Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système de gestion du paiement d'aires de stationnement pour véhicules. Le système comporte un centre des opérations (16) et un dispositif électronique (20) à installer dans un véhicule (14). Le dispositif électronique (20) comporte un appareil de localisation (22) de la position du véhicule (14) et un émetteur/récepteur (26) apte à transmettre les données et la position du véhicule directement au centre des opérations (16). Le centre des opérations (16) vérifie si le véhicule est autorisé à stationner. S'il ne l'est pas, le système calcule la durée du stationnement et la somme à débiter.

Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif électronique (20) de paiement d'aires de stationnement à installer dans un véhicule (14) comprenant un appareil de localisation (22) de la position dudit véhicule (14), un émetteur/récepteur (26) apte à recevoir et à transmettre des données qui sont reçues par un centre des opérations (16), de telle sorte que, quand ledit véhicule (14) arrive dans une aire de stationnement (12), l'émetteur/récepteur (26) envoie ses propres données et sa positon détectée au moyen dudit appareil de localisation (22) et, ultérieurement, communique directement le moment du démarrage du véhicule (14),ledit émetteur/récepteur (26) communique directement avec ledit centre des opérations (16), ledit émetteur/récepteur (26) est apte à communiquer avec ledit centre des opérations (16) quand ledit véhicule (14) est stationné à tout niveau de ladite aire de stationnement (12) et ledit centre d'opérations (16) est apte à communiquer avec tous les véhicules de ladite aire de stationnement (12),
    caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens d'activation (30) pour activer ledit dispositif (20) de telle sorte que l'émetteur/récepteur (26) envoie au centre d'opérations (16) le signal du début de stationnement conjointement avec ses propres données et sa position,
    lesdits moyens d'activation (30) sont autant manuels qu'automatiques de telle sorte qu'ils interviennent quand le moteur dudit véhicule (14) est éteint, et
    il comprend également des moyens de désactivation (30) permettant la désactivation dudit dispositif (20), de telle sorte que l'émetteur/récepteur (26) envoie au centre des opérations (16) le signal de la fin du stationnement,
    lesdits moyens de désactivation (30) sont autant manuels qu'automatiques de telle sorte qu'ils interviennent quand le moteur dudit véhicule (14) est allumé, et
    le dispositif (20) peut fonctionner des différentes manières suivantes :
    - mode manuel, dans lequel autant l'activation que la désactivation s'effectue manuellement ;
    - mode semi-automatique, dans lequel l'activation s'effectue manuellement, tandis que la désactivation s'effectue automatiquement dès que le moteur du véhicule (14) est éteint ;
    - mode automatique, dans lequel l'activation et la désactivation s'effectue automatiquement respectivement en éteignant le véhicule (14) au moment: du stationnement, et en allumant le véhicule au moment de démarrer ;
    - mode désactivé, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'activation et de désactivation ne sont pas activés.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens de désactivation automatique de sécurité (30) qui désactivent automatiquement ledit dispositif (20) quand le véhicule quitte la place à laquelle elle était stationnée précédemment d'au moins un distance prédéterminée dans la cas où le dispositif (20) ne se désactiverait pas manuellement par lesdits moyens d'activation manuelle (30).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un affichage multilingue (32) apte à visualiser l'activation du dispositif (20) dès qu'il est activé par lesdits moyens d'activation (30).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que ledit affichage multilingue (32) comprend un dispositif visuel (34) ou acoustique qui signale le fonctionnement le dispositif (20) quand il est activé.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est couplé avec un quelconque autre dispositif électronique content dans le véhicule (14).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le signal de communication entre ledit l'émetteur/récepteur (26) et ledit centre des opérations (16) est de type GPRS, UMTS ou GSM, ou tout autre type de signal.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un disque de stationnement électronique (50) qui contient un affichage (52) de l'heure d'été/d'hiver ou de l'heure légale du début de stationnement devant être utilisé dans le cas où le véhicule (14) est stationné dans une zone à disque de stationnement.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que ledit disque de stationnement électronique (50) comprend au moins une touche ou un bouton (54) pour régler l'arrivée de l'heure d'été/d'hiver ou de l'heure légale devant être utilisé(e) dans le cas où le véhicule (14) esL stationné dans une zone à disque de stationnement.
  9. Système (10) de gestion de paiement pour le stationnement de véhicules, comprenant un centre des opérations (16) et un dispositif électronique (20) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit centre des opérations (16) est apte à communiquer directement avec l'émetteur/récepteur (26) de tout véhicule (14) d'au moins une aire de stationnement (12), de telle sorte que, quand un véhicule arrive, le centre des opérations (16) est apte à recevoir le signal du début du stationnement, les données d'identification et la position du véhicule (14) et, ultérieurement, au démarrage du véhicule, il reçoit le signal de la fin du stationnement.
  10. Système selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que ledit centre des opérations (16) est apte à communiquer directement avec l'émetteur/récepteur (26) de tout véhicule (14) stationné dans une pluralité d'aires de stationnement.
  11. Système selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé par le fait que ledit centre des opérations (16) vérifie si le véhicule (14) est autorisé à stationner, à savoir si un certain ticket d'abonnement a été payé.
  12. Système selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que, après que ledit centre des opérations (16) a reçu le signal de la fin du stationnement, il traite et débite le coût du stationnement du véhicule (14).
  13. Système selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que ledit centre des opérations (16) est apte à établir si le paiement a été effectué par débit automatique du compte bancaire du propriétaire de la voiture ou de la personne en charge du paiement, ou au moyen de cartes de paiement électronique, telles que des cartes de débit ou de crédit, des cartes prépayées, des cartes rechargeables ou des cartes de fidélité.
  14. Système selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une unité de transmission délocalisée dans les aires de stationnement ne permettant pas la couverture de localisation, telles que les aires de stationnement souterraines, apte à recevoir le signal depuis ledit dispositif électronique (20) et à le transmettre audit contre des opérations (16).
