Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif d'injection de carburant sous haute pression placé dans une chambre de combustion (14) d'un moteur à combustion (12), avec une soupape d'injection (10), un compartiment d'accumulation (68) de carburant séparé disposé dans un boîtier (36) et associé à la soupape d'injection (10) et relié à une conduite d'amenée sous haute pression (44) via un raccord de conduite d'amenée (42) du boîtier (36), une autre conduite d'amenée sous haute pression (44'), servant à alimenter une autre soupape d'injection (10), étant raccordée au boîtier et le boîtier (36) comportant un passage de liaison (50) conduisant à l'autre conduite d'amenée sous haute pression (44'), caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (36) comporte au niveau de son extrémité libre le raccord de conduite d'amenée (42) disposé de façon concentrique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (28) du boîtier (36) et agrippé sur sa périphérie par un collier de serrage (48) à l'aide duquel l'autre conduite d'amenée sous haute pression (44') est raccordée au boîtier (36).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une soupape de limitation de flux (110) est disposée dans le boîtier (36) pour le carburant.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de limitation de flux (110) comporte un piston plongeur (114) défini de façon à interagir avec un siège (112) et un élément de piston (118) contre lequel le piston plongeur (114) repose sous ressort avec son côté opposé au siège (112).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par une soupape de retenue (74) disposée dans le boîtier (36) et agissant entre le compartiment d'accumulation (68) et la conduite d'amenée sous haute pression (44) de carburant, ladite soupape comportant un élément de soupape (100) interagissant avec un siège de soupape (98) et doté d'un passage d'étranglement (102) pour le carburant ainsi qu'un filtre (72) de carburant disposé dans le boîtier (36), le filtre (72) formant une butée (106) de limitation du mouvement d'ouverture de l'élément de soupape (100).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (72) comporte un filtre tige (72') qui forme la butée (106).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soupape (100) prend la forme d'une plaquette d'élément de soupape (100') pourvue du passage d'étranglement (102).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le siège de soupape (98) est moulé au niveau du boîtier (36).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la soupape d'injection (10) comprend un boîtier de soupape (22) doté d'une surface étanche aux hautes pressions (24) orientée contre l'extérieur et entourant une ouverture d'admission de carburant (26) du boîtier de soupape (22), une tubulure de pression (30) pour amener le carburant à l'ouverture d'admission de carburant (26), un boîtier d'accumulation (36) délimitant le compartiment d'accumulation (68) de carburant et comprenant le raccord de conduite d'amenée (42), ledit boîtier étant relié d'une part à la conduite d'amenée sous haute pression (44, 44') par le biais du raccord de conduite d'amenée (42) et comportant d'autre part un tube de pression (34) qui repose, avec une contre-surface étanche aux hautes pressions (40) réalisée dans une zone d'extrémité libre, contre la surface étanche aux hautes pressions (24) et un dispositif de serrage (41) s'agrippant au niveau de la tubulure de pression (30) pour comprimer de façon étanche la contre-surface étanche aux hautes pressions (40) contre la surface étanche aux hautes pressions (24).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la soupape d'injection (10) comporte un boîtier de soupape d'injection (22) comprenant le raccord de conduite d'amenée (42), dans lequel sont disposés le compartiment d'accumulation (68), la soupape de retenue (74) et le filtre (72) et auquel s'agrippe sur sa périphérie le collier de serrage (48).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de soupape d'injection (22) comprend un corps de boîtier (152) délimitant le compartiment d'accumulation (68) et une tubulure de raccordement (150) disposée au niveau de celui-ci et raccordée à la conduite d'amenée sous haute pression (44), dans laquelle la soupape de retenue (74) et le filtre (72) sont disposés et au niveau de laquelle le siège de soupape (98) est de préférence moulé.
