Description
The invention comprises a kitchen worktop with an inductively heated hob, a method for its production and use.
Induction hobs are becoming more and more popular due to their good heating performance and many safety advantages. With an induction hob, heat is generated in ferromagnetic materials with the help of an alternating magnetic field. It enables the pots and pans to heat up quickly and at the same time ensures that the rest of the hob is not heated. When the heating process is completed, the hob only has the residual heat that is given off by the cooking appliances as reheating. Compared to conventional hotplates, an induction cooker uses a larger part of the energy to generate heat in the pot and not on the hotplate. In addition, the induction hob also offers advantages in terms of safety. A hotplate that is switched on only heats up if there is suitable cookware made of a ferromagnetic metal on it.
Like all hobs, the induction hob is usually inserted into a recess in the kitchen worktop. However, this process reduces the planarity of the worktop and creates new joints, which make hygienic cleaning of the worktop more difficult. In addition, the joints are difficult to seal, so that water can get under the worktop. This ingress of water can damage the material of the worktop or the connected devices. Moisture in crevices or joints is also an ideal breeding ground for mold, which is a problem that should not be underestimated when processing and preparing food. In addition to these technical and hygienic aspects, completely planar worktops are in great demand in kitchens, also for aesthetic reasons.
The object of the invention is to provide a worktop with an integrated induction hob and scratch-resistant coating that does not have any recesses, joints, depressions, elevations, edges and / or other unevenness on the hob. The worktop should be planar over the entire surface and have as uniform an appearance as possible.
The object of the present invention is achieved according to the invention by a kitchen worktop with an induction hob according to
The kitchen worktop with induction hob comprises at least one pane of glass with a length of more than 100 cm and a width of more than 40 cm. The thickness of the glass pane can be selected by the person skilled in the art in the context of the application; thicknesses between 3 mm and 30 mm are preferred, particularly preferably 5 mm to 10 mm.
There are hob markings on the glass. The inner area (A i ) delimited by the hob markings is less than 70%, preferably less than 50% of the total area (A G ) of the glass pane. The inner area (A i ) results from the area resulting from the outer border of the hob marking. It corresponds to the minimum area in which all individual hobs are included. It depends on the number of each Hobs and their arrangement in relation to one another also have polygonal or rounded inner surfaces (A i ) possible. The part of the glass pane surface not occupied by the inner surface (A i ) can be used as a work surface or storage surface on the kitchen worktop according to the invention.
An induction hob is attached under the hob markings on the back of the glass pane. The induction hob is aligned so that suitable pots placed on the hob markings are heated. The pots must contain a ferromagnetic material. The areas of the glass pane adjacent to the pot are only slightly heated by the pot itself, but not by the induction field.
Die Größenbereiche der Glasscheibenlänge sind bevorzugt 150 cm bis 400 cm, besonders bevorzugt 200 cm bis 300 cm.The glass pane preferably has a length of greater than 150 cm, preferably greater than 200 cm. The size ranges of the glass pane length are preferably 150 cm to 400 cm, particularly preferably 200 cm to 300 cm.
The inner area (A i ) is preferably less than 50%, particularly preferably less than 30%, particularly preferably less than 20% of the total area (A G ) of the glass pane. This means that more than 70% of the glass pane can be used as work and storage space at the same time.
The underside of the glass pane has a ceramic color and / or a print. This means that the parts underneath the glass, such as the induction hob, are not visible. In principle, different ceramic colors are possible, but these must be temperature-resistant to the point that they can withstand the heat given off by the pot when the induction field is switched on. Examples of ceramic paints are emulsion paints containing inorganic pigments such as TiO 2 , Fe 2 O 3 , and Cr 2 O 3 and / or mixtures thereof.
The ceramic ink preferably comprises a ceramic screen printing ink.
The glass pane includes toughened safety glass. In addition to single-pane safety glass, multi-pane or laminated safety glass is also possible. The inserted intermediate layers must, however, withstand the temperature fluctuations that arise in the area of the hob marking.
Optical and functional effects can be integrated with reflective or colored intermediate layers. Examples of functional coatings are IR-reflecting intermediate layers, particularly preferably silver-containing intermediate layers.
The glass pane preferably contains cutouts, particularly preferably cutouts for fittings, sink, sink area and / or sink. It is thus possible to integrate appropriate wet fittings in the kitchen worktop according to the invention. A corresponding sink is preferably mounted below the kitchen worktop according to the invention, so that the planar character of the work surface is not impaired.
The glass pane has a scratch-resistant coating on the surface, preferably containing metal oxides such as Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 , ZrO 2 , SnO 2 , Y 2 O 3 , Si 3 N 4 and / or mixtures thereof. The layer thickness is preferably 100 nm to 25000 nm, particularly preferably 1000 nm to 5000 nm. This scratch-resistant coating prevents damage to the surface of the kitchen worktop according to the invention. In particular, placing kitchen appliances or cutting food on the worktop can easily scratch the work surface and disrupt the visual appearance. This does not affect the heating capacity of the cooking surfaces.
The glass pane preferably has lighting, particularly preferably LEDs or OLEDs, on the rear, i.e. on and / or to the side of the side with the attached induction hob. As a light source, these can illuminate the work surface from below and / or from the side.
The invention also includes a method for producing the kitchen worktop according to the invention. In a first step, a pane of glass is provided. This is preferably cleaned and the edges of the disc sanded.
In a second step, the hob markings are applied to the prepared pane. This can be done by scratching or printing heat-resistant ceramic paints. Another option is engraving using a suitable laser.
In a final step, an induction hob is attached under the hob marking on the disc. The term "attached" includes both a direct attachment to the pane, for example by means of suitable adhesive, and the non-fixed positioning under the pane. The distance can be determined by the effective radius of the induction hob.
The process involves applying a scratch-resistant coating to the glass pane. The scratch-resistant coating is applied to the top of the glass, ie on the induction hob applied away from the side.
The process involves applying a hydrophobic, dirt-repellent coating to the glass pane. The hydrophobic, dirt-repellent coating is applied to the top of the glass, i.e. on the side facing away from the induction hob.
The process involves applying a scratch-resistant coating to the glass pane and then applying a hydrophobic, dirt-repellent coating. This results in the layer structure of the glass pane, scratch-resistant coating and hydrophobic, dirt-repellent coating as the top layer. The coating is applied to the top of the glass, i.e. on the side facing away from the induction hob.
The invention also includes the use of the kitchen worktop in a fitted kitchen and / or kitchenette. The kitchen worktop according to the invention can be used in a kitchen unit and, for example, be provided with corresponding base cabinets. A free-standing version with only suitable table legs is also possible. The table legs can also be made of glass, so that the entire kitchen unit, except for the induction hob, can consist entirely of glass.
Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der
