Claims (2)

  1. Protection pour mécanismes d'aiguillages de voies ferrées dans des traverses creuses, composé d'une pièce (1) munie d'une section transversale en forme de U inversé, qui comprend :
    - un noyau central (2),
    - deux parois latérales (3) perpendiculaires au noyau central (2) et tournées dans la même direction,
    caractérisée en ce que ladite section transversale en forme de U comprend en outre
    - deux ailettes de support (4), placées au niveau des extrémités externes des deux parois latérales (3), et
    - des goussets (6) au niveau des jonctions des parois latérales (3) et des ailettes de support (4),
    dans laquelle le noyau central (2) comprend une pluralité de nervures longitudinales et transversales (5) au niveau de la surface extérieure du noyau central (2), et des nervures transversales intérieures (7) au niveau de la face intérieure du noyau central (2) qui joint les deux parois latérales (3),
    dans laquelle les ailettes de support (4) comprennent des trous excentriques (8) destinés à la pièce (1), et des logements (9) destinés au placement des broches de retenue pendant les opérations de maintenance des voies ferrées,
    dans laquelle la pièce est composée d'un matériau plastique constitué de plastique de polyamide modifié par impact, de caoutchouc thermoplastique, d'additifs UV et de noir de carbone.
  2. Procédé de fabrication d'une protection pour mécanismes d'aiguillages de voies ferrées dans des traverses creuses selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les phases suivantes :
    - la fabrication de types génériques de la pièce (1) par moulage par injection, en permutant des éléments pendant le moulage par injection,
    - une découpe destinée à mesurer ces types génériques afin d'adapter la protection à une traverse creuse spécifique pour les mécanismes d'aiguillages de voies ferrées à protéger.
