus Stahlblech gefertigt sind.
- Ein Tragstab im Sinne der Erfindung dient zur Aufnahme der Lasten, die auf den Gitterrostboden angeordnet werden. Ein Füllstab im Sinne der Erfindung stellt im Wesentlichen eine Verbindung zwischen den Tragstäben dar und verhindert, dass Gegenstände zwischen den Tragstäben durchrutschen bzw. vermindert die Verletzungsgefahr und erhöht die Trittsicherheit der Gitterrostböden. In der Regel weisen die Füllstäbe eine geringe Höhe auf als die Tragstäbe. Der Füllstab liegt vorzugsweise nicht auf den Auflageträgern auf. Die Füll- und die Tragstäbe sind vorzugsweise form- und/oder kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Insbesondere sind die Trag- und die Füllstäbe miteinander verpresst. Dies erfolgt insbesondere dadurch, dass sowohl die Trag- als auch die Füllstäbe in den Verbindungsstellen geschlitzt werden, wobei dieser Schlitz etwas geringer bemessen ist, als die Dicke der jeweiligen Stäbe, so dass es beim Aufeinanderdrücken der Füllstäbe auf die Tragstäbe zu einer Verpressung der Stäbe kommt.
- Weiterhin erfindungsgemäß verlaufen die Tragstäbe parallel zu den Auflageträgern.
- Vorzugsweise weist der Gitterrostboden mindestens ein Verstärkungsprofil auf, das sich besonders bevorzugt an seinem ersten oder zweiten Ende befindet. Ganz besonders bevorzugt weist der Gitterrostboden jeweils ein Verstärkungsprofil an seinem ersten und an seinem zweiten Ende auf.
- Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich das Verstärkungsprofil im Wesentlichen zwischen den Auflageträgern. Ganz besonders bevorzugt weist das Verstärkungsprofil an seinem linken und an seinem rechten Ende Anschlagflächen auf, die mit den Auflageträgern zusammenwirken und als Verrutschsicherung des Gitterrostbodens gegenüber den Auflageträgern dienen.
- Insbesondere ist die Umrandung als U-Profil ausgestaltet, das die Trag- bzw. Füllstäbe an ihren Enden umgreift.
- Ganz besonders bevorzugt sind die Umrandung und die Verstärkung teilweise einstückig ausgeführt. Dies ist insbesondere an dem ersten und/oder an dem zweiten Ende des Gitterrostbodens der Fall.
- Vorzugsweise sind die Füllstäbe nur teilweise mit den Umrandungen stoffschlüssig verbunden, d.h. es reicht aus, wenn lediglich einige Trag- bzw. Füllstäbe mit der Umrandung beispielsweise verschweißt sind. Bei Gitterrostböden gemäß dem Stand der Technik müssen zumindestens alle Tragstäbe mit der jeweiligen Umrandung verschweißt werden, was bei der erfindungsgemäßen Tragstruktur nicht nötig ist.
- Vorzugsweise werden die Gitterrostböden der Tragstruktur aus Stahlblech, vorzugsweise aus feuerverzinktem Stahlblech, gefertigt.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann die Belastbarkeit der Gitterrostböden durch unterschiedliche Längen bei ansonsten identischen Abmaßen variiert werden. Dadurch können die jeweiligen Gitterrostböden innerhalb der Tragstruktur leicht ausgetauscht werden und es ergeben sich keine Versprünge innerhalb der Tragstruktur. Die Tragstruktur kann einfach auf die jeweils benötigte Belastbarkeit angepasst werden.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Tragstruktur eine Treppenstufe. In diesem Fall liegt ein Gitterrostboden an zwei Wangen an oder auf diesen auf und ist vorzugsweise mit diesen form-, kraft- und/oder formschlüssig verbunden. Der Gitterrostboden weist ebene Tragstäbe und ebene Füllstäbe auf, wobei die Tragstäbe parallel zu den Auflageträgern verlaufen.
- Vorzugsweise weist der Gitterostboden an seinem vorderen und/oder hinteren Ende ein Verstärkungsprofil auf. Weiterhin bevorzugt ist, insbesondere parallel zu dem Verstärkungsprofil eine Sicherheitsantrittskante angeordnet.
- Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der
Figuren 1 bis 7 erläutert. Diese Erläuterungen sind lediglich beispielhaft und schränken den allgemeinen Erfindungsgedanken nicht ein. -
Figur 1 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Tragstruktur in drei Ansichten. -
Figur 2 zeigt die Auflagesituation zwischen Gitterrostboden und Auflageträger. -
Figur 3 zeigt das in die Umrandung integrierte Verstärkungsprofil. -

Figur 1 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Tragstruktur in drei Ansichten. Diese besteht aus zwei parallel laufenden Auflageträgern 1, auf denen ein Gitterrostboden 2 aufliegt. Dieser Gitterrostboden weist Tragstäbe 3 auf, die sich parallel zu den Auflageträgern 1 erstrecken. Senkrecht zu diesen sind Füllstäbe 4 angeordnet, die mit den Tragstäben form- und/oder kraftschlüssig, insbesondere durch Verpressen, verbunden sind. Die Füllstäbe weisen eine geringere Höhe H auf als die Tragstäbe und dienen insbesondere zur Verbesserung der Trittsicherheit, der Unfallverhütung und um zu vermeiden, dass größere Gegenstände durch den Gitterrost fallen. Die Trag- und die Füllstäbe sind eben, weisen also keine Ein- und keine Ausbuchtungen auf. Sie sind aus ebenem Stahlblech gefertigt. Der fertiggestellte Gitterrostboden wird anschließend verzinkt. - Desweiteren weist der Gitterrostboden an seinem ersten und an seinem zweiten Ende jeweils ein Verstärkungsprofil 5 auf, das sich im Wesentlichen zwischen den beiden Auflageträgern 1 erstreckt und zur Erhöhung der Durchbiege-Stabilität des Gitterrostbodens dient. Das Verstärkungsprofil weist an seinem linken und an seinem rechten Ende jeweils eine Anschlagfläche 8 auf, die zum einem als Verrutschsicherung des Gitterrostbodens gegenüber den Auflageträgern dient, die aber auch als Führung beim Aufsetzen des Gitterrostbodens auf die Auflageträger vorteilhaft ist. Das Verstärkungsprofil verjüngt sich von den Tragstäben ausgehend.
- Der Gitterrostboden weist eine Breite B auf, die durch den Abstand zwischen den Auflageträgern definiert wird. Durch eine Variation der Länge L kann die Tragfähigkeit der Gitterrostböden an die jeweilige Belastungssituation angepasst werden. Je höher die Belastung der Gitterrostböden ist, desto geringer muss die Länge L gewählt werden. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Tragstruktur ist es möglich Gitterrostböden zur Verfügung zu stellen, die bei gleicher Belastbarkeit ein geringeres Gewicht als Gitterrostböden gemäß dem Stand der Technik aufweist. Die Gitterrostböden der erfindungsgemäßen Tragstruktur sind mit einem Automaten schweißbar.

Figur 2 zeigt ein Detail der Auflagesituation. Es ist zu erkennen, dass die Anschlagfläche 8 an die Rundung der rechten oberen Ecke des Auflageträgers 1 angepasst ist. Desweiteren ist zu erkennen, dass der Gitterrostboden eine U-förmig geformte Umrandung 9 aufweist. Weiterhin ist in dieser Ansicht deutlich zu erkennen, dass die Füllstäbe lediglich ein Drittel bis 50 % der Höhe der Tragstäbe aufweisen. -
Figur 3 zeigt die Umrandung 9 im Bereich des ersten und/oder zweiten Endes des Gitterrostbodens. In diesem Bereich sind das Verstärkungsprofil 5 sowie die Umrandung 9 einstückig hergestellt, was insbesondere die Herstellung des Gitterrostbodens vereinfacht aber auch dessen Stabilität erhöht. -
Figur 4 zeigt noch einmal ein Detail der Umrandung. Es ist zu erkennen, dass die Umrandung aus vier U-förmig gebogenen Teilen gefertigt ist, die im Eckenbereich auf Gehrung geschnitten sind. - In den
Figuren 5a und 5b sind zwei unterschiedliche Belastungssituationen eines Regalfachs dargestellt. Dieses Regalfach weist eine Länge von 2700 mm und eine Breite, d.h. der Abstand zwischen den Auflageträgern, von 1100 mm auf. Die Höhe H der Tragstäbe beträgt 20 mm. Die Höhe des Verstärkungsprofils beträgt 48 mm. - In
Figur 5b ist dasselbe Regalfach mit drei Gitterrostböden ausgelegt, die jeweils eine Länge 890 mm aufweisen. Alle anderen Maßen sind in Vergleich zu den Gitterrostböden gemäßFigur 5a unverändert geblieben. In diesem Fall beträgt ist die zulässige Flächenlast höher als bei der Variante gemäßFigur 5a , obwohl das Gewicht der Gitterrostböden im Vergleich zu der Ausführung gemäßFigur 5a im Wesentlichen unverändert ist. - Das Beispiel gemäß
Figur 5 zeigt, dass es in einfachster Weise möglich ist, die benötigte Tragfähigkeit des jeweiligen Regalfachs durch eine Variation der pro Regalfach eingelegten Gitterrostböden zu erreichen. Dies war in der Vergangenheit nur durch Gitterrostböden mit einer unterschiedlichen Höhe H möglich, wodurch sich Versprünge innerhalb des Regales ergeben haben. -
Figur 6a zeigt eine Draufsicht der erfindungsgemäßen Tragstruktur als Treppenstufe. Diese weist rechts und links Wangen auf, an denen der Gitterrost angeordnet ist. Die Tragstäbe 3 erstrecken sich somit parallel zu den Wangen 1, während die Füllstäbe 4 quer dazu angeordnet sind. - Wie insbesondere den
Figuren 6b und 6c entnommen werden kann, weist die Treppenstufe bedarfsweise vorne und/oder hinten jeweils ein Verstärkungsprofil 5 auf, das jeweils form-, kraft- und/oder stoffschlüssig mit jeweils beiden Wangen 1 verbunden ist. Der Lasteintrag der Tragstäbe 3 erfolgt somit direkt in die Verstärkungsprofile 5, vorzugsweise ohne zusätzliche tragende Schweißverbindung. In ihrem vorderen Bereich weist die Treppenstufe darüber hinaus vorzugsweise eine Antrittskante 10 auf, mit der Verletzungen an der Treppenstufe verhindert werden sollen. Die Antrittskante ist vorzugsweise einstückig mit einem Verstärkungsprofil 5 vorgesehen. In dem vorliegenden Fall ist die Antrittskante jedoch ein separates Bauteil. Die Wangen 1 weisen jeweils zwei Bohrungen 11 auf, mit denen die Treppenstufe mit allen anderen Elementen befestigbar ist. -
Figur 7 zeigt die Treppenstufe gemäßFigur 6 , wobei in dem vorliegenden Fall das vordere (linke) Verstärkungsprofil gleichzeitig die Antrittskante 10 ist. Ansonsten gelten die zuFigur 6 gemachten Ausführungen. -

Claims (12)
- Tragstruktur mit zwei Auflagerträgern (1) und einem Gitterrostboden (2) der auf den zwei Auflageträgem (1) an- oder aufliegt, wobei der Gitterrostboden (2) ebene Tragstäbe (3) und ebene Füllstäbe (4) aufweist, und wobei der Gitterrostboden (2) eine Umrandung (9) aufweist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstäbe (3) parallel zu den Auflageträgern (1) verlaufen und jeweils mindestens ein Tragstab (3) vollständig auf dem jeweiligen Auflageträger (1) aufliegt.
- Tragstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gitterrostboden (2) ein Verstärkungsprofil (5) vorzugsweise an seinem ersten und/oder zweiten Ende aufweist.

- Tragstruktur nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungsprofil (5) Anschlagflächen (8) als Verrutschsicherung aufweist.
- Tragstruktur nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstäbe und die Füllstäbe jeweils form- und/oder kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Tragstruktur nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trag- und die Füllstäbe jeweils miteinander verpresst sind.
- Tragstruktur nach einem der voranstchenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umrandung als U-Profil ausgestaltet ist.
- Tragstruktur nach einem der voranstchende Ansprüche und Ansprüche 2-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umrandung und die Verstärkung teilweise einstückig ausgeführt sind.
- Tragstruktur nach einem der voranstchenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstäbe und/oder die Füllstäbe nur teilweise mit der Umrandung stoffschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Tragstruktur nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trag- und die Füllstäbe aus Stahlblech, vorzugsweise feuerverzinktem Stahlblech gefertigt sind.
- Tragstruktur nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihre Belastbarkeit durch Gitterroste unterschiedlicher Länge (L) bei ansonsten identischen Abmaßen der Gitterroste variierbar ist.
- Tragstruktur nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Treppenstufe ist.
