Abstract

Die Rückkopplungen bei Hörgeräten mit externem Hörer sollen reduziert werden. Dazu wird eine Hörereinrichtung mit einem Hörer (14), der zum Wandeln elektrischer Signale ausgebildet ist, und einem Ohrstück (11), das sich beim Tragen der Hörereinrichtung an einen Gehörgang anschmiegt, vorgeschlagen. An dem Hörer (14) ist ein Schaft (17) angebracht, der einen kleineren Umfang besitzt als den kleinsten Umfang des Hörers (14). Außerdem ist zwischen dem Schaft (17) und einer Innenwand des Ohrstücks (11) ein Trägerelement (19) angeordnet, mit dem der Schaft (17) beweglich in dem Ohrstück (11) gehalten wird. Durch diesen Aufbau werden kaum Schwingungen des Hörers (14) auf das Ohrstück (11) übertragen, so dass letztlich die Rückkopplungen reduziert werden.
