Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an insulation system having the features of the preamble of claim 1 and a modular insulating board with the features of the preamble of claim 4.
  • insulating materials are foamed plastics, such as polystyrene or polyurethane, mineral wool, glass wool or foam glass, mineral foams, wood fiber materials, vegetable or animal fibers, or reed plates.
  • foamed plastics such as polystyrene or polyurethane, mineral wool, glass wool or foam glass, mineral foams, wood fiber materials, vegetable or animal fibers, or reed plates.
  • the insulating materials from renewable and renewable raw materials, such as wood fiber boards, cork or similar materials, are becoming increasingly popular.
  • insulating materials from renewable and renewable resources are lignocellulosic insulation boards, also called wood fiber insulation boards or Holzmaschineisolierplatten, which are formatted in the dry or wet process, soft fiberboard, in which the fiber material material is formed and optionally dried.
  • lignocellulosic insulation boards also called wood fiber insulation boards or Holzmaschineisolierplatten, which are formatted in the dry or wet process, soft fiberboard, in which the fiber material material is formed and optionally dried.
  • Such insulation boards are widely used in construction for sound and heat insulation.
  • such plates are constructed in three layers, wherein the actual insulating layer is embedded between two base layers.
  • a Wandungselement consisting of a supporting structure of at least two spaced apart carriers, which are interconnected by webs, wherein between the carriers an insulation is arranged, which is preferably designed as a wood fiber board.
  • Multi-layer insulation boards made of lignocellulose are also from the DE 295 17 568 U1
  • the individual layers of the insulating board are each lignocellulosic layers with different densities, which are glued together.
  • the actual insulating layer or contact layer with which the insulating board is applied to the substrate to be insulated a density of 155 kg / m 3 - 180 kg / m 3 .
  • the insulating layer has sufficient strength to be attached directly to the masonry or the substrate to be insulated. In particular, on uneven ground arise in this type of attachment, however, often difficulties to obtain flat outer surfaces, the then easily plastered or pasted with a wallpaper.
  • a disadvantage of this method is the relatively high workload of attaching the insulation boards.
  • Another disadvantage of this system is due to the relatively high density of the insulating layer, wherein the weight of the wood fiber insulation boards of comparable thickness and thermal conductivity especially when compared to plates made of foamed plastic, such as polystyrene or polyurethane, whose density at 30 kg / m 3 - 60 kg / m 3, is much higher and is therefore less favorable for processing.
  • the plastic plates have the disadvantage that in their use the delivery of chemicals is possible and especially in their preparation and in case of fire, the release of toxic chemicals is to be feared.
  • the wood fiber insulation board compared to the foamed plastic sheets has the enormous advantage that it is made of renewable raw materials and has optimal structural-physiological properties, however, their processing is due to their relatively high weight, much more complex.
  • the principle of the invention is based on the fact that the two modularly combined insulation panels consist of a bending-resistant module base plate with a density between 180 kg / m 3 and 280 kg / m 3 , which forms the outer surface of the insulation system, and a flexible module compensation plate with a density of between 30 kg / m 3 and 80 kg / m 3 , which forms the contact layer to the substrate to be insulated, exist.
  • the two plates may have the same or different thicknesses, the layer thickness of the flexible module compensation plate not least depends on the implementation to be carried out on the ground, since this flexible plate in addition to the insulating effect above all also has the task to conform to the unevenness of the ground and to balance these. In this way, unevenness of up to 8 cm difference on the surface to be insulated can be positively compensated.
  • the module carrier plate which may consist of several layers of different or the same density, has the task of the insulation board to give the required strength.
  • An advantageous embodiment provides that the module carrier plate and the module compensation plate are glued together, but this bond does not affect the functionality of the system, but is mainly seen as an assembly aid.
  • the intended for the insulation system insulation plug is a special dowel, which has means for adjusting the distance of the outer surface of the insulation system of the substrate to be insulated and thus produces positive engagement to the ground, in this way prevents ventilation and ensures insulation and moisture transport to prevent mold growth in the construction , Be set over the specially adjustable dowel the corresponding contact pressure for the insulation board to the ground and at the same time a smooth adjustment of the surface in relation to horizontal or vertical specifications can be made.
  • the adjustment can be carried out for example by means of a two-level laser.
  • the means for adjusting the distance arranged laterally on the dowel, L-shaped and clip-like claws which are first pushed out laterally when screwing the screw and then, as soon as the screw head is inserted into the sink provided for him in the bore of the anchor, Close above the screw head and fix the screw with respect to the dowel and thus allow adjustment and adjustment of the entire insulation system.
  • the insulation system according to the invention can be used both in the outer wall area as well as in internal insulation of exterior walls and in the roof area, the insulation board can also serve as a plaster base.
  • the bonding between the module carrier plate and the module compensation plate can optionally be formed by applying a correspondingly tightly bonded coating as a functional vapor barrier or vapor barrier, so that the insulation system according to the invention is outstandingly suitable for airtight sealing in the roof and wall area.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the present invention provides that the module carrier plate is formed in multiple layers with layers of the same or different layer density, while tongue and groove and in addition to the plaster base side diagonal sawing has to ensure with circumferential groove and tongue freedom from distortion, the formation of Tongue and groove can be achieved in a simple manner that the module support plate is composed of a total of three layers, wherein the middle layer is shifted diagonally relative to the two outer layers.
  • the flexible module compensation plate can be provided with an additional support fabric.
  • the properties of the insulation system can be further improved by the fact that the module compensation plate is hydrophobic or impregnated with a flame retardant. Due to their low bulk density, the module compensation plate is particularly suitable for this aftertreatment, but optionally also the module carrier plate and the module compensation plate can be rendered hydrophobic or impregnated with flame retardants. This aftertreatment makes it possible to use the insulation system also in damp areas and to fulfill any fire protection regulations.
  • FIG. 1 shows in an exploded view in cross-section the general structure of the insulation system according to the invention of two modular combined insulation boards 1, 2 based on lignocellulose and a designed for the system insulation plug 3 with screw 4.
  • the essential components of the system are formed as a module support plate 1 wood fiber insulation board, which is responsible for the stability of the system and has a bulk density between 180 kg / m 3 and 280 kg / m 3 , and provided on the underside of the module support plate 1 in the direction of the substrate 5 to be insulated module compensation plate 2 with a density of between 30 kg / m 3 and 80 kg / m 3 .
  • To fix the combined insulation board insulation plugs 3 are provided with screws 4.
  • FIG. 1 shows in an exploded view in cross-section the general structure of the insulation system according to the invention of two modular combined insulation boards 1, 2 based on lignocellulose and a designed for the system insulation plug 3 with screw 4.
  • the essential components of the system are formed as a module support plate 1 wood fiber insulation board, which
  • module support plate 1 is in the module support plate 1, the formation of groove 6 and spring 7 can be seen, which are used for the attachment of the plates with each other.
  • the module support plate 1 and the module compensation plate 2 are already glued together before mounting the insulation system, wherein the adhesive layer 8 as a vapor barrier is formed, which, however, does not emerge from this presentation.
  • the FIG. 2 also shows in cross-section the insulation system according to the invention in the installed state.
  • the module carrier plate 2 has adapted to the uneven ground 5.
  • the insulation dowels 3 are recessed in the module support plate and the combined insulation boards are fixed by means of screws 4 in the substrate 5 and at the same time positively connected to each other via a groove 6 and a spring 7.
  • the length and type of screws 4 are adapted to the ground and variable accordingly.
  • other screws are selected for a wooden substrate than for masonry.
  • additional expansion dowel in the masonry itself be used while the wood base screws 4 are screwed directly into the wood.
  • FIG. 3 shows an insulation dowel 3 as a section, with a relatively wide dowel plate 9 can be seen, which rests flat on the insulation board during assembly and prevents penetration of the anchor 3 in the relatively soft insulation board.
  • the insulating dowel 3 itself is relatively short and serves to accommodate the mounting screw and to allow a stop of the screw 4 in the insulation board.
  • the bore 11 of the insulating anchor 3 is made deep and wide in the region of the dowel head 15, so that it can accommodate the screw head, which penetrates to the depression 12 in the dowel 3.
  • a stopper is optionally provided for closing the bore, which can be attached, for example by means of a flexible support on the wide dowel plate and serves to release the relatively deep hole plaster or other materials with which the insulation board may be coated on the outside.
  • claws 14 which are extended when screwing in the screw and thereby get caught in the insulating material.
  • FIG. 4 shows a cross section through the insulation plug 3 in the in FIG. 3 with a dashed line indicated cutting plane A.
  • the locking elements 10 can be seen, it can be seen here that the locking elements 10 are pressed with appropriate lateral pressure far into the bore 11 that they cover the edge of the depression 12 and thus fix an inserted screw in the insulation dowel 3.
  • the approach of another claw 13 is also seen.
