Description

- ein an dem ersten Kopplungsteil beweglich angeordnetes Sperrelement, welches das Entriegelungselement entgegen der Vorspannung in dessen Entriegelungsstellung hält, und
- ein an dem ersten Kopplungsteil beweglich angeordnetes Auslöseelement, das in eine erste Stellung vorgespannt und bei miteinander verbundenen Kopplungsteilen durch den zweiten Kopplungsteil beaufschlagt und entgegen der Vorspannung in eine zweite Stellung gedrückt ist,
- wobei das Auslöseelement das Sperrelement in seiner ersten Stellung so beaufschlagt, dass das Sperrelement (40) von dem Entriegelungselement gelöst ist.

In dieser Schwenkbewegung kommt zunächst die an der Seitenwand 16 des ersten Kopplungsteils 10 ausgebildete abgefaste Gleitfläche 60 in Kontakt mit dem Stift 114. Die Gleitfläche 60 drückt dann den Stift 114 entgegen der von der ersten Schraubenfeder 120 ausgeübten Vorspannkraft in die Bohrung 116. Sobald der erste Kopplungsteil 10 so weit auf den zweiten Kopplungsteil 100 zugeschwenkt ist, dass der Stift 114 und die in der Seitenwand 16 des ersten Kopplungsteils 10 ausgebildete Bohrung 26 aufeinander ausgerichtet sind, dehnt sich die in diesem Moment auf Druck beanspruchte Schraubenfeder 120 aus und schiebt so den Stift 116 in die Bohrung 26. Gleichzeitig kommt die Seitenfläche 118 des zweiten Kopplungselementes 100 in Anlage mit dem konisch zulaufenden Ende 52 des Bolzens 46. Dadurch wird der Bolzen 46 entgegen der von der vierten Schraubenfeder 50 ausgeübten Federkraft in die Bohrung 48 geschoben. Sobald der Stift 114 und die Bohrung 26 miteinander in Eingriff sind, ist die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Kopplungsteilen 10 und 100 formschlüssig verriegelt. - A device for releasably attaching an accessory (12) to an operating table (102), comprising:- two coupling parts (10, 100) connectable to each other, wherein a first (10) of said coupling parts can be arranged at the accessory (12) and a second (100) of said coupling parts can be arranged at the operating table (102), and- a mechanism for locking and unlocking the connection between the two coupling parts (10, 100),
characterized in that the mechanism comprises:- a first locking element (26) arranged at the first coupling part (10) and a second locking element (114) arranged at the second coupling part (100), which are engageable to each other for locking and releasable from each other for unlocking,- a manually operable unlocking element (28) movably arranged at the first coupling part (10), which unlocking element (28) is biased into a locking position and movable against the bias into an unlocking position, in which unlocking position the unlocking element (28) acts upon one (114) of the two locking elements (26, 114) such that the two locking elements (26, 114) are released from each other,- a blocking element (40) movably arranged at the first coupling part (10), which holds the unlocking element (28) against the bias in the unlocking position thereof, and- a release element (46) movably arranged at the first coupling part (10), which is biased into a first position and, when the two coupling parts (10, 100) are connected to each other, is acted upon by the second coupling part (100) and pressed against the bias into a second position,- wherein the release element (46) acts upon the blocking element (40) in the first position thereof such, that the blocking element (40) is released from the unlocking element (28). - The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first locking element is a bore (26) and the second locking element is a movably supported pin (114), which is elastically biased by a first biasing element (120) such that it engages the bore (26), when the coupling parts (10, 100) are connected to each other.
- The device according to claim 2, characterized in that the unlocking element (28)- is movably supported in the bore (26),- is elastically biased by a second biasing element (34) into the locking position, and- includes a push button (30), operable from the outside, at its end facing away from the pin (114) and a shaft (32) at its end facing the pin (114), which shaft (32) pushes the pin (114) out of the bore (26) when the push button (30) is operated.
- The device according to claim 3, characterized in that- the push button (30) is substantially formed as hollow cylinder, the end thereof facing the pin (114) being open and the end thereof facing away from the pin (114) being closed,- the outer surface of the hollow cylinder includes an annular depression (38) perpendicular to the cylinder axis, and- the blocking element (40) is supported unmovably parallel to the cylinder axis and supported movably perpendicular to the cylinder axis, is elastically biased by a third biasing element (42) onto the outer surface of the hollow cylinder and is locked into the depression (38) in the unlocking position of the unlocking element (28).
- The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the release element (46) is a bolt movable parallel with respect to the cylinder axis and has a contact surface (56) inclined with respect to the cylinder axis, which contact surface (56) is formed such that it contacts the locking element (40) and thus releases it from the depression (38), when the unlocking element (28) is locked into the depression (38), during the movement of the release element (46) from its second position into its first position.
- The device according to claim 5, characterized in that- the blocking element (40) has a recess (44) parallel to the cylinder axis by which the release element (46) is guided,- and the contact surface (56) of the release element (46) contacts a part of the wall of the recess (44).
- The device according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the blocking element (40) includes an operating portion (43) accessible from the outside, by which the blocking element (40) locked into the depression (38) is manually releasable from the depression, when the coupling parts (10, 100) are connected to each other.
- The device according to one of the claims 2 to 7, characterized in that the first coupling part (10) has a box-shaped body (14) open on one side, which receives the second coupling part (100).
- The device according to claim 8, characterized in that- the first coupling part (10) has a rod (24), which extends between two opposite side walls (16, 18) in the upper region of the body (14),- the second coupling part (100) has a rod receptacle (112) on its upper surface, in which the first coupling part (10) is mountable with its rod (24) such that it is pivotable in the rod receptacle (112), and- the bore (26) forming the first locking element is arranged in the lower portion of the body (14) of the first coupling part (10) and the pin (114) forming the second locking element is arranged in the lower portion of the second coupling part (100).
- The device according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that- the bore (26) forming the first locking element is formed in a side wall (16) of the first coupling part (10) and- a portion of the side surface, which is adjacent to the bore (26) in the direction of the open side of the body (14), includes a chamfered sliding surface (60) for the pin (114) sliding into the bore (26).
- The device according to claim 10, characterized in that the release element (46) is movably supported in a further bore (48), which is formed in the side wall (16) of the body (14) of the first coupling part (10), and elastically biased by a fourth biasing element (50) into its first position such that it projects out of the side wall (16) inside the body (14) and is pressed into its second position by a side surface (118) of the second coupling element (100), when the coupling parts (10, 100) are connected to each other.
- The device according to claim 11, characterized in that the portion (52) of the release element (46) projecting inside the body (14) in the first position is formed conically.
